I requested information about a car I was interested in and Diego Chavez emailed me immediately. Went to go see the car the next day and Diego went through payment options that worked on my budget. DONT BUY CERTIFIED USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If you heard or sales person shows you with pictures of damaged and with zero accident carfax report, most like it has frame damage. I have purchased from glendale lexus. I was planning to sale my car found out there was big frame damaged underneath of the car. Car value dropped. Sent them an email no response made phone calls they kept transferring me to different department. If you have or going to purchase certified car make sure you write down everything and get their initial, printed name and date. Dont fall for their bumper to bumper coverage. All lies.

It took 3 hours for a basic service. I arrived at 12:45 pm, my scheduled appointment. I didnt leave until 3:45 pm. All I had done was basic service. No problems were found, and no repairs were needed. My time is important too.

I leased my Lexus and often get my car serviced at Glendale. I’ve mostly had the best experiences here! This last visit was for a recall in my RX350. Jerry supported my check in and was knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond and even helped me lug my heavy car seat to transfer it to the loan vehicle. Daisy helped me get set up with the loaner Vehicle and she was also very lovely! Thanks Lexus of Glendale! I’ll be back shortly for a new lease!

The first 2 maintenance services are free, but after that, they charge. Each time you pay for maintenance, it will be from $300~$500. And if there is something wrong, expect the amount to be even bigger. Depending on amount of driving, you could take your car 4 times a year for maintenance. I guess, I don’t deserve to drive one. This is the first and last time I buy a Lexus or a car for that matter. Thank you very much. I thought I could afford. I am learning I cant.
My experience with the Lexus of Glendale was super. It is also a very convenient location from where I live. Lara Galatyan is the main contact person I dealt with. From the initial phone call to taking off with my new Lexus, Lara has been very helpful. What I like about her is that she goes out of the way to find a car that YOU will love, not how expensive or how fancy the car is. So in the end, I got a beautiful silver ES 350. She even helped with the color selections too. Look forward to the periodic services I will be getting with Glendale Lexus. The rest of the team were great too.

As far as dealership experiences go, this is always one of the best. Good service that always includes a wash. Nice waiting area with complementary drinks and snacks. Less than a mile walk to the Americana to wait or can get a loaner car as well. Offered pickup/drop-off services during covid lockdown.

Took my car here to get an oil change 5-6 months ago. Today, I tried to take that oil filter housing off but it was WAAY too tight. The service techs don’t know how to properly torque the oil filter housings. Good luck trying to get that oil filter housing off without breaking it.

Went in for a complimentary maintenance service. Drop off was a breeze. Pick up process was a little disorganized. All staff at the cashier counter (where you check in for pick up) were busy & the line was getting longer, so a Parts Department staff member started helping people waiting for the cashier. I was the first in the line, but she helped someone who came after me first for some reason. And then the person at the counter where they keep the keys kept on trying to give me the wrong key without even checking my papers.The a/c was blasted to full and the seat & side mirrors had been moved when I got my car back. I understand whoever took & serviced my car wouldve had to do that to drive it safely & it was a hot day, but maybe try to restore it closer to the original state when you return it to the customer... & a bottle of water that was in the door pocket on the drivers side disappeared after the service. Hmmm... Its just a bottle of water and I wouldve been totally okay with the service person taking it (staying hydrated is important) if they asked me ahead of time or at least let me know afterwards that they took it. Neither happened.Im satisfied with the service work itself though & the waiting area is well kept. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and that was an accurate estimate. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Ill probably return for the next service, but without a high expectation regarding customer service & with an awareness that stuff in my car could get taken.

