Wonderful store. No one bothers you while you browse. Iris Carias,one of the store’s designers, was extremely helpful. The furniture arrived on time, in perfect condition, and the three delivery men were meticulous. All in all, a great experience.

Bina our salesperson was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable! We love our sofa. Delivery was the best, too! The tracking link was amazing narrowing the delivery to a 30 min. window. The men were professional and courteous. Thank you for the experience.

Beautiful showroom with alot of amazing artwork, lamps, unique candle holders, glittery pillows, etc... Got a beautiful rug there from a helpful associate who was willing to do a little negotiation. Gotta go back and pour over more home decor! Street parking on the front and garage parking in the back on Pulaski St.

I wish I could give this no stars based upon how the manager treated us. He had quoted my wife one price over the phone based upon her given him the specifications. He sang a different tune and was quite gruff. I am in sales myself and was astonished at his behavior. Not a way to do business

I keep calling to get update on my order from august 15th and i get nothing but well call you back.. worst customer service. i can believe this.. they took 4k deposit.. i was told after 3 to 4 weeks i should get my order delivered. so far nothing.. and no one calls me back with an update.

AMAZING!!! We just movedto NY and needed a whole house of furniture and our neighbors highly recommended them.......and I can see why. The white glove service was fantastic and the furniture selection best I have ever seen. On top of that, the prices were the best around, we could not have been happier, and we used their interior design srevice which was fantastic as well. The employees were all so polite and professional, we had to have them back for one small thing and they came back the very next day. Cannot recommend them highly enough!! Thank you Safavieh!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Great Neck. We have surveyed and shopped at many different vendors. At times it has been a stressful experience. This past winter we went to Safavieh Home in Glen Cove. We met with a salesperson by the name of Bheena. Since that initial meeting, we have not only made a friend, but someone we trust and rely on for sound advice on furnishing our new home. She is honest, and patient. She is also an expert in her field of interior design and knowledge about the various manufacturers. We highly recommend this establishment and Bheena most importantly. They carry all the major manufacturers and have a large showroom. They made the experience very easy!

OMG. I found exactly what I was looking for at Safavieh. The store has the greatest selection of just about any furniture you need. The salesperson Katherine who helped me was very knowledgable and has a great sense of style. Weve been looking in so many stores and when we got to Safavieh it was like coming home. Great atmosphere, professional and pleasant sales staff and a store that will be seeing a lot more of us.

I ordered Chairs over a month ago - was told they would be in this week - now they are saying end of July. Furniture looks good in the store -customer service is terrible and the communication is worse. Again we are talking about Chairs

I ordered many furniture from this store and had some very bad experience with them. My desk was sent to my neighbors house, and I was told by the salesperson to deal with their mistakes by myself. The same salesperson promised to arrange somebody to repair the damage on some items, however it turned out to be a LIE, after we had been waiting for months...When I called them to touch base with them about the issue just now, the front desk girl did not apologized to me, neither did the store manager. The manager, Mr. NeiX BaXXX (let me protect his privacy) questioned me several times why did your neighbor accept the desk?! with a very arrogant or rude tone... I believe that the attitude from a store manager is very important to his staff and costumers.

Stay away unless you want to support a company that discriminates against women. Disgusting owners dont deserve anyones business.

I love this store. Their selection has gorgeous pieces, straight from showrooms in NC. Ralph Lauren, Bernhardt, Century, Marge Carson, John RIchard, Lexington, Chaddock, you name it. They also carry some lesser known brands from around the world. I wish the store was bigger, they need to add more space as there are sooooooo many more items they could house from NCs top brands. We need a store like the mall-stores in NC here in NY. Also, I wish there were less super classical/victorian pieces....but thats just my taste. Taking away 1 star because I feel the rugs are way overpriced for quality.....though some are very nice. If youre furniture shopping, this store is definitely a must visit.

We had an excellent shopping experience at Safevieh in Glen Cove. There was was a wide variety in style and price and the salespersons were pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend this store.
