Its been awhile since my husband and I have been mattress shopping and werent particularly looking forward to it. We were a little overwhelmed with so many selections when we first walked in but Mattress Firm made it a painless experience. Our sleep expert, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and helpful so we knew in a short time we had come to the right place. He helped us narrow down what might be best for our comfort needs. No need to shop around! Highly recommend.

I went in to get some information about buying a new bed. Dennis was my salesman and he was outstanding in explaining the features of the mattresses I was interested in. After the sale, the delivery guys did a great job installing the unit in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this location and Dennis as the sales rep!

Deniese was one of the best mgrs sales associates that I have ever encountered. She asked me a series of probing questions to determine my needs, explained a few alternatives, had me test the mattresses, highlighting the differences in construction and costs. Deniese explained the benefits of the higher quality products and also showed me the low end line, never pushing in any direction. The decision was totally mine and I never felt pressured and made the best balanced choice .I will reference her to all my friends looking for bedding. My wife and I walked in to purchase a a new king mattress without having done much research ahead of time; thankfully, Denise was extremely helpful in taking us through step by step to find our preferences and the perfect mattress. After we left to shop around more, Denise went above and beyond by cross checking all of similar mattresses for availability, so that when (and if) we returned, wed have more to consider. Shopping around for a new mattress and came back to this location after going to other Mattress stores. First off, Denise was amazing from the moment we walked in. She had us test the different mattress types (firm, medium or plush), really paid attention to our bodys position (if we sunk too much or if it was just right) when laying down, gave information on pillow types and why certain designs are better for different genders, and listened to our price point! She was really friendly, knew her stuff, and actually cared about us getting the right mattress and deal that worked best for us!We came back same day and were surprised that Denise did a lot more looking into mattresses and deals on the chance wed come back! Really happy we came back!!Only negative is that, due to Covid, delivery might be delayed a week, but thats outside their control.

Service at this location is excellent, which is why we went back after purchasing another mattress about a year ago. Only gave 4 stars because the mattress we purchased won’t be in stock for several weeks, but that may be outside the control of the store itself.

Brian hooked us up... He helped us find the perfect fit for us! We didnt know what we were looking for, but he asked the right questions and we are very happy with our new mattress! Above and beyond!

I just purchased two mattresses from this store in Glen Ellyn and and very pleased with them. The price was great and the wonderful saleslady (Kyu) was informative and very professional. I kept changing my mind about frames, box springs, etc etc. and she was patient about making all of the changes. I would purchase from her again! Also, the two guys who did the delivery were wonderful. I didnt catch their names but they were prompt, courteous, and covered the front hallway with a rug and cleaned everything up. Also took away my old mattresses.

My girlfriend and I went to look at a mattress to possible purchase a new one. From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted by our associate Jacob B. who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She knew a lot about every bed, and helped us with getting a bed that would help us with our back issues.We got the adjustable base for free since it was 4th of July week and we also saved a ton of money from the sale. I also picked up a Columbia pillow that has cooling effects! Yay!So, we got a nice queen bed, a free adjustable base, a 5-sided protector, a Columbia pillow, and free delivery for $1100. She worked it out for next day delivery - this is great since we need a bed asap due to our cat urinating on our old one! Will be back again next time we need anything bed related!

This company is a joke and takes advantage of it customers. I went in their and met with Angela on a mission to get a mattress. Although she trying be nice she kept telling me If I wanted to go home and think about it. I kept saying No I would like to see of I can get this done today.In addition I told her I had no problem paying cash if I have to BUT if I qualified for the 0% financing so I could continue to build my credit. I have pretty good credit and have done this with more than 4 peices of furniture in the past with other companys. We decide on a bed and do an app they dont approve me with synchrony which is weird because I have an account for care credit of 1200 already which is synchrony. Then they offer me a loan through GENESIS CREDIT. When the loan offer came in it seemed like Angelas confidence began to fade but reassured me that the 35% interest rate they were quoting me from Genesis is ONLY if I exceeded my alloted 6 month 0% and that I would have a minimum of 6 mo 0%. After pulling my CREDIT and submitting the app I was the informed by GENESIS CREDIT AND MY REP ANGELA THAT THEY WOULD HAVE NO 0% INTEREST FOR ANY MONTHS and would expect me to start paying the 35% day 1, I thought it was weird when the rep had to call Genesis and get walked through doing my app like it was the first time.I think she had somewhere to be and was trying to leave early and her mind was already checked out, I mean she asked if I wanted to come back Sunday and everytime I said no and I wanted to get this done today even if I just had to pay cash.Now mind you this was only $800.00 purchase I was looking to make which I had no problem paying cash if need be (which I will do today at American Mattress) The issue here is that for some reason not only did they deny the 0% loan for 800 bucks but they will gladly approve a $2000. For 35%(This is the limit that was offered with Genesis Credit) In addition Matress firm apparently partners with CROOKS. If you look up the company Genesis Credit on the BBB ( located in Beaverton Oregan) You will find not 1 POSITIVE REVIEW BUT A TOTAL OF 54 NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS IN 4 YEARS IN BUSINESS since 2014. I couldnt find one good review on google, Glass door, or BBB but they some how have an A+ rating (Fraud $).I have seen companys that been in business 20 years and not get that many complaints. Both Mattress Firm and GENESIS CREDIT are trying to do what is called preditory lending and are trying to take advantage of consumers. Very misleading. To say the least this is a very bad company to do business with I would advise one of the MANY other OPTIONS! I will never step in another on of these stores (Mattress Firm, Sleepys) As long as I live. Also walmart and a few others destroy Mattress firms hugley padded prices. Not to mention the insane bait and switch financing offers and overall poor shopping experience. NEVER AGAIN!
