My wife and I were checking out mattresses. We stopped there because there was a sale. CiCi let us try out all the mattresses . Then steered us to something in our price range. She didn’t pressure us. Which made a lot of difference. She worked hard to get us the best deal. It didn’t take us long to decide to buy there. We got what we wanted at a great price. The set up crew was great. It wasn’t all business with them. They took time to talk to you about everyday things and answered any questions we had. It was very enjoyable from the store thru delivery. I would recommend it to anyone including my friends.

Selected a mattress here for the labor day sale. The model was discontinued a few days later and the store wasnt sure I would get my order. Instead of cancelling, they took the hit and allowed me to select a different mattress with same feel at a slightly price for no additional charge. Considering how mattress feel is very important in those sales across different models, I recommend on their customer service.

A last minute decision that we needed a new mattress, due to past experience with our daughter getting a great price and service, we headed to Glen Carbon Mattress Firm and we were not disappointed! We walked in and were attended to right away. The gentleman named David Witt explained their way of how to choose the best mattress for our needs. After checking out several mattresses, we found the one we wanted. There was no sales clerk following us to pressure us, only nearby to answer any questions we may have. We chose our mattress and after a short time the transaction was complete and we were on our way, mattress to be delivered and set up in 4 days. Very happy with our purchase. Went to Mattress Firm to comparison shop. We were greeted by the store Manager, CiCi, who was very pleasant. She gave us a run down of sales and where to start then suggested we look around and “test run” the beds without hovering over us. Periodically she asked if we had questions and answered all of them thoroughly. When we were ready to discuss pricing she gave us her full attention and gave us all our pricing options. She was SUPER pleasant and easy to talk to. Her side-kick, Jeff, also helped with additional questions and gave thorough answers as CiCi worked the computer. Customer service alone made the difference for making a final decision to walk away with a new bed. Can’t wait to get it home and give a full review on our sleeping experience.

We had a warranty claim with Tempur Pedic to which we had to select a new mattress. Initially contacted Cieara who gave great information over the phone. Once we visited the store Tyler did great job of helping us select our replacement. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Mattress Firm Clearance today just checking out what kind of sale the store had. First greeted by a very nice lady Ciera. Who actually identifies herself to us. Asked us what our needs were and my husband told her what his and my needs were. She listened and showed us a few different mattresses that might be what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable in her product and showed us up grades that were the same price. She knew what our bottom figure to spend was and she made it work. Discussed it with her manager what other discounts would help us. Sure enough they made the sale happen and we will definitely send family and friends to see them. The managers name was Kenton and was also very helpful. They make a great team and it was a pleasure shopping there.

I worked with Cieara and had a fantastic experience. She asked me all kinds of questions about my current bed, why I was looking for a change, if I had any health issues, etc... and from this put together several different options for me in three different price points. I tried out all her suggestions and made my selection. There was no pressure to buy and she didnt try to force me towards the most expensive one. I am very happy with my mattress and loved the individualized service I received! Will highly recommend to anyone!

Kaylynn helped us with a tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base about a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. She took her time showing us everything that could’ve possibly matched what we were looking for in a mattress and found us the best fit at the best price. We didn’t go in dressed like we had money to spend either and not once did I feel like I was treated any lesser or like she rushed the sale, which is something I’ve felt at other larger stores in the area. I was very impressed with how quickly Kaylynn was able to schedule delivery for us too. Our furniture was purchased elsewhere and delivery was always at least a month out. We went in on a Saturday and had our mattress by Monday afternoon. Kaylynn was also very helpful in finding us a good protector, pillows and sheet set and explained how to settle the mattress once it arrived. If we’re ever in a position to buy another mattress, I’d definitely go back to see Kaylynn or anyone at mattress firm.

First time i went there the guy wasnt very helpful but then i went there the next day and had a lady who helped me and she was AMAZING. I think her name was Sierra? Anyways she was a sweetheart and a very kond person. She helped me find the perfect mattress for me. She didnt complain about my father and i showing up 5 minutes before they closed. Overall GREAT experience with the lady who helped me twice!! Definitely recommend this place!!

I wish I could have said that I had a positive experience working with Mattress Firm here. I was being pushed to buy a pricey mattress which was the wrong one and then again for the second mattress. Now, I cannot do mattress shopping unless I tell a sale person that I will not be pushed and if I am, I am walking away. This was my first time buying a mattress on my own without my parents. It ruined my first time doing this.

I went to Mattress Firm last Sunday and by Monday night I was sleeping on my new bed. I bought a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and box springs. It is so comfortable. Since I got the bed I have been sleeping very well. Both of the salespeople were very helpful. I tried several different mattresses while at the store. They even offered me a pillow to test the mattresses properly!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE A RIPOFF! Their 10 year warranty mattress is garbage and when it breaks they lie to you and take more money from you.I will start by saying your delivery crew was kind and courteous. If I was only reviewing them I would give 5 stars. However, this is a shopping review and I am more than disappointed. About two years ago, we bought the STEEL frame box spring from your store. It broke despite the 10 year warranty and was replaced. However, the new one also broke and we found ourselves going in once again.Your team at the store we went to act nice but underneath they are just bleeding you dry. They told us we probably bought the wood and cardboard box spring which according to your sales rep, only lasts 1 or 2 years why would anyone buy that anyway.Though I was convince we had purchased the nicest one. They did little to refute their own assumptions. Hell, they didnt even look up the box spring we had purchased. Unfortunately, we were not in a position to argue and ended up paying $160 dollars for the same box spring all over again. We trusted your team to tell us the truth, or you know, to just look up what we had purchased, and they flat out lied to us. It was only after the new box spring was delivered did we realize our mistake. We will never, ever, ever, ever shop at that MatressFirm or any of your other locations again. Your sales people are a team of freaking liars. Congrats on getting the $160 out of us, when we go looking for a new bed set in the near future, we will make sure to drive right by you. P.S. You should give people the ability to give 0 star ratings to this staff, Im sure 1 star is too generous.

You can buy a bed anywhere, but when you want the best you go to a specialist. Thats what brought me to Mattress Firm. The Jason The Guy with the Bow-tie and Coann took the time to take me through every bed offered and even a few that werent to help me find the perfect fit. (And I tried them all)Besides being patient with me, what really stuck out was the conversation we had while deciding. You expect the sales staff to steer you to a bad with high profit or good commission. Coann led me to what was best for me, even though the bed I chose didnt bolster her numbers.The next time I get a mattress, this is definitely the place I am coming to. And I suggest you go there too.
