OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They dont make em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). Im sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits.I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! He was also able to help diagnose a faulty microphone power supply that had went up and needed to be replaced.If you need anything sound related, give John a call!
