On the 22nd of July 2021, I placed an order on the website of American Eagle Egypt, the process from the beginning was very complicated and I couldnt select the delivery to home option, so I was left with the only option of collecting the order from Cairo Festival City branch which is the nearest store to me, thus I proceeded with it, I received a confirmation sms, then an email which disgnated the collection date to be on the 25th of July, I waited till the designated date but I was busy, so I went to the store on the 30th of July two orders, but the team in the store told that they know nothing about the order and they directed us to contact the customer service who was not cooperative at all and asked us to cancel the order
