I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any work that needs to be done. I never had a business keep me informed of the progress of my car repair. Not only did I receive text messages but also phone calls from Scott and Mike informing me of each step of the work being performed. In the past with other collision places I had to bombard them with phone calls to find out what was being done with my car. Caliber is not like that. They truly want the customer to be happy with their repair. When I picked up my car I felt as though I had a new car. The workmanship was outstanding, no signs of an accident. My car looks awesome, they definitely detailed it because I never kept my car that clean. My car was hit by someone. Their insurance company uses this company for repairs. I agreed. I was very happy with not only their work but their communication about the repairs. Their ability to leave your rental there and they contact the rental co for you. I actually need some other work done on my daughters vehicle and will be going to them for a quote. If the repairs I had done was under $3000 I pray what I need done is way less therefore affordable for me.

A deer ended up hitting my vehicle causing damage to the front drivers side. These guys did a great job of fixing my car and in a timely manner. They kept me updated the entire time. I was hoping to get my car back as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond and were able to get my car back to me within a week.When I picked my car up they not only cleaned the outside but also clean the interior as well. I hope I never get in another accident again but if I do I’ll be sure to bring my car back here

I couldn’t be more upset. I went in today 3/9 for a quote. The lady at the desk asked me if I’m going through insurance I replied I’m not sure yet I was told by my insurance to get 3 quotes...she then told me “that’s WRONG” and that is “not true”.... she was extremely argumentative and just miserable. josh was professional and kind and explained everything he was doing while and before doing it.

Did great work and communicated well during the whole process. However I had left my rear license plate on the vehicle with custom plate lights installed. The only way the rear plate could have been removed is if they cut the wiring so they tore the plate off the bumper scratching the lights in the process and now the plate looks like it went through a shredder. There was no reason to remove this plate because all the damage was on the front bumper.

Caliper Collision provided excellent customer service. Scott was super friendly, checked out the damage to my vehicle, explained what needed to be done, how it would be handled with the insurance and how long it would take. He kept me informed all along the way and retuned my vehicle in pristine condition! Their staff is friendly and professional and I highly recommend them!!

I had taken my car there after someone damaged it while it was parked. It was recommended by my insurance company. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The work was done on time and even cleaned the inside of my car. Recently I backed into something and the damage wasnt bad enough to report to my insurance. Brought the car by, was immediately assessed in 2 days the part was ordered and installed. Again every person I dealt with was friendly. The work was completed in a timely matter. Car cleaned. I am extremely impressed with their customer service.

I had a fender bender they fixed it in 3 days and did a great job.I have minor repair work I need done and I am definitely bringing it back to Caliber Collision. The office staff were very professional Juan that took me through the process was fantastic.

My cousin crashed into my car in the driveway after she backed up too fast into it.I had just leased the car and it only had 900 miles on it. After being sideswiped, my car was taken to Caliber Collision in Glassboro for repairs. I was informed every step of the way about what was being done to the car...when they took it apart, when the parts were painted, when it was put back together, when they were waiting for one last door seal from the manufacturer and when it was finished, on time, in spite of the delayed seal. They were professional and the work was first rate. This is the second Caliber Collision I have dealt with and I wouldnt hesitate to return in the future. I just hope I dont have to!

Repair was completed sooner than expected. Manager Mike introduced himself, and addressed concerns immediately. He even gave me a ride home, when I declined a car rental (saved me $50 car fare).I would definitely return there for body repair.

Highly recommend this body shop. All staff are very helpful and professional, and took the extra time to help me throughout the process. In addition, the repair was done perfectly and my car looks excellent.

Took my car here on recommendation from Geico. It is convenient because you drop your car off and pick up your rental on the spot. The work was done quickly but when my wife picked the car up the check engine light came on before she even got home. The car was not even driveable. When I checked under the hood the radiator wasn’t bolted to the car correctly. I could move the radiator about an inch in either direction. They came and picked the car up and fixed the radiator but said the check engine light was not related to the accident. In my opinion if there is a problem with the car that wasn’t there before the accident, it’s related to the accident. They did fix the check engine light anyway and they were very responsive to my problems. I just can’t get over the fact that there seems to be no quality control. I just can’t believe they let the car leave their shop in that condition. Paint work was good and seemed to match pretty good considering my car is 10 years old. Now there is a sensor or something hanging down under my car near my radiator. I don’t have time to keep taking my car back to this place. I’ll probably just climb under there and fix it myself. If you read the other customer reviews and you still take your car here you have no one but yourself to blame.

