I love Aldi the prices and food go above and beyond, but the staff is absolutely horrible. Im hearing impaired and the cashier was very rude. I did not hear her say to bring the cart around, I was in the process of doing it but obviously it wasnt fast enough for her. She grabbed it from me and the proceeded to throw my groceries in like they were trash and got impatient when I was paying. Im very disappointed with this establishment and how they allow their employees to act so unprofessional.

Always clean, well stocked, amd the employees are helpful. Parking lot is small but I can always get a space.

I love Aldis, I just wish they had a mixture of frozen peas and carrots. They were also out of fresh ginger, which is why I went in the first place.

I like all of the Aldi stores Ive seen, but the Glen Carbon one is probably the nicest. Their produce is always fresh and the optional/seasonal items cater to my wants better. I dont remember every difference, but I tend to notice the new Fit & Active or Earth Grown products there first. I think I bought my first cashew butter there. Anyway, the staples are always best from Aldi and the people are super nice.I do wish their alcohol selection was bigger. Other stores usually have more booze to sell.

This is a great store. I get organic produce at a great price. They have so many great products that we but as staples. The customer service is so much better than other local grocery stores and Im always surprised by the extras I find there.

I have been shopping at Aldi for years. Probably 15 or so. It is one of my most favorite grocery stores ever! The quality is equal to or better than name brand foods. I will always shop there.

I enjoy that aldi keeps their prices low so poorer people can get food as well as the rich. Although their floors may be gross due to the fact children throw their waste on the ground it ia still my fav grocery store since the closing of shopnsave here in Edwardsville, IL.

Horrible experience with our cashier. She said “I’m closing” when we were the only ones left at her register and made us feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. because she knew my friend tested positive for COVID-19 I have not been around that friend in over ten days. Also, I was tested.. Another customer heard her from across the other isle and said, “please come in front of me don’t let her treat you like that.” She has blonde hair and glasses. Her name is Mercedes. The customer service was not handled. We left embarrassed and had to rely on other customers to handle the situation.

Childhood grocery have been going for over 18 years very clean the workers are sweet

Selection is limited and quality can vary a lot, but whats good is excellent. Best bread anywhere in town and the meat, cheese, produce, sparkling water and snacks are also great - my cheese plate game has been drastically improved since I started shopping here. They also have a constantly changing selection of kitchen, home and seasonal products that are worth checking out - Ive gotten some excellent food storage containers and serving dishes from here.

I love shopping here. The prices are great. The brand they carry are just as good as what you find in other stores. The store is very clean, always well stocked, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The lines are also much shorter and move much quicker than in other grocery stores.

Great prices, excellent products! I regularly buy a cart full of healthy, whole foods for about $100. No partially hydrogenated oils. No high fructose corn syrup. No GMOs. You do bag your own groceries and theres no butcher or cake bakery, but those are small trade offs. The college kids who work there are very nice.

This place gets a little crowded at peak shopping times, but the remodel and expansion of the store are great. Good prices. The store brand products are way better than store brand products at other places. Bring a quarter to get a shopping cart and bring your own bags.

Love this place! Not only is it SUPER vegan / plant based friendly, but the prices are fantastic! Most produce (which comprises the bulk of all my purchases) is fresh and quality. Place is always packed all day every day, but for good reason - simply THE best in Edwardsville. Checkers are quick and friendly. Will continue to shop here.

Its a good place for affordable groceries. Its next to a less than desirable Walmart, so its nice to go here for better deals. I have lacked some luck with the produce but otherwise love it. Located next to a number of other stores so you can your shopping done quickly.

Great prices and nice selection of inexpensive, excellent quality basic foods plus an unusual selection of imported foods and non-food bargains. Some products are available for a limited time so if you find one you like, it may not be there long! Store is small and always busy but expanding soon which should help make the shopping experience better. Employees are very customer oriented.

This establishment is a great place to shop for great products. The store stocks a variety of produce, dairy products, meats, (pork, beef, poultry, and seafood) cheeses, etc at reasonable prices unlike your brand name supermarkets, Schnucks, Albertsons, Dierbergs and so on. I shop here quite regularly as well as a great number of others I know. Checkout the place and you will see what I am saying!

This particular Aldi is located just past a main intersection and the exit is at a stop light making entry and exit of the parking lot much easier. Carts are always clean and the store is usually well organized. Remember your quarter when you leave your car and keep your reusable bags in your trunk. The selection of fruits and vegetables is limited but it is always fresh.

Aldi has great customer service and a wonderful selection of basic groceries along with seasonal selections at a reasonable price. I enjoy shopping here and finding new items to try.

Aldi has many specialty items that my family enjoys. Gluten free or dairy free, they have a large selection.

Very good prices. Huge selection. They have also put a higher focus on healthy options. It was a bit crowded when we were there, but that was a good thing considering. I wish we had an Aldi this nice closer to home. The cashier was pretty friendly. Everything was modern. I would recommend doing most of your grocery shopping here.

Some prices higher than other Aldis Ive been too. The store is clean and well organized. It appears to cater to a higher income customer then in other areas, this may explain the higher prices but also the higher standard of cleanliness and order.

This store was a hot mess, not to mention the parking lot is an actual disaster as well. The selection was ok. But a lot of the veggies were rotting in their packaging. Its the closest aldi to me but not the greatest. The cashiers are very friendly though.

Great value on produce. Many specialty dietary needs items like lower salt, gluten free, low carb, low fat, etc. are available. Friendly staff, clean and well stocked.

They had no green grapes at all. My recipe called for red and green. Forced me to get them elsewhere.

Not fancy,but inexpensive. Mostly store brands,however they have added some name brands which are much better tasting. Prices for Aldis branded merchandise is low. Name brand items are usually better priced elsewhere. Selection is good for basic items. If you desire specialty items,look elsewhere. We sometimes try the Aldis brand for comparison with a name brand. If it is comparable we will buy the Aldis brand.
