Melanie, Griff and the rest of the crew are awesome to say the least! They helped us with our 83 Chevy K 10 that we had just purchased. First we got new tires and their prices were great. Then we had to have new leaf springs put on and because of the age of the truck it’s can be hard to aways find parts readily available, but they took the time to called around and found what was needed, they even made the U bolts to specifically fit our truck! That is going above and beyond. They never tried to up sell us on anything. We definitely found a good, honest hometown business and wound not go anywhere else! Thank you all, Bryan & Michelle!

The team was very welcoming even though it was very busy. Had a appointment and was 10 minutes early and my car was being worked on before my scheduled appointment. Had 4 tires balanced and installed in under 1 hour. Great Job and I will be back as needed.

Was too expensive for a spare tire and not able to do business with this Glasgow tire and auto center. Maybe retry in 3-6 months. Tony says this business charges way too much for a spare tire.

After replacing most of the front suspension on my Crown Victoria, I took it to Glasgow Tire to have the alignment reset. All 4 tires on the car were new. Six months and 8,000 miles later I noticed the very inside of BOTH of my front tires were worn down. I took the vehicle to Simpson County Tire (Franklin KY) and had the alignment check. BOTH sides had the toe in set over - - -1.0° beyond spec and no suspension parts bent or loose. Basically Glasgow Tire screwed up. I ignored the negative reviews but know now that they failed me miserably.

Needed trailer tires for moving and got it done quickly. Nice people.

Dropped my 05 Grand Prix with a busted radiator and when i got the call to pick it up i was priced $430 for a $80 radiator and labor to put it in. I did some investigating and asking around and found out i was completely railroaded on the price. I was quoted by numerous other shops less than $200 for the same job. Its a damn shame that in this day and age especially with everything going on that they would just flat out take advantage of someone to that extent. Just be weary when dropping your car off expecting good service at a good price because its going to be far from reasonable.

Customer service was excellent!!! In and out within 30 minutes!!! Highly recommended them!!! I went in for a flat tire, they found a nail, and patched it, only $10!!! Austin even put my spare in the holder!!! I own a 2003 Mazda mpv, and its kind of a pain in the butt to get to the spare!!!

Was told when purchasing that I could come in with no appointment for rotating, but when I called to get hours to go in to have it done, kendall was very ride, told me to make an appointment if I wanted it done, and while I was talking, in a very nice manner to her, she hung up the phone on me! I went to the shop to see about getting air put in my tires, since they were low, and while leaving this review, she came to my window and knocked on my window and wanted to speak about my complaint, speaking down to me AND REITERATED, MORE THAN ONCE, THAT I COULD NOT BOTHER TO COME BACK SINCE I HAD A COMPLAINT, AND IF I DID I WOULD NEED AN APPOINTMENT!! REALLY CRAZY! never seen an owner harass paying customers who werent doing anything wrong!

Pulled into a reststop about 20 miles away from this place to discover a bulge on the sidewall of my tire. I called every tire shop around and no one had a tire. Called this place and Griff went out of his way to find a comparable tire. He was then was able to get it fixed within 2 hours of getting called, plus he discovered another tire with a bulge on the inside and a nail in a different tire. Replaced all 4 tires upon arrival. Best customer service ever and I would highly recommend.

Took my car there a year ago, (got it back the day I moved out of state), to get my alignment, rack and pinion, power steering, and ball joint fixed. Paid $800 and my car was not fixed at all. When I called them, they told me there was a warranty on the parts but when I took it to a shop where I live now, they told me the warranty would be with the place I originally took it (Glasgow Tire and Auto). I took my car in for some other things at a different shop and they told me that whoever put those new parts in, bent the suspension while doing it and that’s why my car was still have steering problems.
