No one really cares about Grubhup orders. They put the food in the bag and even though the food is ready, they make you wait for minutes and minutes and minutes to tie the package. No matter how many times the drivers warn, they do not get an answer.

They were very busy and understaffed but all very friendly. Specifically, a man named Josh who went above & beyond to make a specific, handcrafted coffee for me so the Wawa Reward I had for the coffee did not go to waste.

The coffee ALWAYS taste like it has been sitting for hours. I work in the area and I am in there everyday. Can you please work on this?

Hellen is literally the best customer service associate on this planet. I’ve worked in the area for a few years and moved to a different job but still stop by every now and then and she always give me excellent service every time.

We used the app to get our food and I was surprised at how badly they messed it up. None of the orders were right, they even messed up the only hoagie we ordered. One of the paninis was dry as a bone even though it was ordered to have buffalo sauce. And the other panini and quesadilla were spicy. It almost made my mother sick. Also we called to let them know that they got our order wrong and the man that answered the phone sounded like they have been getting calls about this all day. I told him when the order was and he was like 5 am or... And I in disbelief I said pm? This is outrageous never eating from here again.

Literally paid extra to have extra bacon and avocado on my sandwich. There was no avocado and barely any bacon. Paid 25$ for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, and a bag of chips. They couldn’t even get that right. I come here all the time hoping this wawa will get better, but they 90% of the time disappoint.

Great Wawa, I’d suggest making the fries crispier tho

I was forced to eat a hamburger at Wendys, because wawa didnt have enough food to make a salad.

I love wawa. Been to probably a couple dozen of them in multiple states. This one is easily the worst Ive ever been to and unfortunately I live next to it now. Very slow every time.

I know this place is very busy. You still need to check the bathrooms on a regular basis. It’s not the employees fault that people are slobs but if you want to buy food there. It does not make you feel good to see that.At least have the antibacterial location someplace to use you know?

Would be A LOT better if they learned how to keep hash browns available and knew how to toast the bread for the sandwiches !!

A true convenience store, a great place to get snacks for my kids after school or any sports events! It may be a little pricey but I’d pick Wawa over 7/12 any day of the week

Slow service and has almost always gotten my order wrong. General Manager, Chris, was particularly quick to roll his eyes at the customer in front of me (a uniformed service member) when he forgot he wanted to grab a drink...

Shout out to manager Jake and a gas attendant for helping us yesterday. Couldnt have made it though the day without them!

Came hear to use the rest room which was closed for cleaning. Ask person behind counter how long, he was told over radio 20 mins. He then told me its been closed for the last 3 hours. Terrible service Wawa.

They offer a new Guatemalan coffee just needed to put that out there. Also There was a young lady that went above and beyond to make sure I got my coffee, and that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this wawa.

I ordered 1 sandwich and a drink. They made me wait 20 minutes for the 1 sandwich, and never gave me the drink even after I paid for it. Never got the money back either.

Never had a problem here. If its busy sure the wait for sandwiches might take a lil longer but Ive never had to wait very long. Friendly employees clean area. Gas attendants are also very friendly.

I love the Wawa they are all the way from New Jersey into Virginia and the prices are usually reasonable and its very good to get a quick meal and get some gas

Employees are always very courteous and congenial. They go out of their way to be helpful even when the store is crowded.

Good store to come to when on break, never had a problem here in my 2 years living down near Glassboro definitely one of the better wawas out there!

Great location good hoagies

Definitely a welcome to Glassboro. Very convenient with it being a Super Wawa with gas and a large store. It is usually very busy and coming and going can be a hassle with the traffic. Located near Smashburger if you want a burger instead of a hoagie.

Very good beverages and food! Employees are very nice.

Very nerve-racking everytime I go to get my Newport with my coupons the same cashier gives me a hard time! Then another cashier cashes me out without a problem. Starting to think shes racist😑

Today 2/8/2017 I went to wawa for dinner around 8:30. Kind of late. It wasn’t busy at all. I ordered a classic sized Italian hoagie and also purchased a soda.. I opened the Italian hoagie in my car in the wawa parking lot to find avocado or guacamole smudged all over the outside of the sandwich( on the bottom).. I’m allergic to avocado.(my throat closes) And they obviously were behind on cleaning it was absolutely disgusting. When I went back in to speak to the manager I looked at the area my food was being made and it was horrendous. I spoke to the manager and kindly gave me a refund and offered a new free sandwich. The manager is the only reason why I may go back there...
