Went in today to purchase a specific sewing machine on sale. No one around to help so I opened the box to find out warranty etc. Employee came up and was very rude! I told her I was interested in purchasing it or I wouldn’t have opened it. I didn’t damage anything and put it back exactly as I found it. While I was on the phone asking questions about it that she couldn’t answer, she took the box off the shelf and took it to the back room. I couldn’t purchase it because she took it away! 🙄 I will buy one another place

I drove 30 miles to this store to purchase items that were in the sales paper dated November 1 and 2 doorbuster prices. I checked the inventory prior to driving there. Each wreath stated there were 30 of each at this specific location. I could not find in the store and asked an employee for help. She stated they did not have them yet. I brought up the item on my phone to show her the quantity listed. She radioed her supervisor. I was then told I would have to come back Wednesday to purchase, they were in the stockroom and they could not go get these items for me. I explained that I had driven 30 miles to purchase this specific item. I was then told to order online and have shipped to my house. I explained that I should not have to pay shipping, as the store have significant stock, and I was already there to purchase. At this point the employee (who was friendly) left me standing there. No one would get the items for me. I was told to come back Wednesday. The price will be back to regular price on Wednesday, as there was a reason I drove there today. The prices for these items are listed in the sales paper as doorbusters November 1 and 2. Back to regular price on the day I was told to come back. This is false advertising. You are purposely understocking items the days they are on sale, and then after the prices go back up, bringing to the shelves. This seems to be very shady business practices. I tried ordering online, but was told I would have to pay for shipping up front, and then call Joanns back for a refund. Really? Is Joanns in the practice of borrowing money from consumers? These business practices are very concerning and questionable. I cannot imagine the company would be happy to know that people are showing up to spend money, but being told to come back another day----after prices go back up.

Friendly service, and a pretty good sale on thread, and holiday decorations.

They have a nice selection of craft and sewing items. I think they are slightly higher priced then Hobby Lobby or Michaels. They usually do have a coupons but not as many sales. But definitely worth stopping by to save you to drive to Bowling Green

They will not back their merchandise. I bought a cricut there and didnt even have it 2 months and it tore up. They would not exchange it. $250 down the drain. I will NEVER spend another dime in that store.

Nice store, but some things are too pricey in my opinion.

Its prices are a little higher, they dont have a good selection of beads or craft supplies. Not the best place to shop if you are looking for certain items.

There is nowhere that has slower service or a slower checkout line. Nowhere. Not in Barren County, not on planet Earth. Not in heaven, hell, or Canada. This place makes me crazy. Plus they only employee angry 40-something single women and retired home ec teachers. Its ridiculous. Prepare yourself to stand in line.

Coupons for items that are already on sale so you cant use the better discount. Great selection of products but store is so full that the items cover the sale price tags that are posted. Lots of stuff being put on shelves, empty boxes on cart in aisle.

Great store! I just wish they had a bigger item variety and carried more items in this store.

Other Joann stores offer more and have a larger staff. They had limited batting and the prices were outrageous, even with coupons! They need to hire more people and up their inventory.

A very good selection for a smaller JoAnns and when I asked for help with coupons they were kind and helpful.

They use trickery to get you in the door. That coupon is not for that item, or the sale is only on items ending with this price. People are not dumb. Just shoot straight, have a sale or dont have one.

This store in Glasgow was very quilter friendly, had a huge selection of precut fabrics like jelly rolls & templates. Possibly my favorite Joann store so far, and Ive traveled across the country. Wish I lived closer to it!

Never been in a store and been treated so kindly. Almost reminds you of the mom and pop style of yesteryear! And the variety is outstanding in the fabric dept.!
