Store was extremely rude! I went in and tried to ask for help looking for a coverall The two people at the cash register were not doing anything except standing there talking to one another. They obviously did not want to help me. Ask them if they could tell me where the coveralls were they looked at me like I had two heads when I asked that question. They said we dont even know if we carry that. I had to explain to them what a coverall was which I found kind of funny they didnt know what a coverall was. Then they said well if we have one it will be over there. They pointed in the direction which they did have to but they were both extra large. I went back and I asked if they would be getting any more in I said that they did have two but they were both too big. Its about the best thing you should do is just order online Thats better than going to the store. As well I dont feel that its better than going to the store because I would like him to be able to try it on Hes never had one before Hes 15 I dont know that its going to fit and instead of sending it back because it doesnt fit I would prefer to get one from a store locally if possible But of course I would use that as last resort But thanks anyway. Again I just felt that they were extremely rude and very unhelpful! I will definitely not go back there are other places I can go to get one!

I am a customer of 4+ years. I come here every time to fill my propane, buy car food, and other necessary items.I have had issue in the past but Matthew Tucker helped me gracefully with my propane filling and made the propane experience a wonderful one. I’ll be coming here often because of him. Kudos to him!

I love this store! They have everything I need especially in the animal care/feed department, which is great in a not so rural area. Lena, one of the managers, is so knowledgeable about farm type animals and their care. She is a great help and always professional and courteous. I personally have never experienced any bad visits to the store so I was surprised at some of the reviews. And true, they have no public restrooms, they would be located in Gabes next door FYI. Tractor Supply is a grown mans toy store!

They lost a lot of great people because the new manager. A lot favoritism. Dont see different shades of people which I dont like, which is sad because I love the stuff they carry. Will not return

Ive been buying our dogs food there for about a year. 4Health Untamed canned food. For the last couple of months, there has hardly been any cans on the shelf. You cant order it. I wish we could. I spend lots of money there, but they never have the food in stock its not worth the drive. Please let us order it.

1st time experienced terrible TSC customer service at checkout - no greeting, complete silent cashier, except for saying price. Maybe better to install TSC self-checkout counter with greeting audio.

I purchased a swing set online for $800+. They put a hold on my bank account for the amount of the item which appeared as a pending charge. I was then told my item was in stock, shipped and expected to be here 7 days after the purchase. Then received and email saying there was a shipping delay. I called the solutions team and they said it was on a 3-4 week back order. Two days later I get another email saying it has shipped and will arrive on Tuesday which is 17 days after the purchase. They just charged my account for it in full 1 day before delivery. They do not make you aware of how they process the payment because they don’t want to deal with refunds!! I have shopped at this place for a while now but I will not return. No communication besides automated emails.

This place is a catastrophe. Sales prices on the floor don’t match the cash register so the cashier has to check that everything is actually on sale. There were 5 people in the store. 4 of them were line, not really moving. Picked up an online order. Took 25 min and 2 phone calls in to the store to get someone to come out. Just not great.

Picked up a dewormer that was in 14.99 spot at register is was 31... didnt get it because its usually around 20. Asked employee for 10 way vaccines and when i get to my car they are 5 way. Went back into return and they are all out of 10 way.

My review used to be 5 stars but recently this location has gone so far down hill its crazy. All of the normal staff have quit and nobody has any idea what is going on. A lot of the employees dont wear their vests anymore and when I asked they said the manager doesnt make them wear them if they are working on something important like stocking. None of the employees can speak intelligently on products and overall its a mess. The only saving grace is Sally the cashier. She has been there forever and is always so pleasant.

Called before driving up ask for propane refill say yes come on in drive 15 mins to store where we wander around trying to find help get rudely told to tell the cashier and they will call for help. Get told by the cashier after waiting 15 min in line that they have been out of propane for over a day. Failed on customer service several times.

LEADERSHIP NEEDS TO READ THIS!! Its a great store with great prices. HOWEVER - Why is manager of Glen Burnie MD store allowed to have her job?? She oozes contempt for customers & is consistently rude - even hateful. When I called this morning to check stock, she said the store doesnt do that anymore. I said I had called for stock checks many times and there was never an issue. She replied with sarcasm and meanness and I said: I think I recognize who Im talking with - because youve spoken to me like this in person before. And she said Yeah that was probably me - I hate this job. !!!! She makes it miserable to call/shop there. Please leadership - ACT - on your own behalf!!

