Had a great experience with Sears personnel in the appliance department of the store today. We picked out a dishwasher with help of the departmental manager. Lots of options so I was glad to have help getting steered in the right direction. Installation should go well.Store was orderly and clean except for the bathrooms which needed cleaning. In a quick walkthrough we were not bombarded with customers. Ditto for the parking lot. Found a few other finds in other departments. Looking forward to great days with our dishwasher.

The place is closing down, majority of the items like polo shirts etc are selling for a very low price. I bought three for $16. They also have some tools for very good price.

Theyre having a clearance sale, but my husband says they marked their tools up to put them on clearance. Not a bargain. They do have alot of.kids clothes at 70% off

Maybe its just my taste in fashion but the Sears I went to just didnt have much upstairs and the clothes werent really all that either. Half of the upstairs floor was already boxed up and was just empty.

Daniel was extremely helpful! Got in and out without an appointment (though that might not be typical on a busier day), and was the cheapest price around. Very helpful and respectful, tires are great. Will definitely be going to them in the future for tire work.

Bought washer/dryer set. Sales associate Matthew was knowledgeable and pleasant. Ordered our products to be delivered next weekend. We had two people ahead of us and still put of there under an hour. Very nice experience.

Sears was like they had a fire drill and I happened to walk in. I saw one other person and Im pretty sure it was another customer. I was looking for appliance parts but they had closed that up. They have some good stuff but it seem they dont care if youre there or not.

I went here to buy mans slippers and couldnt find anybody to check me out at 3 checkouts and when I asked an employee that was unfolding close and folding them back again if she could help me. she pointed downstairs where I just came from and said there but no one was working than said sorry. Nowonder this store is going out of business. I bet sears doesnt last another year with employees like this.

Maybe Im showing my age but Ive always loved Sears. As a kid the Christmas Wish Book was an amazing treat. I bought my first rifle from Sears (with dads permission) when I was only 13. These days I think of Sears for tools, lawn equipment, & car batteries. Todays visit was to replace the battery in my 2002 F-150 Lariat 4x4 with a new Die Hard Gold. The old battery, also a Die Hard Gold, lasted 10 years! Pretty amazing. The purchase was quick & painless. Turn in my old battery & walk out with the new. Took 5 minutes! I hope Sears is able to pull it off & survive.

Auto Center was exceptionally good on service, products (a die-hard battery) and price. While waiting for my auto I walked around the store and found it well organized with good selections in traditional Sears products (appliances, outdoor equipment, hardware, clothing). Store was not busy on a weekday morning which made shopping relaxing and I could easily find a person for directions and product questions.

Excellent service provided by the salesmen. They walked me through the products I was interested in. Listened to my needs and what I specifically wanted. Made sure I understood the pricing, shipping and warranty. Did not feel cohersted to buy what I could not afford or want. I grew up on sears products and will continue as long as they are around.

We visited today, even they have the hours on the door, they opened 1 hour later and as soon as you enter, you get a strong smell, like they use the same mop for the bathroom

Always loved Sears. Not much there anymore.

Sadly one of the best department stores in the United States history is now closing down many of its locations. Sears was always the go-to place for clothing, appliances, shoes, Electronics, and of course Craftsman tools. Always a courteous sales representative nearby to help you with any questions that you have and are very willing to offer any help that you may need. More people need to shop at Sears, and help save this American Institution from going the way of the dinosaur.

Ive bought every riding mower & power mower Ive ever owned from Sears since the Craftsman brand has always been a great mower & a large range of these mowers to choose from. Also got a good deal & warranty on car batteries.

No wonder they are going out of business. Couldn’t even tell me the part number of a fridge I bought from them 4 months ago. The staff couldn’t care less. No manager to be found. Good riddance

Very nice Sears store in the Marley Station Mall. I purchased Craftsman tools from them often and return my damaged ones to them for free replacement with no questions asked. Join the Craftsman Club to be made aware of special sale events made available only to members. Also sign up for Sears Shop Your Way program. With this program you gather points for each dollar purchased and they also send you free cash in points. I have been able to purchase items with nothing but points.

I only saw part of this store. The part with lawn and workout equipment. There was some exercise clothes nearby that was I interested in because there was good pricing on cute yoga pants. My child and I also walked in the appliance section. We had a great time looking at the fridges. We didnt need anything while here, we just drove my mil to get eyes checked. I dont remember seeing a store associate nearby, but again there was no need. The sections of store we were in were clean. Cant really comment on layout of store since we didnt venture too far.

Considering the mall this Sears is attached to is rugged and dying, they still seem to have a decent selection of tools, home goods, and clothes. Alternately, Sears used to be big on home entertainment, but the home entertainment section in this store is non-existent. This should only upset those looking for such things. Otherwise there is still a lot to choose from. Ive purchased many tools here and the staff has been casual and friendly.

They used to have really nice clothes. What happened? No more. Just clothes for a 80 year old

Quiet today but a great customer service

Sears management ought to be ashamed of themselves. Its no wonder their business is failing. There is no pride in the appearance of the building, Customer service is a mystery and the shelves are mostly bare. I may be old fashioned by wanting to see something before I buy something but Im hardly alone. Convenience isnt only found online. Sometimes, its on the shelf. Its too bad that Sears has decided to follow instead of lead but that takes courage.

My experience at Sears was great, but I am so sad about the stores decline. I want people to rediscover the store. Cant imagine a no Sears world.

