The store was clean and laid out good. Easy to find associates for help and I really needed it. I will come back for my Christmas flowers.

I found everything I needed. I bought little crafty supplies to make Easter decorations with little ones. I got these photo/card/memory boxes. The large world maps box I am making a memory box for my Goddaughter with all of our vacations and travels. Cant wait to give it to her♡

Great place to pick up supplies. They keep the inventory moved and have good sales.If you are looking to save a bit of money or not sure what project to do, there is a discount section in the back has a good selection.

I scheduled a curbside pick-up. Although the masks are not required, I did request the staff to wear a mask when I arrived. Looking back, I will make sure I make a note of request on my online order or have the items delivered.A 2nd staff returned wearing one, but the comments You know theyre (the masks) are not required?I them expressed my concern & she said Well you know now 3 persons had their hand on these(referring to the products/bags).I then voiced my concerns again while informing the staff I work in the health field & the health departments requirements at our site before we had an outbreak.I felt very offended & shared multiple experiences our staff had from this horrible pandemic.Please keep this in mind when addressing your customers. Although the state restrictions have been lifted, the community positivity rate is still in a high.

If you need yarn this is the place! Lots to choose from, and my main goal this trip. Super friendly and helpful staff. They had a sanitation station at the front of the store and staff were all wearing masks and being cautious. That goes a long way with me right now! Thanks!

Not as many choices as Hobby Lobby or ACMoore had. More pricey. Easy to get in and out.

All artists paints, brushes and mediums posted buy 1 get 1 at 50% off. I got t brushes $3.99ea, 2 gloss and a matte additive $9.99ea, and 2 packs of acrylic paint tubes $15.99ea. They wouldnt give me 50% off the 2nd paints and said it was only for individual paints. What? The sign just stated paints. This was the only reason I went to Michaels in the 1st place. I dont understand why it wasnt honored

I can spend hours in Michaels. As a at home baker i get alot of my supplies from here . From icing to tips to boxes to sprinkles . I also love a good DIY project and usually always go here for supplies . And i love their Halloween decorations. They always have coupons on the app or website. But if your a painter, scrapbooking, baker, DIYer Michaels has all you need and more .

This is by far my favorite store. Some times the employees dont know if they have certain things or where it would be but it could be their first week. Other than that. Theyre perfect. Forever my go to store for all of my artsy needs.

The isles were clean, although I noticed that the shelves were only half full. Although I understand why, some may not find exactly they need. Cashier was also friendly.

Need a better yarn selection but still decent options.

Love Michaels they have a great selection for crafts and a brand new isle of cricut items!

This place is heaven for crafters, bakers, floral designers, artists, and kids! Seasonal items abound, and of course items for every holiday. It is very well stocked, very clean and organized. There are many more items I didnt mention. Its worth the trip

I do really enjoy coming here they always have everything I need - only leaving 3 stars because the last 2 times I’ve been here months apart there as a mouse climbing all over the candy/ chip section. Today there was another mouse! I thought the first time was just a random fluke things happen but obviously there is a mouse problem here.

Terrible lack of customer service and not enough employees! When I went in earlier today to drop off a return, there was only 1 cashier who was taking care of an entire line of customers. When she called somebody over the radio to assist me, NOBODY (not even a manager!) responded. I waited for another 15 more minutes for anybody to come up and assist. However, nobody did and since the customers in the line were beginning to get rude with the cashier, I left. I have a great amount of respect and admiration for the single cashier working the registers (~1 PM on 4/5/2021) but I am very, very disappointed with management and the lack of employees assistance.

Staff was sweet and professional. My pickup order was ready and waiting. I had no problems with doing a return as well. They are a bit pricey, but have some very useful and unique items.

LOve this place for ALL of your crafting needs! If you use the coupon system, the prices all equal out to finding an item cheaper from another store, but enables you to find everything in one place for about the same amount of money. Love my crafts!

