Does not sell to public. I ended up finding my part in Amazon. HVAC company was charging me a little over 1k to replace a blower motor. After watching some YouTube videos and buying my self a nice multimeter. I ended up fixing my ac for 200 bucks. Parts plus wouldnt even give me a quote for the part so I can negotiate with the HVAC company.

Very disappointed I ordered a part that would Be there in 2 days. I called two days later they told me that part was in. I drove there the part was not there and I just heard excuses to wait another three days. Very disappointed.

It is sad when you have to drive from Aurora a hour away because your Aurora store does not care the parts you need and you cant even use the bathroom in the place

Unknowledgeable staff.It use to be good, Not any more.I ask for a hard start kit, they ask for the unit model# . I told him its a universal kit . He says I dont know what is this . I need a model # for the unit! . Again I told him its a universal kit & it can be work with any unit. They said We dont know!Really Unprofessional.
