I commend the staff for their fantastic customer service. They were packed, super busy with delivery orders and a long line of customers even with three people serving customers. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. As a customer walking into a busy establishment, I like to be acknowledged. As I waited they worked efficiently and quickly, and every customer walked away satisfied with their order, even myself, although they were out of a few flavors, understandable at the end of a very busy day. Thank you for your great customer service and for the delicious ice cream. Well worth the wait.

Love LOVE LOVE LOVE their Watermellon Swirl Sorbet!!! Also I love the Icing on the cake ice cream as well!! The employees are always so nice and Ive barely ever had to wait in line at this location!! Thanks guys, youre doing a great job!

Great service,tasty treats got a yummy strawberry and cake icing milkshake and my son loved the shark sprinkled ice cream and the cute little fin hat that came with it was not disappointed 💜

The staff was wonderful and the building was clean. They had inventory for all menu items and were very efficient during the rush that was happening.

I stopped by on my way home from work. I purchased a prefilled rainbow sherbet and a prefilled praline ice cream. I was told it was $11.99 which I paid but the female worker had to ask for help cause she could not get a receipt. The male worker did not look at my purchases just looked at the machine and said I owed another $6.99 that for what ever reason my card only paid for half the purchase. When I got home I looked at my bank account and I was charged both rates. That made my purchases for two tubs of ice cream $18.98. Rather expensive ice cream. I won’t be going back there.

Its ice cream, dont recommend the shakes, they put ice in them

The first time I came here the old lady working told me my service dog couldnt come in. This time I came and my husband ordered a milk shake. It was more like flavored milk than a milk shake. This is the worst Baskin and Robin Ive ever been to. I wont come back now will I recommend it to anyone

Asked if they could make a cake for tomorrow. Said no. Called another Baskin-Robbins and they told me it had to be a 24 hr notice and I said that was fine. So they happily took my cake order. Next time dont lie .

When I asked my 8 year old grandson if he wanted to get a treat at McDonalds or Baskin-Robbins it was a clear and strong vote for B-R. He had a bubblegum flavored specialty cone, my wife had 2 scoops in a dish (peanut butter chocolate and Jamoca almond fudge), and I had the months special Trick Oreo Treat. The cost was $13.26. We all loved the ice cream. My grandson didnt really care for the fancy cone. The trick Oreo treat was packed with Oreo cookies, baby ruth, and butterfinger. Whats not to like!?!?

They were out of mint chocolate chip, but I mean, theres dozens of other flavors. Good milkshakes for sure, but overall I think Baskin Robbins charges too much for them.