Im an artist and I love writing poetry and Michaels is my one stop shop. Theyre always well stocked and the employees are very pleasant & helpful if you need assistance finding items. Michaels is my Absolute Favorite place to shop 😊❤👍

Products are wonderful! Prices are reasonable! However, curbside pickup during pandemic, lacking. I waited nearly an hour to get my items. With a screaming child in the back seat. It was not an good experience. But I would still give them another chance. Everyone has off days.

Had to come here to pick up my amazon delivery twice...staff is very polite...i draw so just from the view of the store and all its supplies and the courtesy of the employees...definitely will go back and check out for art supplies.

I like this store but the shelves are empty most the time

Out of most of the Michaels stores Ive been too the cake decorating section is definitely the smallest. They need to organize a lot of the seasonal items and I didnt seem to find any section for baby shower, wedding etc. Which meant no supply of cake decorating items for that section. The store employees were super nice though!

I like Michaels but there a little pricy for me. Big store, nice cashiers. Clean n have curb pickup.

This is a great craft store and overall I love it but they only have 1 to 2 cashiers working at a time so the line is usually extremely long. Even randomly in the middle of the week. It shouldnt be that you wait in line longer than it takes to shop the store. Very clean and friendly staff overall

Customer service friendly. Found a great deal on year around seasonal door wreaths. Unbelievable!! Wow. Just what i was looking for. Now my front door will look so beautiful. Now i will be getting a front door mat to match the colors in the wreath. I am so excited. I hope you guys have some front door mats. Ill be back.

Been here many times. While the store is expensive, the staff is friendly and welcoming and I can use a coupon on almost every purchase and the coupon is just a scan and done on my phone.

Michaels is ok. I am not the make from scratch type but silk flowers and Christmas decor was good. Crowded lately. They honor a military discount. Still miss A.C. Moore.

Lots of crafts and art supplies. Prices are a bit high.

The store is having a lot of sales right now. It is well stocked, neat & clean. Except for the restrooms. Both toilets were clogged. However I do not blame this on the employees. I blame the customers! I work at a store where public restrooms are available & have witnessed what the public does in public restroom, people are nasty & that is saying it politely. The line to check out was long due to social distancing. However, the cashiers did a fabulous job. They were nice, friendly, moved quickly & efficiently. It took no time at all to be served, checked out & on my way. It was relaxing to escape the troubles we are all facing today for at least a couple minutes.

Went in for paints for painting rocks and found more than enough.

We stopped in to pick up some yarn, they had a good selection and good prices.

Have gone in on 2 occasions to purchase 1 $5 item. Both times have left without it due to 1 register going and nothing short of 30 people in line. No social distancing. Decided to order on line for in store pick up. 5 hours have past and still not ready for pick up. Called the store and the people are rude.

People not social distancing..and the line was way too long considering the people are just waiting to get to a cashier and have a much better chance of getting covid-19 with no 6ft aoart..Why ? Maybe the store manager need to get some more registers open..or maybe open one themself to get the line moving..dropped my stuff...and did not wait..no purchases..no waiting with so many people ..I think more of my my health..sales are not worth this

Just picked up some beautiful picture frames. Its great they had 12×12s inch frames. I thought it was going to be hard finding this size but they had them in multiple styles.

It was simple and quick! Social distancing was maintained and it made shopping very easy and smooth.

Love this store. Even my kids love going here. Hands down best crafting store ever. People here are nice and seem inconvenienced when asked a question. Store is neat and tidy and very well organized. Easy to find whatever you may need.

Nice little arts and crafts store with pretty much anything you can think of and a store layout that takes a bit of getting used to. Big bonus is that even though the coupon system here is kind of annoying it nearly always guarantees never paying full price for anything.

I was happy with the convenience of buy online and pick up in the store. However, be sure to check your package. Mine was incorrect but they fixed it immediately. Great customer service.

Laura in the Framing Dpt was one of the most friendliest, kindest and helpful employees Ive ever met. She took care of my work order efficiently and was so nice. It is rare to find employees like that who give excellent customer service and treat you with such respect, especially in retail. She is truly one of a kind! Give her a raise!
