Good selection of outfits. Ideal size, not too small nor too big for a store. Lay out makes it look bigger. Nice selection of items to buy as Xmas presents or for family activities Xmas time. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
It was in Wembley London Designer Outlet where I visited recently. I always love M&S, be it regular shop or any outlet. I like their collections and the quality of the products. Price range is also very decent. That day, it was raining heavily that day and all other shops had huge queue in front of their entrances, but for M&S, there was no such queue, but it was not too crowded inside either. I found many things to try on myself and but as I was not aware it gets closed at sharp 5, when I walked towards the trial room, they were just closing it at around 4:45; I requested them but all in vain. So I had to return empty handed. I was sad but nothing more I could do. I dont live nearby and if some dresses dont fit me, I have to return and it would be a hassle for me. Couldnt take the risk.If you go to the outlet and if you are really sure to buy something from there, I would suggest please keep sufficient time in your hand.
Nice big outlet store with a good range from clothes to homeware.. As its an outlet store the prices are great as well. There is also an extra discount section which is definitely worth checking out as there could be a good bargain waiting.

A huge collection of varieties for kids, adults and older people. There are sometimes clearance offers in cheap price with very good quality cloths. So, it’s better visit Mark & Spencer at outlet Wembley, when ever you thinking about shopping. I have bought very nice tops for my 15 year daughter and I know she will be love my choice.100% recommended.Thanks 🙏
Lack luster outlet with unwelcoming atmosphere. Is painted white throughout and lighting is very bright.Plenty of stock to chose from but limited size availability.Clearance corner was a mess with Christmas stock still being sold!
I am normally a big fan. I feel that the store has been reduced in size due to covid.This has impacted on the shopping experience. There is far less choice of basics like sock, for example.The price point for the available items was very good. You felt like you were getting a bargain.

Fantastic bargains at the M&S outlet - especially in their sales section, tops for £2.50, dresses for £5 and bikini bottom for 50p ! They also have lingerie, men, kids and home sections.
So my experience of this outlet is a bit hit and miss. I visited in January and was rewarded with £10 Merino wool jumpers, £10 chinos and a wide range of reduced price goods. More recently I found the mens reductions very limited although the clearance section was completely full of womens clothing.
Unfortunately this particular store has lost some of the trading floor space 😕? Cut backs of some kind or another 😕 but still a reasonably good selection of goods on sale even though they have cut back on some of the items 👍
Never again, thoroughly disappointed, on some products no prices are displayed and the staff most unhelpful. Never again.

A large well layed out store. Has loads of Marks and Spencer clothes at heavily discounted price.Staff are really friendly and helpful.

M&S lacks the variety as they are still selling same old fashioned clothes from 90s but at higher prices than many big brands. I hardly find anything if I have to buy it from M&S. I wouldnt recommend M&S stores but their food shops are okay to go to.
Good quality clothes discount price
The clothes in the shop felt years old. Walked out without buying anything.
It was good, just the problem was on some dresses they werent exchangeable or refundable which only you get to know after getting the bill even though its written that you can exchange or refund as you cantt try the dress right now near dressing room.
Good eange of shops although some are a little chaotic and some of the store discounts are no better than online. Long queue to get into the Nike store when it first reopened in April 21.
Pity there was no homeware dept but the quality and variety of clothing on sale was good.

Service was ok..Asian man who served me wasnt very efficient though.Spoke to me as if I didnt understand his instruction first time.His customer service skills were poor and I didnt like his mannerisms.Queues were long..Manager was quite slow to react to getting this dealt with.Security outside was extremely pleasant and a joy to talk to whilst queuing.Overall experience...ok.
Great M&S store, good vriaty of products with discounted prices. Also customer service seem to ok. The only draw back is it can be difficult to find rhe correct size. But all in all its a good store location and size.

It is a big store located at -1 level of wembley outlet. A lot of diversity for different taste and sizes. Great prices considering it is the outlet. Quite busy place and the staff is nice as always.
Everything is perfect but the stock is limited. A bit cheaper than usual stores though.

Very good in terms of price and variety
Visited on last Sunday and was disappointed to observe that store was closing in 10 min @5.0 pm while the Wembley Outlet timings on Sunday are till 7.0 pm. The guy at M&S started shouting 10 min earlier to 5.0 pm that finish your purchases as store is closing. Was quite rude and aggressive the way he was talking to customers to finish and leave the store before 5 pm. He also said that we dont follow Wembley Outlet timings in a rude manner to a customer query. Seeing how others are being treated left without a purchase. This store has to be more customer oriented.

Store has changed since my last visit. The random selection of items and poor layout make it look more like a charity shop or jumble sale!
Much as youd expect. Might be a good option for fuller figured ladies. Lots of stock in the big sizes 46+. I didnt think the bargains were particularly remarkable. Probably not worth the trip.
Amazingly helpful staff especially Dylan. Didnt have my size unfortunately but tried everything to help. Great prices too.

What youd expect from M&S. A range of well made clothing covering all weathers. Whilst the styles and colours are not wildly exciting there are really enticing discounts to be had in store. Because its their outlet shop sizes and range is limited but if you like the brand, are happy with the decent service and fancy a bargain you cant go too wrong.

Having been in a few times I know my way around, the jumble sale area is past all the mens stuff... And then really oddly presented and for some reason M&S have blocked out the windows so there is no natural light in that area at all... Very weird as I think most people dont know that part of the shop exists and having a clear view would advertise its there to shoppers :)

Great for discounted items but the staff especially in the changing room are really rude, unhelpful and generally seem like they dont want to help u. I can understand working in the changing rooms can be tiring but this is m&s so its really surprising. I would expect this at Primark not m&s. I have been here on a number of occasions and each time I have had the same experience. I would have given a lower rating but then this store really does offer good deals.
Its one of the best shops in Wembley outlet. I will recommend to visit as they have more variety for women clothing as compared to men.
