Very unprofessional staff. There is this one particular manager that is rude and unprofessional. I was asking for assistance and she acted as though I was bothering her. I had come to the store often and was always treated badly. Now I take my business to Dollar General.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is packed with items at good prices. It is a sister store to Dollar Tree so you see a lot of the same items.

The clerks here are friendly and helpful, but just like every where else, cleaning products are rarely available

This location is bay far the best family dollar I’ve ever been to and Karen so nice she keeps the store very clean, well stocked, and organized...they definitely should be rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would say to the few people that may have had a bad experience in the past to go back because Karen’s service is the best and she’s always there so I’m sure you’ll have a better time maybe even change your post help them get to five stars ⭐️

Friendly and pleasant staff. I was greeted when I walk in by a employee named Laura. She was cheerful and smiling. I was surprised by how organized, clean and stocked the store was. Ive been in other dollar stores that are unorganized, messy and hard to find the things I need. Not at this Family Dollar store. Everything was where it should be and many of the items I needed were on sale. Family Dollar is a A-1 store!!!! Thanks!!

This Family Dollar store was well stocked. Found some really good deals. Definitely will be back even though it is a drive from my house.

Helpful and courteous staff. They answered my questions and showed me where the items I needed to get were at. Polite, respectful, and service with a smile. Store was clean and in order. I shop there all the time and this is a great store.

This is my go to store for all of my household needs and I love the store and prices. I’ve been shopping there for years and I’m just glad it’s still open.

I was emotionally harassed by my family at home so I had to pack a suitcase and leave in a whim. I wanted to pick up a call at Family Dollar, she started to scream to get out of her store. I have never been treated so terribly before trying to talk to my brother on the phone. I went through harassment of the highest sort. I like to shop with good deals and prefer new clothing over used so I was going to be a repeat customer for life. God talks to me through dreams and is hooking me up with a guy but the way I was treated here was beyond rude it was like hatred for my very life. Like I am a filthy rag. I have all new clothing on I bought at Target jeans cost me $30 and shirts $27. I don’t think I am poor I just got into an abusive situation and left without my credit cards because my family abuses me mentally and does not want me to get away so before I took off mom stole my credit cards. I have an excellent credit history and I like to shop on credit, I am spontaneous and I like to use credit when possible so I never leave any cash. This was I repeat THE MOST RUDEST PERSON I ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. And I wasn’t even homeless, I was just trying to figure out how to use apple pay to rent a hotel since my credit cards are saved to apple pay. My phone costs $1039 my second google phone was also $980. I like to have two phones one for storage. I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE, rudest manager ever started screaming to get out. I also currently have a job I am not homeless I was simply picking up a call from my brother. She also screamed at me for having a blanket from their store. I certainly did not look homeless my suitcase is $500 the best one out there for my style. I am just in the middle of moving to a different state to work for lyft and I am not poor my dad owns two huge homes he promised to buy me a home once he sells his other property he also promised to buy my entire family each one of us a home. Please do not shop here. This place is filthy. I have never felt this much outmost disrespect in my entire life and never have I been homeless EVER. This place is making me want to barf. I’m never coming back dear manager and I want you to know that you deserve a bad review. Don’t get mad and start pretending to call the cops on me. Just because you think I am homeless. I am not. You’re the filthiest person out there. Jesus said that those that go to heaven are those that give out of the little that they have, that’s if I was homeless. You’re not going unless you start treating people right just so you know. And I was going to be a repeat shopper for life. Never again. I’ll find other dollar tree. I am also going to spread this to everyone all over the internet. In instagram and I have a ton of followers. Thanks to your assumption I will tell everyone how you made me feel. And by the way I am an empath, I told you you should feel guilt and apologize because I am being abused at home because of the visa lottery system my husband used me to get a fake status, which is why I am being abused based on what he made me do. Shame on you you filthy rag, you will not make it to heaven until you start helping the poor and needy. And by the way when I get my home when my dad buys me one who better not drive by because I am making a criminal investigation report on you, I am going to tell Homeland Security how you treated me when I am talking to them about my report on my husband because his sister won the lottery and then he used me he felt untutoredintitled to his status because you voted for the visa lottery system. Shame on you you filthy rag. I never want to see you again.

Laura one of the managers is one of the rudest ladies I have ever meet in my life. She should be embarrassed of how people view her as a human being! Good luck family dollar with that and shame on you for ignoring these reviews!!! Shame on you! Btw every item that is in sale will never ring up as the sale price. Look at your receipt. This happens every time I go! No joke!!! Prove it for yourself dont take my word for it.

This is by far the rudest Family Dollar I have ever be in. First, the black cashier(girl) is disrespectful and has a bad attitude! The manager is just as disrespectful! The black cashier was asking my son to stay close to his mother- which I was about 2 steps away from him! Second children (mine at least) have money to spend! How do you know if this 13 year old is not about to make a purchase! After I inform her Im right here- she stares at me with stupid grin! Which pist me OFF! I began explaining to me son (since she was playing with honey buns making the price.. wasnt ready to say step up or are you ready for checkout) some stores kids come in and grab things and break them! We were the only one in the store maybe 1 other customer. She give me a total and then I asked, where was this policy about children being with their parents its store policy she replied with an attitude! Going to my car I was upset walked back inside and asked for corporate number! Meet the rudest manager! We dont have the number have to call 411- this store is a joke! I exchange not so friendly words with both of them and walked out!!! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE! THE review are RIGHT! These women need to be FIRED! I cant wait to speak with district manager. They definitely meet the right one today.

Very very rude cashier i have been there 3xs an this woman there is the rudest person iv ever met . I had just walked in store an grabbed my cart too then on accident bumped a wet floor cone. She was at register a good distant away from where i was she screamed from her register Dont knock into my cones in my store!! ... this was the first thing said ... no yelled at me comming into this store ... RIDICULOUS!

They are all really friendly .always say hi when you walk in the door, they have a lot of clothes when you walk in and its cheap . overall everything is where it belongs

Every time I go in there this lady fallows me thinking im going to steal something and i think thats just rude i was also in the area so went back in to buy and she was like otra ves aqui thinking i didnt know english and she was saying here again very rude never going there again 😡

WORST FAMILY DOLLAR EVER !!!!!! Manager Laura is very rude and unpleasant!!!!! Walked in at about 8:45 ish and was followed and rushed through my time being there ..... was checking out and noticed I forgot toilet paper I told her I had to go back to retrieve it and. She sighed at me and told me to go and hurry because the store is about to close she also mentioned that shes been here all day I will be taking my business elsewhere such disgusting staff worst customer service ever

Absolute worst Family Dollar I have ever been to in regards to the staff. The employees are extremely rude, nasty and insulting. They do not know how to treat their customers. It is a shame that I have to drive 20 minutes to another location. I hope they retrain their management and employees soon before they go out of business.

Very disappointed with the new staff!! Their old staff was nice and let you take your time and space, but these new African American ladies follow you through out the store just so you dont mess up the store! Very rude African cashier who doesnt say hi or anything and treats you like crap and if you put somethin by the counter she yells at you like hey give this to me!!! like who does that? never been this disappointed with this store and staff!!! very rude!! I tried to use some manufacturer​ coupons and they would not accept them. I was told that the items were already on sale therefore I could not use a coupon for my purchase so I had to leave the items. The whole reason for my visit to Family Dollar was to redeem the coupons that were not accept. Waste of my time and annoyed.

Couldnt find everything I needed had to leave to go to another store found two items its OK
