Rick is great to work worth! He is fast and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Great experience so far and will definitely be back for any future work.

I went to this place twice in the last year. The first time I was treated disrespectfully, but I figured maybe the guy was having a bad day, so I gave them another chance a week ago. Bad idea.First of all, I get there and am ignored for a good 3-4 minutes while the owner talks to his technician. I assume its the owner because hes been in charge both times I went. I didnt even get the courtesy of Ill be right with you or Just a moment - Just completely ignored me. 3-4 minutes might not sound like a lot, but try it some time. Around minute 2 you really start to feel pretty unwelcome.When he finally gives me the honor of turning his attention to me, I try to explain what I need. Evidently, I didnt know all the proper technical words to use, so the guy took the liberty of stopping me and saying Do you even know what the hell youre doing?Wow. Just wow.Im not a car audio person, and Im not trying to claim I am. In all honesty, I DONT know what Im talking about. THAT is why Im coming to a place who specializes in it. But that aside -- is this any way to treat a customer? What ever happened to respect -- or just plain keeping your mouth shut if you dont have something nice to say?Instead of wasting your time and money here, look up Reed Audio which is on the other side of Glen Rock. Reed, the owner, is friendly, helpful, wont rip you off and wont make you feel like an annoyance.

If you do need to go to this place, definitely speak to and have your car fixed by Tony. He is a decent guy, who will both explain the issue, and show it if he has to.

The owner, Rick, is very rude and unhelpful. He doesnt guarantee any work done at his place and says that if you have a problem then you need to take it up with whoever did the work. He literally gave me the cell phone number of the guy who worked on my car and told me to deal with him. He never apologized or acknowledged the bad job that was done on my car or offered to fix it or offer any type of refund. He kept trying to convince me that the job was done right and that if i wasnt happy then it was my fault. They overcharge and do lousy work. Stay far far away from this sleazy place.
