Horrible service. I had my truck back on three separate occasions to have the tint redone because of poor quality work. On the third time I received a call informing me that my vent visor was broken on my window. Auto Magic said it came in that way which is incorrect but how am I going to prove it. The store manager, Jeremy, had a very poor attitude and refused to fix the tint on my windshield because he feels it is acceptable for some debris to be trapped under it. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where they actually care about customer service and take pride in their work.

Terrible - just terrible. We had them detail the inside after our daughter got sick in the back seat. We cleaned up 98% of it but it obviously needed a serious cleaning. So, there were portions of the floor that werent cleaned at all. They said they took the seats apart and cleaned between them but they didnt. They didnt touch the dash, the steering wheel or near the doors. There were crumbs in the cupholders - which hadnt been cleaned at all. We took it back to them, where they made us wait for 1.5 hrs again while they tried to correct their mistakes. After the 2nd go round, they still hadnt cleaned the cupholders and the doors. They tried to clean where they missed on the floor but it was too late, so its stained anyway. Well never spend our money there again. What a waste.

Wires left exposed on remote starter, dash parts not reinstalled correctly, left trash/material in car and dirty hand prints inside and outside of vehicle. Took it to a different place get serviced. Dont waste your time. technicians seems to unskilled.

I got a remote start done for my wife and they did a great job..i also got my car a showroom done the same day what a great job on it I will tell all my friends about it take your cars there
