Professional, superior work, timely for both my cars

I brought in my beat up old VW TDI for a strange brake issue and a seeming turbo failure. The car was running really rough and was clearly on its way out but Sevada and the guys at Advance Auto took it in and got to work. They were extremely communicative, keeping me up to date on their findings and how much the repairs would cost at each step. Each quote was lower than I expected, and they very quickly got to the bottom of my issues. Unfortunately the car was ultimately unfixable without some serious invasive repair that was outside of my budget. Sevada let me know, and let me keep the car there while I figured out how to get new wheels and how to get rid of my old Golf. He was professional and sympathetic, giving me a significant discount since my car wasnt gonna be able to come back from the shop, and even though I asked about possible storage fees, he let me keep the car in his lot for free until I could arrange a tow.The guys here do great work, at a reasonable price, and with utmost professionalism, courtesy and promptness. I will definitely keep coming back!

Had A/C done and it works now! They had the right paraphernalia to fix my Mercedes. I had changed the compressor and other parts myself and they knew how fix my fix. They found that the problem with the system was outside of the parts I had changed myself. Oh, well. Should have taken my car to them first. Cost a tad more than I expected but they did go out of their way to do it right.

Typically go straight to the dealers for my car needs however, I had some car trouble needed a place to take my car after being towed off the fwy. This place was referred to me and let’s just say the referral did NOT disappoint. From the great customer service, the quality service to the detail and time they take. Not to mention the great deal in comparison to other places.Car troubles are frustrating to say the least but the transaction with these guys made it a lot less stressful. I rarely ever review, but this place deserves it! Keep it up!!

Everyone at the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable, and for the first time ever, I felt like The people fixing my car were not taking advantage of me. The issue with my car should have been around $2,000, but Advance Auto found an extended warranty on my car for the specific issue I was having., They printed off all of the necessary documentation for me to take it to the dealership to fix instead. I am beyond grateful for their good human nature, and I will be bringing all of my car business here moving forward.

Sevada knows his job and is very thorough in detailing the necessary work and repairs needed. The first time I went to Advance, my car was not running well after a long period of time and when I got it back and drove on the freeway, I called Sevada and said “Thank you... you’ve made driving my car fun again.”

Sevada is very courteous and explains car issues well. Not giving 5 stars only because it’s pricey compared to other mechanics I’ve used, but they do their job well. They upgraded my shocks and somehow one of my rear shocks came off after already driving close to 50 miles on it. Don’t know what caused it. Called them right away and got it towed to their location to get it fixed. They got me a new rear shock and haven’t had a problem with it since.

I have been taking my cars to Advance Auto for 33+ years. I trust their automotive experience and expertise. I had my Toyota Corolla 15 years and had almost 300,000 miles on it! They explain what work needs to be done and estimate the cost of the job accurately.

Advance Auto is great! I have an older Porsche that was not passing smog and I didnt know exactly why. I took it to AdvanceAuto and they found the problem and fixed it promptly. On the retest it passed smog with flying colors. But what I appreciated the most about them was that Sevada called me up and kept me in the loop with everything they found along the way. The were no hidden charges. Everything was up front. Really good people. I highly recommend them!

So I went to have a hose replaced. The price was perfect thats fine. I went for a second opinion somewhere else just to check and I was quoting a large humongous difference. Their customer service here is great I would suggest them to anybody.
