Recently picked up an arrangement and we were running super late, call the office and spoke with a gentleman and he was extremely nice and understanding, he said he would wait for us. I wish I had gotten his name but men I appreciate what he did! He made my day.

This is a chain retail store, so it will be similar to other Edible Arrangements. However, this one is convenient to my place AND has amazing staff!! You can see how much they care when they help you pick out your basket, bouquet, etc. Or you can just go in to grab a few of their chocolate covered strawberries for a treat!! 😁 They can do 1 order or 50! Plus, my deliveries arrive on time! Everyone here is awesome, but I recommend seeing Eve!!! 😉

I had a wonderful experience from them keeping me updated about my order, the delivery driver was very polite and so joyful and my boyfriend loved the fruit it was fresh and looked exactly like the picture. Perfect fathers day gift

PLEASE READ AND TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION. For my graduation week my mom bought me chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, apples, and some cookies. The cookies and decorations were fine. But as I was eating the strawberries, just moldy spot, after moldy spot, and my family picked it up YESTERDAY on 6/12. I found all these mold spots TODAY on 6/13.That must mean we werent given fresh fruits. I even bit into a mold spotted strawberry. Absolutely gross. And when I bit into a chocolate covered banana yesterday it was already oddly mushy. Thank goodness for cameras and pictures. I took lots! Pictures Ill be showing cause my mom wants ALL her money back. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Quality check flew out the window majorly. And were taking this to corporate too, cause they dont take those other not fresh fruit reviews seriously. Time for a good shutdown.

I placed my order 2 weeks in advance to insure it would arrive on time for my mothers birthday, wouldnt you know its late. Last time Ill be wasting my money here.

I placed an order for Fathers Day for my husband to be delivered on Saturday. They emailed that the order was delivered, however we were home and the order never came. I tried calling the store but at that point they were already closed. I left a voice mail asking for someone to call me back. The store was closed Sunday and on Monday no one has returned my call. I had ordered online and am now disputing the charge. I will never order from them again.

The staff are absolutely amazing and I had the best experience! ! Katie was really kind and really helped me out a lot through the ordering process. I’ll definitely be back to order more for me and my husband. The cheesecakes are very yummy and they’re now my husbands favorite . Highly recommend

I got a delivery from them on 4/8 and the strawberries were not fresh at all. The top part of them appeared fresh but the bottoms where not. I’ve gotten orders form edible arrangements all the time and that’s the one thing I loved, was the freshness. I do not eat melon but shared some with the office and they said it was mushy and not fresh as well. The only thing I was able to eat was the pineapples.Funny thing is I didn’t report or write a review until I found out a coworker received one days before (4/5) and hers was the same way. We’re in tax season and did not have time to report it right away plus at first I thought it was a simple mistake. I called them and let them know we both received bad strawberries and they said I should of called the day of. The day of us the reason I received them. Its a stressful week and they were sent as kind gestures. I will let everyone to never order from here. The other location is always fresh and has good customer service!

Really professional!!! Even though they were overwhelmed with the pandemic

A great place to get chocolate covered fruits like strawberries, bananas, pineapples, cantaloupe, green apple and honey dew melons. They have many cool sections of gift baskets, balloons, stuffed animals, greeting cards and the staff is super friendly and them ladies that make the food are amazing. Valentines Day was a big hit and they are equipped for many holidays. It can be a little pricey, but you get excellence in what you pay for.

Received a beautiful arrangement after my mother-in-law passed. After many flower or plant arrangements received, we all enjoyed the delicious basket, which was also nice to have a little holiday cheer come along with it.

I did some last minute Valentines shopping and the place was packed. The workers were clearly overwhelmed and became even more frustrated when there were technical difficulties with the cash register, but they remained kind and polite the whole time. I know how hard it is to keep your composure in those situations, so I appreciate the staff for all their work.

Fruit was not fresh. Delivery time was very slow also. Not worth the cost. Try a different location.

My arrangement was beautiful. It was a gift for my birthday/ Valentines day. It included a balloon, a chocolate lollipop, heart shaped pineapple, grapes, strawberries and chocolate covered strawberries. All of the fruit was so fresh and the way they had it displayed was great.

I found out the day after Valentines Day that a friend ordered me an edible arrangement to be delivered on Valentines Day. I called the store to find out what happened. No excuse offered but they did offer to bring it out that day “The day after Valentines Day”! I cancelled the order.

These folks have always been there for me and have treated me more like family even though I live in the great state of Florida! They have gone above and beyond even in bad weather, to make sure my orders were delivered to my loved ones! Really, they are the best!

WoW! This company has really IMPROVED the quality of its product and their customer service.We received the chocolate-dipped fruit today for Christmas. Fruit was outstanding as was chocolate.Gentleman delivery driver bedecked in his Ravens gear, was cheery and pleasant in spite of my Steelers flag and hat!

Right now I am disgusted with this establishment. I ordered a hundred dollar arrangement to be delivered yesterday for my niece who just lost her grandmother. when i checked my confirmation number it claimed it was delivered at 6:30 pm and signed for. My niece never received the arrangement. I have left two messages today directly to the Glen Burnie location where no one has addressed either with a phone call or the missing delivery. The 800 number is just as useless. They can only try to contact the store. I want something done now. If no one responds by tomorrow, i will cancel my credit card order, and then take it to social media never to use this location if its of any importance. Today is wednesday evening and the package was delivered at 7:20 pm. They tried today to make things right. Hopefully my neice is pleased.
