Hands down the worst experience in my 20+ years of dealing with aftermarket car part vendors. Called to confirm that they had an item in stock then ordered it via their website. A week passes by with no tracking so I called to check on the status. They have no idea who I am or what I ordered because their online store never sent an order confirmation so all I had was my PayPal payment receipt. No problem as the guy is able to locate it anyways and states that itll be sent out soon. Another week passes by and I cant reach anyone on the phone so I contact them on IG and days later I finally get a response asking for me to send my payment proof so he can look into it. Unsurprisingly they ghost me after this. I notify PayPal to let them know that I have not received my item but that im still willing to work with them (I have not escalated it at this point). No response. I eventually just ended up escalating the case because they clearly never had any intention of sending the goods. PayPal ruled it in my favor but they let the maximum amount of time pass before my refund was processed. A COMPLETE waste of time. Take your business elsewhere. Youve been warned.

HORRIBLE!!! Waited close to TWO MONTHS for my part to come in while they dodged my calls repeatedly. Finally got in touch and they couldnt find my part. Then they ordered it(Which I paid for). Then silence for another 2-3 weeks. Finally got back to me saying they couldnt order it. I couldve gone somewhere else and been done by now but nope. Almost 2 months for nothing. Waste of my time- Horrible Customer Service- Horrible Communication

Shipped my nearly $4000 wheels to the wrong address. Said they would reroute them but they failed to do so. When they arrived, one was damaged. I informed them but they didnt seem to be concerned. They failed to include the $150 lugnuts. They offered to mail them standard mail when I needed them yesterday. If I was the owner, Id be finding a new manager or do some firing. Not how good business is done. I think Ill shop elsewhere next time around.

Just picked up some rims I ordered 3 months ago from Chuck. If it wasnt for the government shutdown I probably wouldve gotten them sooner, but while I was waiting Chuck was always responsive and honest about the slight delay. Deal without hesitation. Thanks again. See you guys again soon