Poor customer service by a manager. I received an email Friday evening stating my power washer was in and ready for pickup. Confirmation from UPS at 11:34am that it was delivered. Go to pick it up today (Saturday) and was told its not in the store because its not in their system. She also told me just because UPS tracking confirms delivery doesnt mean they have it. Too lazy to physically look for it and bad attitude. The store manager went back, grabbed it and brought it right out. Thankful she knows what she is doing.

I come here to buy bird seeds for my bird feeders. One bag that I bought was given to the birds and the my didn’t like it. But the rest of the bird seeds and bird feeders have good quality and I’m surprised to see that this store has the most squirrel proof bird feeders.

I buy the food and pine pellets for my cats here. The store is clean and looks like a tractor supply. The people are always nice. Got to see some chicks. Was tempted to buy two just to hold for a minute and then give them to someone who could have them, but I didnt. There was a wait at the register when I was there, but upon realizing that the issue was going to require lots of waiting, there cashier opened up the other register and started ringing us up. Its a store and it provided me with what I needed.

Most likely never shopping at tractor supply again. I purchase all my feed from here and more. I purchased chicks this pass Friday. Had a question about the chicks so I called in and asked the question. The women I spoke with was totally rude I was shocked and then she hung up the phone on me. I immediately called back she answered “ I already told you sir I don’t know” with an attitude. I asked for her name she told me Alexa. I asked if I can speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. Then she hung up the phone again. WOW! The pass 6 years shopping at tractor supply been great but I will never go back to the Glen Burnie location ever again. Thanks Alexa

Girl in the store helped me place an order online,very helpful. When order came in Luc was up front stocking so I asked for customer service help. He called and no one replied. LUC WAS ALSO CASHIER BUT HE CAME BACK AND ALSO HELPED ME. THE REST OF THE KIDS WERE IN THE BACK LAUGHING AND CLOWING AROUND. Luc thank you, you are a hard worker.

They close at 6pm, i arrive at 5:45 to fill propane tank. Iam told they will not fill it because of the time. I will have to come back the next day. I have been buying propane there for months and this is the first time iam told I have to arrive 30 minutes before closing to purchase propane there. What a waste of time. Wasnt happy with $3 gallon pricetag and now this.

They have the absolute worst costumer service and their employees suck!!! Go somewhere else youd be better for it...

There is one young man particularly knowledgeable about the products in the store he is always polite and helpful. Hes raised goats most of his life, with me taking one in hes always willing to listen to quirky story or give advice.

This store is becoming my favorite shop for farm supplies such as chicken feed and straw bales. Compared to other local stores, it carries a bigger assortment of brands for chicken feeds. These brands often have really good sales.I love the DuMor wheat straws. They are thoroughly dried and tightly packed into bales that are wrapped in plastic. Because of this, they are easy to carry and dont leave a mess in the car. They also give you more for your money compared to the loosely packed bales from AA Co. Lawn and Garden Center, formerly AA Farmers Co-op.Importantly, Tractor Supply Co. has the unique combination of modern convenience in a big-box store and friendly service in a local business. Its easy to order online for delivery or pick up. The staff has always been helpful in the pick-up process.Im so glad to have a TSC in the area.

Unlike what some people on here may think, Tractor Supply is a very well functioning store, with amazingly friendly staff. I can sit and talk to them for 20 minutes about my dogs and they love it! Not a bad word or look from them. Its genuinely a great place to shop, and its so refreshing to have people there who have your best interest at heart.

Like country hardware stores used to be. Real steel fasteners (bolts,screws, nuts) include grade 8, by weight. Clothing sized for North Americans... Somebody available on staff actually know where inventory is, and the forklift works. Good online site. Critter/livestock supplies.

I always try to patronize Tractor Supply Company because if we do not the Lowes and Home Depot companies of the world will take over. If Tractor Supply does not have it they strive to do what they can to order it for you even to the point of having it shipped directly to your house.

Tractor Supply always has everything I need and lots of things I want. At Christmas time I got all of my wrapping paper and gifts. Store is always clean and well-stocked and the staff is very helpful.