Great prices cute clothes and still has everything from clothes to refrigerators and lawn care items! Its almost a one stop shop!!! Customer service was great and even helped me save extra money! Cant beat that!!!!

Waited over 35 minutes for someone to sell us a washer dryer. Poor lady there worked in another department and was doing the best she could to help but 4 others were waiting for service too. A nice young man did stop by and said he would try and find someone. No one ever showed. Off to Lowe’s.

Only 2 cashiers to attend. One line had 6 clients and the other 3 clients and before I got attended my wait was more than 15 minutes. They need to get more cashiers especially on long holiday weekend and holiday season to come.

Purchased new tool box. When i took it out of the box it had a big dent in the back. Called Sears and spoke with the manager and they told me I could bring it back or they would dicount it if I wanted to keep it. I took the discount. Great customer service

Store is a bit threadbare but staff was nice. My problem lies with the warranty service. In February we bought a new fridge (not a cheap one) and included the 3-year service plan. The fridge seems to run constantly and a distinct noise/vibration audible from almost every room in the house is coming from ??the compressor??. Ive called the service number twice, and Ive followed their suggestions each time. The noise is still there. When speaking to me they treated me like the village idiot (Oh, sir, the noise is probably from the ice maker. Sir, the noise is probably coming from the water filter. That noise is normal in all new refrigerators.). If I get no satisfaction on Monday, I will call a local appliance repair shop to see what they say. I cant live with that constant humming. FOLLOW-UP: 6/25. After a prolonged struggle with Sears Home Services scheduling, I contacted a corporate vice president, I received an email from another corporate executive who took charge of my case. I also posted to the Better Business Bureau, and contacted Transform SR LLCs Escalations Team. They immediately scheduled a repair visit. The repairman came this morning and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. All that frustration could have been avoided if they had scheduled the repair in April instead of forcing me to contact company executives in June. A suggestion for all who are having troubles getting warranty service: Call the companys Escalations Department. Find their number or email address on the web. Youll get a response.

When I realized that I needed a dryer, I came back this year once again to see Bill Harrington in the Appliance Department. And once again he guided me through my purchase and made everything work to my convenience.

It was not good. It was 96° outside and felt just as hot inside the store. They need to turn on the air conditioner. Left the store without purchasing anything. Didnt feel like shopping was too hot. Went to JCPenney instead. Was nice and cool there. Shopping was much better.

It would be great if they opened per the hours on my email confirmation of buying something online. This place opens at 10am on weekends instead of 9am please my email from Sears. Good for them to have guys smoking out front to tell at least a half dozen people they arent open yet!

I did inventory its a big store

Was trying to exchange 17854 ext wand for a smaller size. The wand was never used. Have receipt. Was told that the return day has expired. The original ticket is on wand. The wands are still sold by SEARS. My husband was diagnosed with prostat cancer and I have been unable to get to store to exchange before now. I think store personnel should be able to override store policy if manager agrees. Manager said there is no way to override store policy. If that is true you do need store managers.

I had to do a quick oil change and stop by this location and been told it will not happen the same day since they have only one technician.

This old mall always makes me happy. Has everything I need, makes me sad,though, that so many small stores have closed. Patterns of change regarding retail shopping in actual stores.

We visited Sears in the Marley Station Mall. As usual Sears had what I was looking for. A real nice store. In recent months I have purchased tools, new mattress/boxspring and clothes. One stop shopping.

I bought new tires at Sears, and they did a great job.

This one is decent but I feel like they could have better inventory. Then again they are going out of business. Sad but true

Everything is half price

The staff was about as helpful as a bag of rocks. I was standing at the lawnmower blades and an older gentleman employee was standing right next to me. He didnt go out of his way to provide any service or interaction. In fact, no one did in the whole place upstairs. Thank goodness the price of the lawnmower blade was priced well, otherwise this would be a 1-star rating.

I ordered on line one evening and chose to pick up at store it was ready for pickup the next day.Went in sears to merchandise pickup scaned my receipt from my email and a minute and a half later she brought my 📦Really very simple and fast👍

Sears is always a favorite store to shop in for just about anything you need. The prices are great and you can catch most on sale.

Stock was very limited. Employees not very motivated. May be one of the last times in Sears for me. Needs a major turnaround. All the online shopping gives less attitude in an entire year than I got a one hour visit.

On the left side of Marley Station mall; opens at 10am.Tool section just shrunk by half :(Brace yourself before walking in. It is a 2019 Sears; not the Sears we all remember from the 1980s. For a while this place looked like it was one day away from going out of business, but they have cleaned it up some since. I keep stopping in because everyone and a while there is a screaming clearance tool deal.Listen up Sears Execs: if you want to be successful in the hardware store business in 2019:-You need to open up at 6AM like the Home Depot.-You need to have at least one person in the paint department, one at the register and another two out on the floor helping customers (right now there is exactly one person trying to do all these jobs at this location + he is covering toys, exercise equipment...).-You need to advertise that you are now open early and are staffed for success like youre going out of business...because lets face it you kind of are....maybe you can convince Ace Hardware to partner with you because they have it figured out....or maybe just give up on tools and paint because the commitment is not there right now.People love Sears and want Sears to make it but youve got to get out of your own way.

Staff was great in looking up my prior DieHard battery purchases and core exchange refunds. Found a warranty replacement battery for me, no charge.
