Company sold a laptop thru Newegg with an invalid Windows 10 Pro product key! I am now getting errors, and this company will not give me the time of day!! Now I have a laptop with an invalid product key for Windows 10 PRo!! This laptop was sold with an invalid Windows key! Not worth it!! I would never recommend.

Great service good prices

Ordered a used laptop off of Amazon, sold by Odyssey Computers. The laptop arrived far earlier than expected, and in better condition than expected (it wasnt listed as being in perfect condition, but it darn near is). The laptop OS was not active upon receipt, but their support recommended a fix to me, which worked perfectly, and only took a few minutes.Thanks for everything!

So far dealing with them I recommend have a idea about computers. After you get a good idea then its best to talk to them and work with them and a little heads up they try to sell you somethings. My experience so far is that they have tried a little thing here and there but if you know your equipment...ect you should have no problem getting good prices and a deals however my experience is not bad I give these warning for a reason. But I still will be doing more to see how accurate I am so wish me luck and have a good day.

Zero stars is the rating I want to give. I purchased a refurbished laptop from Odyssey through Newegg for my son for Christmas. Less than a month later, we got the blue screen of death. I contacted Newegg and started the replacement process. I wish now I would have just returned the laptop. In order to process the return, I had to remove the back and battery to get the serial number and the insides were filthy. Note that the picture shows the inside of the second laptop. We received an apology that many of the laptops had this issue and they were sorry ours was affected. We got our replacement laptop on Feb 12 and two weeks later, got the blue screen of death again. So we contacted Newegg and was told we now had to contact the manufacturer (Odyssey) directly. We were told we are out of the warranty period so we cant return it or get a replacement. We were also told that the notes showed there was nothing wrong with the first laptop I returned. I guess the blue screen of death just repairs itself when shipped. So again, it appears Newegg was negligent when noting my return. So now I am out $333 and no laptop for my 12 year old son. Stay tuned as there will be a follow up Youtube video on the condition of the laptop with a summary of the communications and lack of communications from both Newegg and Odyssey. You may want to think twice before spending your money here.

The WORST, and Lye that the HP LaserJet is shipped but she NEVER shipped. the following DAY, she claimed that it was cut off time for FEDEX pickup. But according to my ordered it was 12:38pm. Dont buy anything from this Lye company, perhaps she DOESNOT have in stock. She tried to leave me NEGATIVE feed back on my REVIEW, it was REMOVED. Because the story is NOT true

It arrived with a Read only DVD drive.They refused to replace the DVD Read only drive with a R/W DVD drive. This is the old bait and switch routine! Terrible Experience- First I bought a Refurbished HP EliteBook 8460p, Intel Core i5, 2.50GHz, 4GB RAM 320GB HDD, Webcam, Win-7 x64for the Price: $179.95. They sent the first laptop the wrong address but did not forget to charge the right credit card. I bought the laptop from Wal-Mart so I assumed it would not be scammed or anything. Then I finally got the laptop and it worked for two days fine and then shorted out. Now it cannot even turn on. Whats the point of ordering a laptop if you have to deal with the hassle of missing and broken computers?

Helpful little hole in the wall computer store

I purchased a laptop from them on ebay,,they sent me a cheaper model and slower modell,when I got it aftr weeks waiting,i complained to there staff,,,there staff then wrote and called me a DOUCHEBAG,,for complaining which is what anyone who sent them hundreds of dollars for a cheaper slower computer from them would do,,i was treated with no respect,,they continue to hold my money and im stuck with there cheap computer that is worthless to me,,im a video editor and wanted a fast computer that they advertised on there site,,they sent me a slow cheaper model,,i suppose they didnt think I would notice until there 14 day warranty ran out and I would be stuck with it,,,they continue to do nothing,,,i may have to file law suit to get my computer I ordered or money returned but that does me no good as that would take even more weeks of my time,,they have made me lose customers in my bsiness and this whole affair causes me suffering in that I lose money.these people called me dirty names and I dont appreciate this,,,,im sorry about this whole affair ut I dont think they will do the right thing by me,,so sorry.
