Sanderson Ford Parts will take care of you. The wrong part was ordered for my repair and I couldn’t use my vehicle so I contacted the parts desk and the correct part was delivered to me.

I met a lady named Michelle at Sanderson and she was simply wonderful to speak and deal with. I am very selective about the condition of items I purchase and she went the back storage area three times to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Crazy people like me need patient people like her!!!

Pretty straightforward in and out experience.Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and didnt attempt to make me buy anything extra.

The simplest thing buy a battery, waited for ever for the battery at the counter and after half an hour the guy at the counter said I don’t know what’s going on so I just walked out of there and went to another dealership. I wonder if that battery ever made it to the checkout counter?

Your service departments great parts department even better I went in looking for a part called him ahead of time they had it in will call all I had to do was pay for it and pick it up took me 5 minutes

Great Service. Jon Maida is my wholesale parts guy. I buy parts from them at least once a week, usually more often. I am in Safford and the parts are waiting for me when I get to the shop the next morning. Could not ask for better service.

Allways have some sort of problem anymore,this time it was computers down,last time it was parts counter gave me wrong parts even with vin.time before that it was????? Im not normally a complainer but dam guys.i remember when this place was the place to be,if you owned a Ford.Now it all grungy looking in parts and old.needs a facelift,shelfs are empty 0 pos at all.and to be quite frank the staff is somewhat rude.not to mention nobody in a hurry to get you taken care off all that said makes for kind of a bummer trip youno.

Staff were very helpful got the part I needed for my truck right away. Cost was good for the part and staff were very knowledgeable about the part and services that were offered for tow trucks.

Gentlemen here it is not advisable to make purchases of auto parts of ford. The lady in charge of the guarantee does not assert any purchase because your guarantee really has no value. the service is lousy
