I had a MIL light come on in my truck, I checked the codes (I own a well respected auto repair shop in Wheaton), and saw that once again my DEF heater in the tank had failed. I had replaced this unit about 3 years ago, but in doing research on it, I saw that GM was offering an extended warranty on it due to high failure rate. It also had a code for one of the NOx sensors, but with the DEF system not working due to the bad heater, this may well be a false code. I explained all this to the service writer on drop off. I had called to make an appointment, was told to bring it in at 930am on Thursday and I should wait for it, I asked if I could drop it off Wed. afternoon and it could be repaired on Thursday, the lady assured me that would work great. I got a call about 2pm Thursday afternoon from another service writer, he told me we have to order 2 NOx sensors for your truck, I told him no, if they would need to be replaced, I would do it at my shop, I just needed the reductant heater #1 replaced per the extended warranty I dropped off with the truck. I was told he would try to get it done before the weekend, I said not today, he said not a prayer. They did get it done Friday afternoon, but man, poor communication, false promises, etc. and trying to upsell me when they know who and what I am. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed in the whole thing. Experiences like this just show me why our customers come to our shop and dont want to go back to the dealer when it is not necessary.

Bill made getting my new truck painless and fun to do. Bill was a great salesman who didn’t make me go back and forth on the price it was a great deal. Phil in finance made everything simple and was able to work out a good deal with the warranty as well. Went to shop for a new vehicle 3 weeks ago. Sales person was Bruce who is new at Jerry Haggerty Chevy. Bruce couldn’t find keys to a truck we were interested in. Went inside sat down with the sales manager named Joe regarding what what my husband was looking for. Joe said they would need to research around to see if there was a truck we are looking. Bruce and Joe both told us to keep in contact with them if there were updates. After a week, we called and left 4 messages for Bruce to call us back. Not only in voicemail but with an actual person. No return calls at all. Called today and spoke with Joe. Joe stated they turned it over to their commercial sales. Joe asked if they ever called which they never did. The point was Bruce never returned any of our calls. Absolutely No Respect for serious customers. Never would recommend this dealership.

I would give them 10 Stars if that were possible! Wonderful people who go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The service personnel are very responsive and take the necessary time to all my questions and concerns. They also have a very comfortable waiting area with wifi access and complimentary bottled water. You dont see that many places! I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else for service!

I have only had 2 great car buying experiences in my life, one in the 1990’s at CarMax and the other, with Haggerty. Both were great experiences and the efficiency was about the same but there was one major difference. Haggerty made it personal!Was doing my research for a Silverado 1500 and visited several other dealers all of whose were charging more than the MSRP. The latest being Kays Chevrolet where they up charged an additional 10% over MSRP. Stay away from those snakes.The minute I walked onto the lot I was greeted by Joe C (sales person) and right off the bat, I could tell, this was going to be different. No pressure, go tricks, no venomous snakes! Paul was very knowledgeable of the truck we were interested in and made sure we knew all of the differentiating factors between the various trims.We pulled the trigger and decided to go with a model we needed and wanted. Michael Haggerty showed jumped in and Again, I had a warm impression from Michael and not once did anyone try to bamboozle us, pull the rug out from under our feet, pressure us into buying warranties we didn’t need or other products and services we did not want or need. Instead, Michael laid everything out in front of us allowing us to make an informed decision. Mike was straight to the point, showed us the numbers that actually made sense and not only earned our business, but our respect.The whole process of buying the vehicle from Haggerty was pleasant and I will be returning! Bought a 2019 Chevy Trax with Jesus Chuy Serna. The process was efficient and we were satisfied. Joe, sales manager, was informative. Overall good experience. We contacted Jesus on his day off, and he called us back in 5min. Spoke honestly, we never felt pressured. Gentleman in was honest and efficient. I’d buy from them again.

Sales was amazing. Service advisor rude and got loud with me. Only had truck 2 weeks and 2021 silverado engine has knock(4k miles) I was frustrated he kept telling me they couldnt do anything because techs were on strike, wanted me to take truck home and Schedule Service when they were done striking. They did give me a loaner car. So Service Manger called and told me I will be dealing with him directly from now on. Im changing the review to 4 stars and we will see how it goes.

I had started my 2017 Malibu before leaving work last night to warm the engine and accidentally locked my key fob inside with the motor running! All I was told over and over was, you should have paid another $6500 for a warranty when you bought the vehicle. I bought the vehicle from a new car dealer expecting better service than a used car dealership. Very disappointed!!!

Love this car dealership! I brought my car a few years back and everyone was great! I had it in there a few days ago to see if they could find the back cap to my headlight that fell inside the car! They not only took me in right away, they found it and put it on right away! The service man was so nice and did not charge me for it!!

Went to the store 3 weeks ago for reparing my vehicle and they said they need to order the part and contact me in few days, but they just compeleted disappeared. So I have to brought my car to another Chev dealer and the cost for address same issue is even $100 cheaper. Also their staff is very rude and unprofessional. There are a lots of Chev dealer around this area, avoid this store to save your time and money!!!

I told him lets not BS, honor this price and well get a deal done today. Couple of hours later his Manager text me invoice price with his signature which matched the online price!! So found a vehicle that I was highly interested in purchasing, spoke to sales person Robert Whalen asked me to send him information on my trade in and scheduled a appointment to go see the vehicle in 4 hours I said I’m not going to even haggle you on the price I’m really interested and they said they shouldn’t have an issue giving me what I want for my trade in. 2 hours later they sell the vehicle, pretty un stand up move. Needless to say won’t ever consider them again what else are they going to do behind your back.

We went to Stasek Chevy (twice) to renew our lease. Rubbish customer service. False advertising. Frustrated, we walked into Haggerty Chevy. It was like night and day. Jeff, our salesman, was awesome. Friendly, cordial, real. Scott in finance was unbelievable. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. They bent backwards to get us to a figure we were comfortable with and then they came down a little more. They realized that the customer service experience is invaluable. Thats why I would strongly recommend Haggerty from here on out.
