Started with Estella the young lady who answers the phone she was awesome. So professional and helpful Had my windshield replaced on my Range Rover within 1.5 hours. The technician was also great. I highly recommend this company I had an outstanding experience.

We were traveling back home from Maryland to Massachusetts and had our class A motorhome windshield replaced by Automotive Concepts. The service was great from working with our insurance, getting the uncommon piece of glass and even calling us back with a earlier available appointment time. Very efficient installers that take extra care and keep your vehicle clean. From the communication with the front desk to the install, Automotive Concepts was great. Highly recommended.

When I tell you that these people are professional and polite its not an understatement. I took my Honda accord to have the windshield replaced because it was basically smashed and cracked up because a tree branch fell on it, needless to say their work was professional, neat and reasonably priced. I did have a small issue with water seeping in due to a seal, and they owed up and fixed it right away. I would recommend anyone to them. Be patientand they will get you right.

I was referred here from my Jeep dealer to install my aftermarket heated seats and they did a fantastic job. I had a unique situation with my Jeep and Dee took the time to research and find the information to address my problem. Dee went above and beyond to help us and we were happy before we even tested out our heated seats. The seats are working great and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would go here again for future work.

Windshield replacement on 9/20/19 ($100 insurance deductible). Roy told me to arrive at 11, I did, and they started work immediately, finishing just 1 hour later. Had to return on 10/3 for an adjustment to the wiper fluid hose. I arrived before 8:00 opening hour and Wayne was friendly & professional and kindly started the work right away. I was able to leave bright and early, with the washer fluid hose adjusted & working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Definitely would recommend to anyone. The fixed my car within a few hours and I am very satisfied!! Thank you!

Never take your car here had them look at my sunroof Monday at 8:00am when they opened called them at 4:30pm and talked to Wade Christopher and he told me he was waiting to here back about parts and would have a quote for me in the morning so the next day one o’clock comes around so I decide to drive by there and I see my car in the same spot I left it so that was the first thing so I ask to speak to a manager and she was on her cell phone for 10min then when she got off the phone see seat at here desk for 5min then said she would be over to help me in a min after all that time she finally acknowledged me then it was another 5 min before she came over then she says they still waiting on prices. I’m mad at this point and want my car but now she has pricing for a new and used sunroof and was waiting to see how much just the parts but she gave me a estimate of how much it cost and my hole point was why I have to drive up here for you to tell me that you could have called customer service is trouble I don’t even think they looked at my car but didn’t even feel like arguing with my kids there so I paid my 125 and got my car and still don’t know how much it’s going to cost me to get my sunroof fixed I would never recommend this place they happy with make 125 then actually trying to fix your cat

My car got broken into, and I needed a new window immediately. I went to safelight and got quoted $475! Just for a rear passenger window. I called around and Automotive Concepts offered it for just $217 Including labor. I was thrilled! They did an excellent job, I was in that day by 3 And it was ready for pick up by 4:30. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Good place fast and good price

Will Definitely recommend to all my family and friends. I have a factory installed sunroof and it was not completely closing, never leaked but could hear air blowing. Took it to Hyundai Dealer in Glen Burnie and told me I needed a new motor for a whopping $1600!! All my sunroof needed was a glass adjustment and some annual maintenance. It is now back to normal and it only cost me $125!! Way to go Automotive Concepts.

Subaru had our after market seat heaters (why would they use a contractor for this??) put in by this place. Well long story short, these seat heaters lasted only exactly 3 yrs (exactly when warranty ended). After calling this place they said that to even look at the problem it would cost $100.I would advise caution to anyone using this place as it seems they do low quality work. I would not trust them to do anything else.

I had my windshield replaced here. They did a good job, and it was done when they said it would be.

I am quite ambivalent about this place. Here is what I suggest, get what you want in writing before you start anything. Make sure what you want is in writing and beuncompromising. Do notnunder any circumstances use their Brians language. Do not use their nomenclature use your exact words. I have learned that after market installations can conflict with manufacturer systems and electronics are not returnable. While this may workout the opwrati ok mal dynamic of this location leaves a bad taste in my mouth!

In my opinion, Automotive Concepts is not a trustworthy business, and would urge you to look elsewhere for service.The Signature Automotive Products Sunroof that was installed in our 2 Audi vehicle by Automotive concepts rattled almost immediately. My wife had to go to Glen Burnie (from DC) to get the rattling fixed. The staff was nice, and they fixed it quickly. Then, the auto-close feature stopped working, and we had to return again, after the sunroof stayed open all night. Then, the sunroof was found to leak. We found leaking water in the headliner, the back-seat and in the floor of the vehicle. As this was our third issue with the sunroof installation, we contacted the manufacturer, Automotive Products to find another authorized dealer to diagnose and repair the leak from the sunroof. Based on our home address, he recommended Sure Fit in Arlington, VA.The team at Sure Fit determined that water was draining inside the vehicle. Due to this, the seats, and carpet were removed and they reviewed the installation of the drains from the sunroof. Both of the drains (2 front and 2 rear) were found to be draining in the vehicle. The rear drains were found to be “running uphill and crimped”. The result was a soggy carpet, which subsequently was removed, deodorized and left to dry over the weekend. A bill of over $700, plus a rental car.Sure Fit says Automotive Concepts botched the installation, and Automotive Concepts says Sure Fit fleeced me on their services. Who is right? I had hoped that between Automotive Concepts, Signature Automotive Products, and Sure Fit, that a determination on the leakage could be determined, and a refund could be issued. However, none of these companies has stepped up to address these service issues which were caused by one of the three. Therefore, I believe that Neither SureFit nor Automotive Concepts are trustworthy honest businesses. And would urge you to look elsewhere for service.

They fixed my headliner and my vehicle looks brand new!

This will be my 3rd time going back for my drivers side window. I originally went in because it cracked from an attempted break in. They replaced it and I had to go back 2 times already because the keeps coming off the track. Whatever glue they use is no good in the winter. Its a holiday weekend and my glass has dropped AGAIN for the 3rd time.
