Very disappointed !!! We waited 6 weeks for delivery . Received bed yesterday . Bed smells like old eggs. Was told not to put sheets on for an hour . 36 hours later whole room smells like eggs . Custoner service told me they have 30 days to replace this bed with another one .I wanted the bed picked up today . No one can do that & they will swap it out on October 11, 2021I have lung cancer & I am going for chemo & radiation treatments & needed a good mattress . This is outrageous . Don’t buy c6 mattress or any from the Glendale Heights store

Their customiser service stinks. Ive been trying for 3 days to get help with my elderly mothers bed. I have been disinfected twice after talking with customer service reps. This after being on the phone with them for an hour each time. An trying to get through on a priority line they gave my mom. Have only been on hold for 25 minutes now with a supposed 2 minute wait.

My husband and I had a GREAT experience here! Geoff was incredibly helpful and insightful, very patient even when we stayed a bit past closing, kind and funny, and didnt try to influence our decision in the slightest. He really cared about us as people, not just customers, finding the best comfort and fit for us. I would highly recommend checking out the Sleep Number beds - theyre incredible! Even better if you get to work with Geoff in the process :)

Terrible experience. The sleep number is a glorified air mattress. If you ever roll into the middle of your bed it feels like youre falling into a canyon and get no back support. Then when you want to return it they charge you over $400 for shipping/pickup all while under the 100 day trial. The fact that I paid to return this thing really speaks to the quality of the product.

Q was very helpful explaining the beds and options. Our son and daughter in law recently purchased an i8 so thats what we also decided on. Cant wait for July 10th for delivery!

We had an excellent experience at this location. Geoff was very accommodating and knowledgeable about his products. We spent about 2 hours testing various beds and Geoff explained each without any pressure on us to purchase. Excellent job and kudos to Geoff.We purchased the i8 and expect delivery soon. I spent a lot of time researching the product, and have a number of family & friends who own sleep Number beds, so I feel confident I am getting a top notch bed soon.

Had a great experience here. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helped us find the right bed for us. Delivery was on time and smooth.

We ordered our bed and had two wait for a two week delivery date. We took our bed apart expecting delivery today between 9-12. During the delivery window, they called and said they can’t deliver for another WEEK!!! This is completely unacceptable. This is a very expensive product with horrible customer service. So disappointed in something we were originally so excited about. Now we have a few months of financing and for the first month we will be paying for a bed we don’t have.

Sales person seemed very knowledgeable. explained about the beds and we tried every bed. Expensive but honestly the have a 25 year warranty that covers the bed and the base. That’s great so you wouldn’t have to by a new bed. For 25 years. Spent a lot of time with us

If you are not sure if you should get a sleep number bed (which you should) go see Geoff and he will answer any questions you have and he will make sure you are satisfied before making your purchase and walking out the door. Not only do you get a amazing bed you will have amazing service.

Geoff was an excellent salesman to work with. He was incredibly patient and thorough. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything which eventually resulted in us purchasing what we hope will be a quality, comfortable, long lasting product that will improve our quality of sleep an overall health. Guy working there was very unhelpful and he kept pushing the most expensive bed -almost $10,000 !!! And you can only return the mattress and not the adjustable base and it’s $1,000 to have a foot warmer?!!! I can pay $50 at Walgreens Wouldn’t give us a quote either

2nd bed in 2 weeks - couldnt let sale pass us by. Weve had an original bed for over 20 years, before there were actual stores. Still works, even without all the bells and whistles. Also have 2 pillows so guess were a Sleep Number success. Great people at Glendale store.

Nice staff to work with. Pillow eliminated neck pain. Those who weve recommended love their beds. All in all, good experience.

Went here today with my fiancé to get our sleep number since we bought our bed via phone. Guy working there got offended and gave us an attitude and said we shouldn’t of bought our bed via phone and gave the remotes to us and told us to find our number ourselves by “going to 30 then to 60 and wait for the arch to go away”. My fiancé and I were livid at this point as he wasted our time and his customer service was unacceptable. He should be fired.
