Very dissatisfied with the customer support of the main owner. DOES NOT answer my calls/texts. I got into a crash about a month ago... he has been telling me he has contacted the insurance company, but when I call them, they have not received any paperwork (supplement). The owner then tells me of covering some part of the rental but doesnt proceed to tell me how much/days he will. I understand the lack of parts/maintenance, but I do not understand the lack of paperwork on your end and having to hear two different sides of a story. Will change review once I get my car back and get some type of cooperation.*UPDATE 22OCT*They had finally sent me the supplement after visiting their shop 4-5 times. They have not shared any progress with my car other than the usual. It has been in the shop for about two months and the insurance company is even stating that it should not be in the shop for this long... They say that is left are some small brackets. I just want the car Im paying for.

This place was so unprofessional. They informed me that it would take 3 days for my car to be fixed but it took them 7 days. I tried to call on the third day and no one answers the phone, and you cant leave a voicemail. I had to go there in person to even get an ETA and then again they told me it would be done by the next morning and didnt hear anything from them again. When they finally did let me know that my vehicle was ready 4 days after they told me it would be, I went there and no one knew where my invoice was or where my keys were. Super unprofessional as nothing is organized and they wasted so much of my time waiting for my vehicle and also waiting in person for them to figure out the invoice. Would not recommend.

These guys were great. They took my car in and knocked it right out of the in little time. They even went above and beyond and polished my car and cleaned the inside and outside. Trust me my car was a mess. They also lived up to their word and worked with me on getting a one of their rental car for a better deal than any of the major car rentals. I had the worst experience here. Do not spend your money here. When I dropped my car off I expressed how I could not afford my $1,000 deductible and saw online that they waive deductibles up to $1000. I had some front end damage end expressed to him that my car was shaky and needed an alignment as well. I gave him the estimate and he reviewed it... right then and there he knew that the estimate was not enough to be able to waive a deductible. Did he tell me that, no! Did I get a quote for the work, NO! Zero communication the entire time. He estimated 1week and it took 2, no big deal though. They call me when my car is ready and tell me it was $800... If I would have known they were only going to waive $200, I would have taken my car to someone I know and trust ( lesson learned). I was upset but I got over it and was happy to save $200. I go to pick up my car, it looks great, but when I take off my car was shaking like crazy and obviously did not get an alignment. If you would have moved my car 5 ft you would have felt it shake. I go back to the shop and the explain that they forgot about the alignment and would pay for my alignment at another shop. Turns out i had a huge split in my tire, how did they not notice that?! They were so negligent to send me off with my car in that condition. The man who changed my tire was shocked it didnt blow out. I call them to pay for the alignment, no answer, I called them 5 times. I called them again today, no answer. Oh yeah, and they only take cash...Oh wait theres more! While picking up my car, one of the owners proceeded to hit on me and ask for my number and jokingly say its all free for you. This place is so unprofessional and shady, youve been warned.

Very happy with the work done on my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan after my accident. Kyle and Alex were very helpful with getting an estimate and any questions I had throughout the process. I brought my car in to be fixed I had damage on my drivers side from a hit and run. I was told 4 days it would be done and he would take care of everything with the insurance co. So first of all it took 2 weeks and my insurance company ended up charging me for rental car because they didnt get an extension from the insurance company... Then l pick it up and noticed they did not put my pin stripe back on and missed a couple spots to be repaired. Cant call them they dont answer the phone and you cant leave a message becsuse their mail box is always full. Bad experience with this crew!!

Im fortunate to be in a position to have inside access to all the high end body shops in Phoenix and have great working relationships with the top insurance appraisers too. Even though I work in retail luxury car parts,I also enjoy a good deal when I can get one.After my Mercedes ML 350 was damaged by a hit and run driver (again),I was in no mood to pay my deductible (again).I knew of some body shops that waive your deductible, but wantedto hear from experts what their experience was.I was told to use Best Deal Auto Body and to let them know that although saving my deductible was a consideration, I wanted a high quality repair too.Having used the best high end shops in town, I knew what I should expect. Other than a need for a slight improvement in communications,I was not disappointed in any way.The customer service was top notch, the repair matched or exceeded the best auto body work I have experienced, but the waiving of my deductible definitely separates them from the other top 10 quality body shops.

