I had given up buying car parts offline. Each and every car dealer, repair shop, and auto parts store that Ive considered giving my business just wants to quickly move me out the door for the highest price.Maybe Im too young to be taken seriously, but I work hard to afford nice things for my car. My first visit here was my most pleasant auto retail experience to date. An excellent service associate asked me what Im working on, and proceeded to list parts for my job I hadnt even considered. If not for her, my exhaust job would have required multiple trips to a regular auto parts store.

Parts AuthorityJohn White3 hours agoPoor customer service, worse ignored my request to help me put in an air filter that I had just purchased. I just wanted some help holding my car’s filter box open while I put the filter in. That’s OK. I’ll return to AutoZone, which is more helpful.
