Front bumper was crushed and cracked. Not only did they get the new one, paint it to match my car exactly in only a few days, but when they found out I didnt have a ride home while they worked on my car they offered me a lift! Which, even though I lived close, was super sweet seeing as its LA and the sun was out. I was dreading walking home after working all day. Everyone was very profession and nice and I was kept up to date the entire time. So thrilled I went here and will definitely use their services again if I ever need!

This place has the absolute most talented auto body guys in all of Los Angeles. I really cant compliment this shop enough, especially after my second visit. Dropped my car off early in the week and it was ready before the weekend. Ive been telling all my family this is the only body shop worth going to from here on out, at this price and at this quality of work, its ridiculous to consider going anywhere else. Wow! Being new to Los Angeles, I was very hesitant to take my car anywhere without knowing where to go. I read great reviews on Prime Time Collision and from the first day I felt very confident with leaving my car there. Everyone was so nice. Mick and Vick went the extra mile to make sure my car was taken care of and they went into great detail explaining the process. I picked up my car and was surprised and impressed with the quality of work they have provided and for the affordable prices. I definitely recommend this place to someone looking for body work repair on their car.

Prime Time really came through on my custom s2000. Its been a 2 year project, very tricky with the custom wide body. they handled alot of the work, and the paint job. I took my wifes car to them, they did a great job at a great price.

After searching for a while to find the best body shop in the area, I came across prime time based on the reviews they had. Was a little skeptical at first but brought my car to them after a terrible rear end. From the very first visit, the crew went above and beyond in providing the right estimate of damages, taking care of all communication with insurance and estimate approval, keeping me informed at all times, and making sure my car looks exactly the same and even better than before the accident. This is the 3rd car weve taken to Prime Time. Harmik and his staff did an impeccable job on my Subaru. they replaced and painted the bumper. looks brand new. I didnt go through insurance, they gave me a great price.

Couple months back my new Tahoe was rear ended while entering the freeway. The other party was found to be at fault and we both had Geico insurance coverage.Long story short, from the very beginning, both my adjuster as well as the other drivers (both Geico), kept pushing for me to take my car to the nearest Caliber Collision center since Geico called them a preferred body shop. However, preferred, in this is just a fancy way of describing a cheap and quick repair facility which the insurance company has contracted with and pays a fraction compared to a reputable shop. This I found when I did some quick research online. Furthermore, they were offering to put me in a economy rental car in the interim.However, upon the said research, I respectfully declined their offer to take it to Caliber and decided to go with Prime Time collision, which had the highest ratings online, both in quality and numerosity. My initial meeting with Mick at PT was very smoothly and he informed me that an economy rental car was not acceptable, thus they were supposed to provide me with a comparable large SUV. Based on his advise, I spoke to Geico and they hesitantly upgraded my rental.In closing, I picked up my car couple hours ago and it looks brand new. Besides the quality repair, they had also sent my car out to be fully detailed (see after pic).I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Time as they do great work, are a family run business, and not scared to advocate for the little guys against the large and greedy insurance companies.

After my car was completely totaled and I was upfront about the fact that I only had liability insurance, Mig helped me tow the car back to the shop, assess the damage and find a junk yard to sell it to--all gratis. Ive never had to go through this process before, and I was very braced to be screwed over, but that didnt happen. A big thanks to Mig and his team for being so generous and accommodating.

This week I found myself in a predicament needing some body work done on my car with a quick turnaround as I have to drive to Las Vegas this weekend.I called one shop and I didn’t have a good feeling about them, so I decided to call Prime Time. Chris, who answered the phone, was beyond professional and called me back with quotes and time estimates within the time frames he promised. He also worked with me to find the best company to get my car towed to them to work on. I haven’t left my house to do anything for this.
