Excellent service and kind, efficient staff. Came in for a fingerprinting and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had some nightmare fingerprinting appointments before but at Mail and More, the staff knew exactly what they were doing and there was no wait time.

All of the men were super helpful and kind! I am so glad that I found them to help me with the services needed. I highly recommend supporting this business. They are friendly and definitely know what they are doing!

I have been using Mail and More since they opened. I love the connivence of dropping off all my returns and sending care packages to my family. I have had the best experience with all of their staff through the years.

Completely incompetent. Lost package. Said they found the package. Then proceeded to ship the package to the wrong address. Glad your “ten years of experience” is equivalent to 10 years incompetence.If you have anything of importance or significance to send.... I highly recommend you look elsewhere.....

Beware - clerks are not wearing masks, walking around the facility while talking on the phone without mask, talk to the clients without masks.Spent 19 minutes waiting for my pre-scheduled appointment to verify my document.

Not a single worker was wearing a mask. I’d understand if they were keeping their distance behind the counter but all 3 were walking around the floor within 2 feet of me.

I completely agree with the previous review. These people didn’t wear masks despite the relatively confined (narrow) space. Completely inconsiderate. This is a problem and future patrons should beware.

Great staff and great service!! Paul and the crew are always eager to help with a smile. Sent many packages from there and they always advise the most efficient way of shipping them. Have had reports bound, and banners printed - they have consistently looked AWESOME! We are lucky to have them in town!

Phenomenal customer service; efficient and friendly. I came to get notary service and send pre-paid FEDEX and from the time I walked in until the time I left they were very respectful and helpful. The guy found out I was military and provided me free notary services.

I am giving this place 5 stars for the simple fact its the only place in town that I can drop off pre paid UPS and FedEx packages. I am in here a few times per month.I have not used any of their other services yet, but I am extremely happy and pleased with the drop off.

This location is one of the finest pick up and drop off centers I have ever been to to ship and drop off packages and letters and Paul and his staff have been very helpful, courteous, and have a great personality and wonderful atmosphere. I rate this as the #1 best for all your shipping needs.

Great customer service! I had a label issue at the USPS office and they were so unhelpful about it, it was one of those customer service encounters that was so absurdly bad, it kinda brings your day down. Then I go here to drop off my UPS package, same label issue.. the gentleman was so nice & helpful about it, *complete* 180 from the other place. And learned they take USPS packages too! This is my main mailing place now. & thank you to the man who treated me kindly, you completely undid that bad experience I had just before walking in the door.

I wonder if the MMR in Jason MMRs name stands for Mail & MoRe. Nothing like an unbiased review from someone associated with the business as they pose to be a customer. Makes me wonder how many of the other 5 star reviews are fakes left by the owners relatives.Very confused with the other reviews. Great staff and great service? Eager to help with a smile? Those descriptions are just about the exact opposite of the experiences Ive had there and Ive heard several other people agree with me. Times Ive been in there, the employees were very rude and acted as if their customers are inconveniences.

I started using Mail & More when I moved overseas and needed a place for my US mail. They always provide service that is not only efficient, but friendly & courteous. That is a rare combination in todays world.

These folks are shipping experts and a pleasure to deal with.Very satisfied.
