Had a really great experience this morning! The printing staff was Awesome so helpful and quick. I highly recommend coming in!

This store is so bad had to leave without any assistance. N0body to help me for 20 mins. 6/13 Sunday theres no help. Going to best buy

Sad to say but this branch has gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. It us filthy, Im shocked, all the shelves are basically empty when other neighborhood stores or markets have supplies. No people available for help or are unwilling to help. No Manager on site. Outside store column is knocked off its foundation and totally unsafe.Sad to see a store like this wind up in the basement. No essentials available anymore. At one point they were price gouging even hand sanitizer which could be picked up at a CVS. Totally unmanaged now-!!

I like the people here, always friendly and ready to help out. I was looking to buy a printer, and the guy working there went out of his way to help me find a printer that would fit my needs. Also got a discounted price, as they were running a special that week.

I havent been to staples in years because i just assumed that online shopping was cheaper but their sale prices beat amazon. That along with great help from Andrew. Shawnee, and another woman whose name i did not get, made finding my new wifi router easy.

Came to make copies. 2 out of 3 machines are not working. 3rd machine was being used by a customer and he had at least 6 paper jams to print out 100 copies. Waited for 45 minutes and left. Frustrating experience.

I give this staples one star, for more than one reason. I walked in with my son, he wanted a laptop, I wanted some pens. We were in a hurry and needed to get home quickly for supper. the most concerning part about my evening is when i was told that my coupon has expired. I demanded to see the manager and was denied his service immediately. We didnt receive any discount on our items and were treated poorly my Micheal P.definitely choosing Micheals next time. Went in for copies today and was very impressed with Mariah from the copy center. Worked very hard and handled multiple customers.

I just waited at a register with the working light on for over 5 minutes, trying to pay for my items, there were no cashiers in sight. An employee walked past me, without helping, or ringing the items I had so I left everything on the counter and walked out. With this horrible service its no wonder why everyone orders online.

Has everything except what youre looking for. No selection of electronics or computers with the nearest decent computer store being 30 minutes south. Theres usually only three or four employees working here with the manager just wandering around. Its almost as if Staples corporate is trying to phase out this location. Their inventory and staff gets smaller every time I come here.

I had a large land survey reduced to 8.5x11 printed in color, and copied to a portable usb drive. All done without a hitch in a friendly, professional manner.

This is yunonfinity barbershop on 26 glen street we do amazing haircuts and provide good services for men, anyways when i go to staples i never had a problem exept my keyboard broke and they replaced it excellent cutomer service thanks staples