I had previously refrained from writing a review on Lexus of Glendale, however after experiencing a great purchase experience with South Bay Lexus I had to share my thoughts on my experience with this dealership (Lexus of Glendale). My experience happened at Lexus of Glendale a little over 1 year ago when I had made a purchase for an LX570. The initial process went very well. Upon completion of the paperwork, I had mentioned to the sales associate that I will return later with my wife to pick up the vehicle as I had come alone to purchase the car. Thats when the entire experience went south. The sales manager came out to see me and stated that the policy of the dealership required the customer to take the car immediately. She said there were no exceptions allowed to this policy. Never in my entire experiences with multiple dealerships have I been forced to take the car on the spot. Actually, my purchases with Mercedes, Land Rover, BMW, Audi, and Porsche have allowed me to come back at my convenience or have the car delivered to my residence. Lexus of Glendale did not offer any of these services and would rather lose a sale than to accommodate the customer. It was because of Lexus of Glendale that I had been turned away from considering a Lexus. Luckily, a year later I gave Lexus another opportunity and chose to do business with another dealership (South Bay Lexus). The experience was worlds apart. Lexus of Glendale had a very different attitude from South Bay Lexus. South Bay was along the same courteous, professional service as my experiences with Porsche Riverside, Downtown Audi Los Angeles, and Land Rover Newport Beach. I dont expect much from a dealership aside from professional, courteous service. Lexus of Glendale did not provide any of that. I do not know if their policies have changed since my experience, but for those considering a purchase at this dealership be aware that they are not accommodating (at least not with my experience). To be fair to the sales associate, he was very apologetic and had wished the dealership would accommodate us in picking up the vehicle at a later time. However, due to the dealership policies he was not given the permission to allow me to pick up the vehicle at a later time. Needless to say, the sales contract was terminated and the vehicle was never purchased.
Peter at the front desk was nice and knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy like other salesmen. He showed me the car, answered all my questions and was very professional, which I appreciated. If I decide to buy a Lexus I will definitely contact him .
I scheduled an appointment for my car service, on a Saturday, upon arrival my car was registered right away and I was told to expect a call in 2 hours. In less than 2 hours my car was fully serviced and washed. The pick up process was fast and smooth as well. I definitely recommend this dealership services.

Great dealership to shop for a new car.
So I picked up my car from 30 months service yesterday and noticed unrecognized damage on the rear bumper which looks like a car slightly bumped into it. Left a car last Saturday morning and picked up on Monday afternoon. I will not enforce it as the damage looks pretty minor. Mistakes can happen but I expect higher quality service and perhaps honesty from the premium dealership.
Just purchased a 2021 Lexus from Lexus of Glendale. From the very first phone call to the pick up of vehicle, it was the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership. Our sales agent, Lara, was very knowledgeable. She gave us a good price and answered all our question quickly and efficiently. Even the finance office, headed by Lia was quick and painless. The car was ready and spotless when we got there. The whole transaction took an hour and 15 minutes. That is unheard of! I can highly recommend them without hesitation.

Great service as usual. Took my car in for regular maintenance. When I arrived I was taken care of right away & all the staff had masks on. Carlos, the consultant who handled my appointment was pleasant & efficient. He took the time out to cater to the specific needs of my car based on its past maintenance, mileage & age of the car. The waiting area was clean & uncrowded. Unfortunately due to COVID the popcorn, soda & coffee machines were turned off but better safe than sorry. :) I got a loaner car since my car was going to be worked on for a few hours. The car was clean. In fact it was freshly washed as it was still wet. The associate who assigned me the loaner checked the car over with me & made sure I didnt have any concerns or questions before I left. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership for the 5 years I have been bringing me car in for maintenance.

They really take good care of you here. I brought in my Lexus RX 450h for 15k mile service with low tire pressure. At first I was told I needed a new tire ($372!!!) and a new air filter, but when they did the work they called me to say they could patch the tire and the air filter was fine. I really appreciate their honesty and care. They are total pros. And the free loaner car is pretty amazing too. Great job and great service.

I went into this dealership to pay off my current lease on my RC350... I had made three phone calls over the course of two weeks and was treated with hostility over the phone even. I came to the dealership with a cash payout (there was no financing necessary.) Because my car was registered out-of-state... the dealer tried to make a profit by having me turn the car in and then finance it through them at market value so they could skim a profit (even though I just wanted to write a check for the full amount.)This is my second Lexus and the 8th in my family- but we have never been treated by a dealership as we have by Lexus of Glendale. If you are looking for the Lexus Experience....or being treated like a valued customer- dont plan on finding it here... drive out further.

