Steve was able to help me and with zero judgment and show me some options. I have PCOS and am caffeine intolerant. I have been buying vitamins and supplements from Jolly for over 5 years. Trust me he is the most knowledgeable expert on vitamins and supplements and general health that tou can find. He is very kind and consummately professional. We go out of our way to get to this store and talk with Jolly.

If youre coming here to pick up something you normally use, get ready to be interrogated on how/when/why you use it and why youre wrong. The reviews on here are right. Im open to advice and helpful knowledge but this was the most condescending experience Ive ever had in a store. No wonder I buy online. Will never come back.

Get your stuff in order. If you say you open at 9, open at 9. Im sitting 8n the parking lot at 915 and your still not open. Not a good way to start the day.

Lucy is dead on- Aggressive and unhelpful pretty much sums it up. This was absolutely the worst in-store experience Ive ever had. Came in for one specific product, asked if they had a student discount, guy said they did. So i was going to get the product. Not only did the clerk make me feel like an idiot in the absolute least helpful way possible for buying the product, he didnt even give me the discount. I felt so dumb i didnt even have a guts to go back to get my money back! (which he should have offered to do right away after he over charged me but again, he was such an a** i didnt even say anything) I should have just bought it off amazon for less $ and less hassle. I will never set foot in this place again.

Rude and condescending employees. I cant believe just by a phone call I was talked down to because I didnt know literally everything about a pre workout supplement. I actually laughed because it was so obsurd. Ill never use this GNC. No wonder Amazon is crushing these businesses, no one needs to be insulted or be encouraged to come in for a long big winded sales pitch and lecture.
