No one answers the phone, Ive been calling for 2 days now and the phone rings for 20 min. and then hangs up, or a recording comes on and says( your call is important to us). It is not! Do not use this Walmart if you need service. Heaven forbid if you have to call to see about your car.

Initially good visit. Staff ended up being a rupt and not very customer oriented. I understand this store did not have equipment my car needed but another type of lift. When i asked if they vould make sure the ither store had my size tires ( was laready pushing my luck with a front tire) they werent very helpful. Long story short i took somewhere other than another walmart. My car was done in a matter of hours... no problem... guess i just changed from a douglas tire customer such a shame. Havent bought anyting but douglas in 20 years.....

I was Big Dummy and let my battery die the big death, in the Walmart parking lot, no less. The Auto Care Center got me set up and back on my way in an hour.

I researched the products I need in the auto center before I go in. As long as I do my own research prior to going in to get service, I have no issues. It seems when I go in and ask questions that it takes people forever to answer a question because no one knows the answers for tires or oil. I get great customer service all the time, But again, I would do you research on the products you need prior to going in so you can let them know instead of them trying to and selling you something different.

Dont buy tires from Walmart and expect to get them serviced here. I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and balance plus an oil change. I was told 45 minutes to an hour. They were not busy. One hour and ten minutes later I arrived back at the customer service desk and was told they were just getting ready to pull my car in. No one had even started working on my car. Customer service gave no explanation as to why. I did not have time to wait another hour. No one offered me any compensation for my wasted time. I wont be back.

I was helped by a girl named Gabbey(Im probably spelling it wrong), but she was absolutely phenomenal. I was impressed from the moment I called in and she kept it up once I arrived. I watched her go above and beyond for SEVERAL customers. She every seemed to get along great with all of her coworkers. I will bring all my tire business to this tire center because of her. WELL DONE!! (& management, keep her around...she is a gem)

First very rude when I came up to get a tire replaced with a road hazard warranty. Told me Ill have to wait 4 or more hours. Its my only day off so I need it done. Ive they finally finished a simple job of changing one tire, they didnt even replace the hub cap, or replace the spare where it goes. Had to do it myself. Poor service all around.

I bought 4 brand new tires at walmart. 2 days later, my tire indicator light comes on. Upon checking the tires, i see one is almost flat. I air it up and take it to walmart to have them check it. They refused to check the tire since it was almost time to close (40 min). I was 45 min from home with my son in the car and they couldnt be bothered to check my tire to ensure it was safe to drive on. Would not recommend!

Absolutely horrible. I came in for a patch job and they told me I had an hour wait, 2 hours later they bring my car in. 10 minutes of them standing around talking and laughing I see them finally look at my tire, one comes in and says the belt broke and that it’s not able to be repaired. I asked them what tires they had for my car, I waited 5 more minutes for them to look. They had one in stock so I told them to put it on. I waited ANOTHER HOUR for them to put it on!! I changed my old tire into the donut just to get to the location faster than this!!! It took me asking for the manager to get it finished. 4 hours total to get a new tire!! Ridiculous!!

Very kind gentlemen. Replaced two tires, took a little longer than expected but no longer than an hour. Will come through again! Highly recommend

People working there are nice, but super lethargic. Youd definitely take some time before going in there. 10 minute work will surely cost you 1.5 Hrs.

Terrible service. They didnt have the right tools nor the right oil filter. I had to go buy my own oil filter and they still charged me full price.

The tire/auto department seems understaffed. We have been waiting at least 35 minutes in line to even be helped. The employees do not seem to understand technology well or getting customers registered for service quickly. There is one person behind the register who seems to be doing several tasks with each individual customer opposed to having a dedicated person behind the register.

Fast, easy, as long as their not busy its fairly quick. Go early. Plus you can shop while you wait or eat at Subway.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a tire from this location on May 29th. While I understand that the staff was ready to be done for the day, I was rushed out of the store as I was there a half an hour after closing time waiting for my car. Fast forward to today July 9th. My low tire pressure keeps coming on and I brought it back to the location where I got the tire, and was asked did I purchase road hazard on the tire. I told the man no because I didnt know I was supposed to and it wasnt offered. Now they say my tire isnt repairable and I need a new tire, but because I didnt purchase the road hazard(that I was never offered) I have to pay full price and all fees for another tire. This is not the first time Ive had an issue at Walmart. Should have never come back here.

They, in the past, put the wrong tires on by accident and when i came in to replace a completely unrelated tire they replaced the two that were the wrong size! For Free... Thank you for helping me Walmart!

Horrible!! Will never return. I waited in line while the girl swiped a guys card over 5 Times, that didn’t work..it STILL didn’t work!! He sent his son to the car to get cash. I was still waiting. Extremely slow. When she got free she went out and joked with service guys while I remained waiting. I was quoted a different price than I was charged ( which was higher)$13.50 more. I will never go there again.

Got an oil change and had to go back up there because we were leaking from the filter.

Absolutely the slowest and were serviced I ever had anywhere They need to totally revamp everybody that works in that department I will never ever go to the Edwardsville oil change ever again they need to go to Litchfield Illinois to see how it’s done

They are okay.

Always slow at the counter. Ive been several times now, once to have them install tires, second time the very next day to have them tighten ALL of the stem valves (I went to my car for work the next morning to find that all of my tires were flat), a third time when one of the tires developed a bubble (which they told me it was most likely caused by road hazard and that I didnt buy that coverage. During that conversation I asked three times what coverages I did have and they skirted around the question and never answered it.), and now the fourth time I went to have them install the tire that I had to order online myself because they didnt have it when I made my third visit, but I didnt get the tire installed that time because after waiting in line for 15 minutes they quoted me a 3 hour wait. Im done with them.

Waited nearly 3 hours for a standard oil change with no one ahead of me. Tried reaching out for an estimated time table and was told “it will be a few”.

After calling to make sure they had the tires in stock I needed, I received a call 30 minutes after dropping my car off saying they were wrong and only had two of them.

Went for oil change told 20 minutes to half hour took two hours and 15 minutes what a joke should be negative 5 stars avoid this place

Acted like they didnt want to deal with us.

Honestly they don’t even deserve even one star but all I needed was a new battery- waited over three hours (was only told an hour wait). Then to find out that they did not even properly install the battery to then the battery ended up being a bad battery- don’t go here.

Fairly speedy oil change for just showing up.

Unless you want to spend 4 plus hours here, dont go!

One of the worst ever service that i got, I was three time over there but they cant mount a tire!!!

Was told I was the first oil change of the day and would take 45 minutes. Went back to check on my car after an hour and a half and it wasn’t even started yet. 2 hours later my car was finished.