Work was done very professionally and the interaction between my insurance company and Collision Max was exceptional. My only complaint would be that I needed to call them to find out when the car would be ready.

Took my car there to get it repaired on a Monday and picked up a rental car that was covered under my insurance at a percentage. They informed me that the car was supposed to be repaired and ready for pickup by Friday. They sent 2 separate emails throughout the week indicating that the car was being painted, and then reassembled and would be ready on Friday. I called the office on Friday to check and see what time the car would be ready for pickup. The office clerk informed me that they were still waiting for a part to come in and that as long as it arrived the car would still be ready at the end of the day Friday or at worse the next morning on Saturday. They then called me at 4:30pm when I was on my way over to pick the car up, and informed me that the part never arrived and that the car wouldnt be ready until Monday. Flash forward to Monday, I call and they inform me that the part was late in showing up and that they werent going to have the car ready until the next day Tuesday. The entire time I am paying for a rental car that should have been turned in on Friday. I have had to take my wife to work each time the car is supposed to be ready to pick up because she takes the train and cannot leave the rental car at the train station, so I have to take her in. I also have to leave my job early to go pick up car before the shop closes. The shop has taken what should have been a routine, 4-5 day repair job and thoroughly bungled it up. I would never recommend this location to anyone unless you prefer agonizingly slow repair work, and misleading informational updates that do not reflect the actual circumstances surrounding the current status of your vehicle.

My car accident was a hit and run. Devastating..I needed repairs done on my car. CollisonMax was very close to my house, Geico insurance is onsite, Enterprise car rental has a satellite office onsite, how convenient. What more could i want?Scott at CollisionMax, was extremely instrumental in getting my car completed before i had expected... even after they discovered more damaged than originally thought. He left me updated messages of my car status. Although there was a glitch in completion date, which i express my concern, i feel he went above n beyond meeting my needs for getting my car back to me. Let me state, I may have been slightly demanding, but Scott was always professional in the way he explained the status of my vehicle. I was really amazed at how good my car looked when i picked it up. Totally happy n would definitely recommend this place...in fact my son will be coming in next week!

Had my wifes car repaired there about 3 years ago and a problem developed recently.They fixed the problem as it was covered under the original warranty.Highly recommend them.

Geico recommended me to take my car here twice once in 2011 and 2013 A tree fell my car back in 2011 and after they repaired the car there were so many things wrong with it that I had to take it back numerous times for them to repair. One of the problems due to the tree was the roof caving in and now my sunvisor completely fell out and it is definitely due to their work now theyre trying to tell me that its natural wear and tear so much for the lifetime guarantee and now since I cant produce any evidence that they worked on my car they wont do anything Company was bought out in 2015 and They lost all the records Took it back to get something fixed been a couple years ago pistons in my trunk lid and they gave me a hard time about that but eventually fix it they do not honor the lifetime guarantee do not go here I regret every day that I let Geico send me here!!!

Love this place, i had an issue with my car, and didnt know what else to do regarding a replacement with my exhaust. I think the person that helped me name was Dom, or something like this. He helped me figure out what to do, and then going forward, additional items i could get for my goals i was trying to accomplish. I would of never went to this place if i didnt have to fix a dent on my car, but im glad i talke to Dom. Seems like there are a lot of knowledgeable mechanics at this place that will help you with what you need. If i ever need work done again, i will deff return.

First off my car was involved in an accident and they failed to look at the suspension and brakes and which caused my brake pedal to go down to the floor and went through a stop sign. I had to go back and Randy tried to force me into taking a rental car and leave the car there in turn tell me that it was not from the accident and in turn i would have to pay for it and not my insurance. Go here if you want to be pressured into paying for stuff that your insurance should pay for. Never going here again. Worst service ever. Go to Rocco`s Collision instead.

Great place to get your vehicle repaired!

Broke My clutch, cost me $2500 of repairs. Was in an auto accident my insurance took my care here for repairs, went in with no issues with the clutch, had my car for over two months, these guys drove my car around while it was in their possession and ended up breaking the clutch. refused to pay, will NEVER go here again and will tell everyone I know to never go here. not to mention the body work they did do was mediocre, pooled paint drips, body panels not lined up, tried to give my car back with a huge gap in the door panels, this place is the worst.
