Lakeeesha was so nice and helped fit me for a mattress and find one that was in budget. She really cared that I found one I was comfortable with rather than just selling me whatever. She hauled multiple heavy mattress off the shelf for me to try, even ones We thought I wouldn’t like. The mattress I got is a little stiffer than one in store, but it’s still fairly comfortable.

Had an amazing experience! Been on a mattress hunt the last few days. Thought I was going to be totally overwhelmed when I went in on my lunch break but it was the complete opposite! J greeted me as soon as I walked in. Told him what I was looking for and my budget. He pulled out 3 great choices I liked them all. Told him I was going to bring my husband back. He told me he was off at 7 and he gave me his card. I called when I got off to ask a few more questions, Andreya answered and was super helpful. We decided to go back in this evening and she was beyond outstanding!!! She let me know J was still my sales person and she was going to help us with all we needed. She did just that. They gave us an incredible experience in our search to find a new mattress. They answered all our questions, but also gave us the time and privacy we needed to be comfortable trying things out and discuss our options.I certainly hope not to need a new mattress again anytime soon, but if I do, I would be ecstatic to be able to work with them again.

Fantastic store!Staff is great. At this particular store our helper was LaKeesha. She was honest, informative and extremely patient. She did not pressure us or push a particular style. She offered good advice on getting a bed we could hopefully live with beyond the immediate comfort we found when first testing a few of the mattresses. LaKeesha is the person to talk with when you dont know what kind of mattress you want, she will ask about you and what you need to get a good nights sleep. In my experience the salespeople l have encountered have offered percentage off deals, free items or bargains on future purchases. I just seem to always get a little something extra, even when l am not working with the same sales person. I have gone to different Mattress Firm stores, at different times, with/or for others who have needed a new bed and asked me about getting a mattress. Satisfaction all around. This trip, we bought 2 mattresses, due to be delivered in two days.And delivery was on time, quick setup, no mess, no fuss and pleasant service.I go to Mattress Firm whenever l or my friends and family need bedding. No disappointments here.

Mattress firm was a very organized neat and clean store. The lady I worked with her name was Lakeisha. She was very professional very sweet and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going to the Glen Burnie store specifically the Glen Burnie store as I did not have a good experience at the Pasadena location. I had gone to the Pasadena location to check outone of the mattresses that they did not have in the store at the Glen Burnie location. I was trying to decide between two different mattresses a nectar mattress and a Sealy hybrid mattress anyway I had gone to the Pasadena store too try out the natural mattress just to get an idea since they did not have it in the Glen Burnie location they would have still been able to order it for me if I wanted it but unfortunately they did not have one in their store to try. When I went there the man at the store was just very rude and unprofessional And also unknowledgeable because he had informed me that it was going to be pretty much impossible to get the Sealy hybrid mattress and that I was going to have to wait well over a year. He kind of scared me off To be honest with you. I ended up going back to see Lakeisha which Im glad that I did because the man was wrong they had plenty of The Sealy hybrid mattresses that I wanted. I did buy an adjustable foundation for my bed I havent gotten it yet but it will be delivered in a few days so Im very excited about that. Like I said I would definitely recommend the Glen Burnie store there were two ladies there that were very nice very professional and they both had lots of knowledge about their products. The one lady her name like I said was Lakeisha The other lady I cant recall her name. But I definitely give the store a double thumbs up. And I will for sure go back. My daughter will need a mattress soon so thats where I will go when she needs one. Thank you so much Lakisha and I also think the other lady so much for helping me they did an awesome job Im just so glad I went back!

When I arrived at the store I was greeted right away. I was able to tell the young lady what I needed and that I was in need of it right away. In less then an hour I had the bed that I needed and was able to get it that night. Thank you again for the great help

I had Andreya as my sleep consultant last night. She was so helpful, patient, and caring of my needs in a mattress. I’ve been suffering from back pain and she made sure I found a bed that fit to my comfort and would aid in the pain. Even a plus she had it delivered in under a week! Service was well manicured. Only concern is, regardless it was company or location, had my wife not pulled up the sale price, online, we would have been charged full price. Was slightly disappointed the sales rep didn’t lead with the discounted price instead of us waiting to ask about the reduced value.

Bill was more than happy to let us try the mattresses as many times as we would like, even offered a pillow. Pressure was very light and made for an enjoyable purchasing experience.

The salesperson that works there, Heather, is amazingly helpful and honest.It was a great experience. I was able to buy a temperpedic queen box spring for $40 and they even helped me lift it, and secure it to the roof of my car.They have some really great deals there and they carry really quality mattresses as well.

I went in with several questions and Bill was very patient and answered everyone of them honestly.Walked in on a Friday night and had red carpet service delivery on Saturday afternoon. Could not have been easier.

I purchased a mattress from mattress firm and my mattress had bed bugs the salesperson didnt seem like he knew what hewas talkin about made me feel rushed with my purchase when I called and told them about the situation they act like they didnt know who I was or what I was talking about and the prices were way off do not shop here if they sold me a mattress that had bed bugs in it Lord knows what othe

I went here when it was still Sleepys, and as soon as I walked in I thought twice about my decision.The door didnt closer completely unless pulled tight, the place had pealing paint and smelled musty.The salesman was very friendly, but we had to walked up a rather steep flight of steps (although carpeted, the steps seemed that they belonged in a house from the 1930s leading to their still unfinished basement). In looking for my fathers bed, he hadnt come knowing he couldnt go up.In the end, it wasnt worth comparing beds, since summer we wanted were on both floors. Just a terrible layout for a mattress store.Since the name change, I have not stopped, so I cant confirm if the new owners have improved things. But, as long as there is that second floor, go elsewhere. There is another Matter Firm less than a mile north on the same side of Ritchie Highway.
