Justin is the MAN!!! I walked into this location for the first time. He multi-tasked like no other. He had a line still acknowledged everyone I was out in less than 10 minutes. Way to go! Keep up the excellent work!

These guys are awesome ! Amazing customer service !! I had them help me pickup and ship an old railroad jack to Chicago. They followed up with me multiple times over the phone and the entire process went by as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend this store to ship things without even having to step foot in the store.

I usually come here a couple times a week. The guys that work there are great theyre so helpful theyre so nice. I have literally no complaints they are just great to deal with and I recommend anybody that has to use UPS to come to this one!

I cant say enough good things about this store! The gentlemen operating this location were beyond accommodating and personable. Justin is the gentleman who took care of me and he really really understood the urgency of the services I requested. He took the load right off my shoulders and I was able to take a sigh of relief knowing my matter was taken care of. He ensured I was well informed and was just super friendly. Even listening to the customer interactions of both gentlemen working, they both treated everyone like a friend and remembered passed customers who had been in before, making each experience a personable one. This store doesnt treat their customers like just another dollar sign walking in and out and I really appreciated everything they did here. Will be my store of choice from now on!

Everyone at the store was very kind and accommodating. They do a great job of making sure your packages get to where they need to be in a reasonable amount of time for a great price. Even though there’s a UPS right next to my house, I’ll go out of my way to go to this location!

I went in a few days before Christmas, so you can imagine the chaos contained within the store. Despite the pandemonium, I was assisted timely and kindly. The gentleman who took care of my order gave me both an estimate of my package reaching its destination, as well as providing enough details about precisely how my order will be handled. Needless to say, this will be my go-to UPS store in the future.

I walked in to find a really long line (I guess cause its holiday season) and I was worried Id be there forever. They handled my business and I was out the door 5 minutes later. Pretty cool!

I disagree with all of these bad reviews. This store does NOT set the rates, and shipping is expensive, so what do you expect? Im grading this on the staff and service, and they are top notch. I had to ship a very large fragile package, and not only did they help me repack it at no cost, they kept me informed every step of the way (Monica, you are AMAZING). I have UPS Store locations closer to me, but whenever I need UPS instead of the post office, I will ALWAYS use this location. Very pleased and VERY worthy of a 5-star review!

Owned by a lovely couple who currently just took over . Despite the reviews under me, I was pleased to have such quality customer service . The new management is just what this location needed. As I visit and use the location frequently . My concerns were a priority and so was my package . The new manager reminds me of a time when shops were ran privately and not by a cooperation . Which means the quality customer service was 100% more attentive to my needs. Old location. New owners

I ship between 4 to 10 packages a week. The staff always comes to the door to help me bring them in. They are friendly and considerate. Highly recommended.

Had to ship a package - and had to ship it that day. Had they been open I would have used FedEx in the Shop Rite plaza across the street - and it would have saved me $20. I dont think UPS is that expensive, but this seems to be a privately owned store with a significant upcharge.Outside of cost - the staff was friendly and helpful and the store was neat and clean, but when cost differences are that significant, Ill go elsewhere any chance I get.

Holy slow! One guy working on a Saturday with a line of 5 people! Walked out, waste of time!

I would give zero stars if possible. They were rude and charged me $6 for a little piece of tape because the tape I applied was peeling by the shipping label.
