The other day my garage door stopped opening. I called another provider first; i explained to them that my garage door spring seemed to have separated from its cone. They wanted to charge me to come out and replace the entire spring. I called Michael, when he came he realized the issue only required reattaching the spring to the cone and tightening everything. He did the work, was very friendly and because he did what was necessary, saved me money. I will use him again and would recommend My Service to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

I was having an issue with my garage door opener, and Michael came the next day. He was professional and didn’t push me to purchase items I didn’t need. I thought I’d need a new garage door opener and he explained that this wasn’t necessary. Very quickly, he fixed my problem, and because of his honesty, saved me money, too! In the process of adding a new remote panel, he discovered the the piece was weak, so he allowed it to remain so I have a functional door in the meantime while we wait for the new panel.