I was very excited that tractor supply had the weatherguard truck box I wanted in stock and ready to pick up. However check-out was not so pleasant dealing with Ms. Alexa. Extremely rude and unprofessional.My wife, son and I were greeted with an angry, rude and clearly frustrated employee. The truck box had no barcode or store label on it and apparently that was somehow my fault. She was huffing and puffing and in a rude way told me I would have to open the box to try and locate the barcode. Isnt that her job? The barcode was not there. It was very uncomfortable at this point. With a huge attitude she phoned someone about the issue. I told her it was the weathguard box to try and help her. In the most rude way possible she told me that she knows and that there were several types of boxes. She then asked where I got it in the store. I told her I got it where it was as I was becoming really irritated being talked down to the way she was. She then had the audacity to tell me not to be rude. At that point I confronted here ridiculous attitude and told her how rude she was from the second we walked up to the counter. Her justification for her terrible attitude was that she was so frustrated. I would have just walked out and not have made the $900 purchase but it would have been a huge inconvenience for me. I will not be returning to this store to be treated like trash. This woman should be disciplined. I gave 2 stars because I was happy with the truck box.

Employees are real nice here. Anyone of them will stop what they are doing to help you. We are from the local KOA Campground and are frequent customers. Friendly people that greet you when you come in the door.

Good selection of good pet food/treats, boots, and tools/hardware. I hate buying stuff from Walmart bc its usually made cheap and feels cheap. The stuff I get here usually is good quality. If you have never been, its worth checking out. You might find a better product for a better price.

I Will never return here and will no longer be a customer. I asked for help and the female looked at me and seem like she did not want to work. I asked a question and she told me we are about to close and never helped me. I will go somewhere else and buy what I need for my big project. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this location.

Got tired of paying propane tank fees and 4 bucks a gallon so I went to tractor supply and baught a tank for 99. Bucks and filling it costs me 2. 50 a gallon. Would def recommend

I went there looking for new work boots. They had a good selection, both men and women. However they didnt have size in stock. Ive shopped there before and they are nice.

My experience here started off rocky with miss marked tractor belts. After numerous attempts at getting the right one, the manager Kelley stopped up to the plate and helped me. She went above and beyond to help me get my daddys tractor fixed. I would surely recommend Tractor Supply to my friends and family. As well as get the rest of my tractor supplies there! Got a ton of wood pellets from Glen Burnie Tractor Supply. Cashier was polite as usual. My brother and I loaded 700lbs at a time in my suv. The forklift driver moved it from the parking lot to their yard so they could keep an I on it while I unloaded and drove back and forth. Great place to shop.

This is an awesome place and they have really cool toys at Xmas time. If you wait until close to the 25th the toys start going on sale big time. Trust me it pays to wait till closer to Xmas.

Im updating my original review because my local TSC has really upped their game! For at least the last 6 months or maybe even more, they always have a ton of stock.I love TSC, but Im always amazed that they cant figure out how to keep certain feeds in stock. Its always hit or miss weekly. The management is super nice and apologetic, saying that it is Corporate who determines how much of what they get 🙄

I LOVE me some TSC!The staff could use a lesson on manners, but other than that, the place is great. Its a nice clean, well stocked TSC.Ive made several purchases here over the past year. My only complaint is that the staff is slow to help you out. I went in to pick up a load of heating pellets. After I paid, the cashier acted like the transaction was over. I was like... Is someone going to help me, or what? The kid just gestured to a flatbed cart and said, its in the back, just help yourself.I could have strolled out with an extra dozen bags of pellets if I wanted. No one helped me load the cart, or load my vehicle, or even checked how many bags I was taking... but if.you can look beyond the poorly trained staff, its a great place.

I had to go there to find puppy shots and food that my puppy would eat.There was a little confusion at first, but then to our rescue came Sabrina. A very nice lovely young girl who knew and answered every question we asked. If you go there, ask for her and you will be totally satisfied with the service.

Stopped in at this location today to pick up our feed. There was none out, so we tracked down an associate which appeared to be 1 of 2 associated in the entire store. He didnt know what we were talking about, wouldnt go look in the back, and didnt know anything about the promotions going on. Needless to say we went out of our way to a different location to get what we needed.