Recently my wife and took turns knocking the passenger side mirror off of our Nissan Maxima.The auto body shop that did the first repair turned out to be an expensive lesson. My car got hit in a parking lot. The damage was significant and required me to change the front bumper along with some fender work. I was looking for body shops in phoenix area and came across DM auto-works on google. Not only did they waive some of my deductible, they quoted the least price and time to complete when compared to other body shops. I dropped my car on a Saturday, it took 1 week for my insurance company to send a person for review but the repair work was completed in 4 days. They even detailed the car so when I went to pick it up, it was clean and looked like a new car. I am really thankful to Alex (the owner) for completing the work so quick and waiving some of my deductible. I will definitely recommend. The front desk person Karen is also very helpful.

These guys are Awesome.....I had taken my car to another collision place and after a week (and half of the money down) they called me and said he had a family emergency and no longer could work on my car...when I went to pick it up at a different address he has given me, it was parked on the street in front of a residence - unlocked with the key inside....I was horrified to say the least.No repair, no money and it was my only car - I called all around and several people suggested I call Kyle or Alex at DM Autoworks - I called explained my story to them and within 5days my car was ready and perfect.....and they worked with me on the price....they even detailed my car! I am so blessed to have met these guys and I will recommend them to anyone that I can that needs quality work done on their car........Thank you again guys !!!

So my honest experience with this place overall I gave it a five star because I really like the fact that they help you with the deductible I had a $500 deductible and paid only 250. If there was anything I didn’t like is that it was really hard to get anyone to answer their phone so just for advice definitely leave a voicemail message and they will get back to you as soon as possible. I took my car in for a fender Replacement and rim with Lug nuts overall my vehicle took three weeks for completion.

EXCELLENT! I got into an accident and for over a month, I drove around with my car making noise and looking horrible simply because I didnt have the $500 towards my deductible. A co-worker told me about these guys and although I was very skeptical, I went to meet them anyway. On my way to work in Phoenix, a car swerved out of the way and I rear ended the car in front it. Woke up one morning and my car got hit. Wasnt too sure where Id want to go to get my car fixed. Looked around for a high rated shop so I didnt run into any problems while car was in the shop. Stumbled across this shop on google and happened to read the reviews. A lot of satisfied customers. Stopped by on Saturday and was helped by Karen who is at the front desk. Told her what had happened and she called out to Alex. Alex sees the damage on the car and said they can definitely take care of it with no problem. Called my insurance however since the claim was submitted Saturday I was unable to leave my vehicle. Karen explained that the shop might be able to waive some of my deductible. Went back to the shop the Monday after dropped of 2 vehicles as my bfs car also got hit. The owner helped us out by calling enterprise so we could get a rental. The insurance then called on Wednesday and said that the shop had informed that both cars would take approximately 2 weeks. 3 days later we received a call saying both cars were ready and they were able to waive half of both of our deductibles! This was the smoothest and easiest thing I have ever dealt with. The staff did a superb job fixing both vehicles and always had great customer service each time we went to the shop. Not only that but both cars were detailed! Now thats great service! I will always keep them in mind for the future and have already recommended them to a few friends. Thank you!

Was looking for a place that pays your deductible as I was in no financial position to afford mine, and they really pulled through for me. They did a wonderful job on my car. My only advice is better communication. Although, they made up for that by detailing the entire car inside and out, and the owner even gave me a tip for my uber when I simply asked if he could break a 20. Thank You!!! I hope I never have to come back, but I def would. I highly reccomend these guys!