I came to this dealership this past Sunday and I walked around for a bit looking at the cars that were outside. Im not certain the procedure with this particular dealership, but Ive been to 3 others around Los Angeles and salesman came out to assist me. I purposely stayed out for a while thinking someone would see me and ask to help, but it didnt happen.
The service was ok.I waited for quite a long time to have my car serviced then I get a phone call that I need a new battery I purchased the car one year ago and yes the car is 3 years old but I was told it has a 7 year warranty.....I did not want to get into it I just go ahead and approve to have a battery replaced...My only major disappointment was:When your customer is in the facility, as a courtesyyou should approach the person directly and discuss about purchasing an item face to face.... I didnt expect to have to replace the battery so soon..... So as a courtesy you should be addressing that person face-to-face ( within the CDC regulation of course).... it would have been a more impressive customer service.Again dissapointed:If he would have come and spoke to me, yes I know covid but I was in the lounge....I still havent got an answer why I needed to purchase a new battery in such a short period of time.. I guess Ill reach out to woodland hills lexus where I purchased the car..
Helen from Lexus of Glendale was great at helping my parents purchase the vehicle they had been wanting. She made the whole process easy and got them exactly what they wanted. Despite the current Covid circumstances my parents were happy they purchased their new car here and couldnt have asked for a better representative than Helen. Purchased a certified pre-owned car at this dealership 2 days ago.. Overall experience was great. As any other dealership theyll try to up-sell you on warranty, service contract etc. We decided to go without it as Lexus covers us for another 2 years bumper to bumper and free maintenance, thats your call to make. Price was excellent compared to our research on similar vehicles. We did a lot of research, visited many car dealers and we really felt comfortable buying our car at this Lexus dealer.
Edgar is the best partner when you need to lease a car at Lexus Glendale, he went over all the options and was attentive to all of my questions. This is the second car Ive leased and I am extremely happy with Lexus of Glendale, their sales, their service and the 5 star quality of customer retention.
Their staffs dont know anything, and all the questions that I asked about their car have to Google it. They would give the wrong specs (hybrid) for a different model. Also, they dont even know what certified car covers. Dont go there and WASTE your time. Other Lexus offers better and will save your time. I dont see how there are salespeople who are still working there like this.

VAHE was the salesman that helped me. He was excellent and I have no complaints. He is 5/5 stars for my rating of him. From the initial test drive, Vahe had the “no pressure” attitude and was honest about the GS 350 I test drove along with the other options I was considering. After the test drive and throughout the buying process and afterwards (follow up call), VAHE was very nice and thoughtful. My experience on the finance and paperwork is only 3 stars however as I felt the pressure for buying and additional warranty. Though he was doing his job, after I said “no” several times and said I won’t change my mind, the subject of extended warranty should’ve been dropped. Thank you again VAHE!!

They had the most inventory of what I was looking for, the NX, and the best price I could find. Recently went to this location to look for a new vehicle with my girlfriend. We were in the market for a sedan or crossover. The salesman was very rude effectively trying to dissuade my girlfriend from looking at a sedan. Said given her size she would she go with the crossover instead. Strike 1.After finding a model we liked we went with the salesman to discuss pricing. He asked how much were we putting down, to this I responded zero. He then becomes agitated and berates me for even saying this. Telling me how is the bank going to give me a car loan without putting anything down. This came out of nowhere and more importantly is flat out false when buying a vehicle. Strike 2.He comes back with pricing with his manager, who says down payments start at 0 and go to however much we want (funny how that works.) The manager gives us pricing for the vehicle and I kindly let him know that we are going to still shop around a bit to make sure we get the color we want with all the features we want. He then ask if it would change our mind if he brought the price down. (Why not start with that? Is it truly necessary to go through this dog and pony show every time with dealerships when we all know the price is negotiable.) I say were confident in our decision to still look around. To which his rebuttal was if I had done my research I would know what that why Im looking for is not available anywhere. Strike 3.We left and found the car we wanted, with the color we wanted, with the features we wanted, 10K less miles, for the same price they quoted us within a week. And that wasnt our only option in Southern California either. Go figure.Terrible experience top down, glad to be part of the Lexus family, but will not be going back to this location ever again.
Service consultant Carlos was excellent. The only problem was when everything was put back together, the drive belt wasnt tightened to spec. Had to bring the car back the next day which was a bit of an inconvenience, but was taken care of quickly.
