Not sure who the manager is at the store however she who claimed she was a manager on Saturday December 30th was eager to sell only one mattress when we walked in, she was quite argumentative as well as claimed to know most everything we needed yet didnt really apply herself to obtain info to suit our needs.Needless to say she lost a rather nice sale due to her attitude. Thank goodness our friends Mattress Firm down the street made it a more personable purchase we were able to purchase something right for the both of us, not just the only mattress they were willing to sell us of course with a humble personality not the crotchety one we experienced from the so called boss at American Mattress in Glen Ellyn.
