Ordered some tires from them for some new rims I bought for my car. Unfortunately the tire was out of stock but they contacted me directly via phone, apologized, and offered an upgrade to a better tire with the same warranties and road hazard for no extra charge at all. I cannot begin to give this place anymore kudos, Enrique was the first to greet me and he was so wonderful just professional quick calm and cool, very gracious later on when I need to go to the restroom, he was sort of like the floor manager and he was the first point of contact when you arrive and he’s just very friendly and this is the service that I expected. Because last time I came here it was just so worried free my mom bought me these tires in El Centro California at a similar franchise and they have some sort of a deal where they will check my tires and do a lot of service work that small for free just so they can earn your business and I will tell you this I am a true believer of this store and brand and Service and I and service And I will never change provider. Most of all Shawn was super adorable and professional also as he was the second person I greeted and unfortunately I don’t have the name of the gentleman who actually check the pressure of my tires I guess they said that with the cold weather they’re getting a lot of lights turning on from the air pressure gauge. So they fixed it in just a few seconds and I was on my way, last time I was here I had two tires that went out because I was silly and I drove over something that popped two tires and they replace them no problem, I love this tire shop, there’s a lot in the area that said that they are at America’s tire, but this is the legit one In Glendale. Reliably friendly and courteous.

My tire was losing air. I went to a mechanic close by and after determining that a new tire was needed I was referred to ATD. They were able to get the tire I requested in a timely manner and I was back driving as if nothing ever happened.Very pleasant experience dealing with Patrick& American Tire Depot in Glendale.

Mr. Dushikyan also noticed that my rear pads had to be replaced and I would have never known had he not checked it! I have a large recreational truck tire that got flat. American tire depot is the only shop in the Glendale area that can change 22 rims. They got on it right away with the shop owner working with his employees. I thought they might not be able to fix the tire and Id need a new one. But they did and it works great. What a blessing! My tires are $600 each. They were very fair and polite. After all the work Patrick, the owner asked would $40 be fair? Way too fair, and he asked....not told me. Very nice shop.

Went in for a flat repair on one of the four tires I purchased last year, luckily they were still under warranty so they did not charge me for the repair. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service they provided and that they also kept their word on the warranty of the tires when you purchase it from them. Overall I am glad I made the right investment!

Upon inspection for my lease vehicle returning it to my lease Company I was asked to change my tires or pay $600 I took it to this business and manager Khachik charge me $400 cash and said I have nothing to worry about and that he change my tires. I asked for a receipt he said he cannot provide me one because it’s cash transaction I told him that my lease company is asking proof that I’ve changed my tires he said there’s nothing he can do about it he was very rude and very disrespectful Im a clear case of victim of a fraudulent cash transaction that this specific location is doing to so many other people I just found out after telling people what happen to me. Im sure the owner of this store had no idea that his manager/worker is conducting cash transactions like this.

These guys were on their game fast and helpful.I’ll go back the next time I need tires.

New Century Honda sent me over here after discovering a nail in my tire after a service. The man at the counter was nice and gave me an approximate wait time of 30 minutes as all their stations were occupied upon my arrival. I only ended up waiting ~10-15 minutes as the lady before me also had a nail in her tire. The technician that came out to assist me was nice, joked about the nail situation, and quoted me $20. Side story: I was on my way to Honda for my service when I got the nail in my tire -_-. Anyway, I was out of there in under 30 minutes, granted it was a Tuesday afternoon during this pandemic. My tire is all patched up and no signs of any issues as I drove to El Monte, Pico Rivera, & then to Azusa.

I have been going to American Tire for 4 or 5 years. I was hooked the first time I went there. The service is excellent. And the prices Are reasonable. Everyone there is helpful anytime I need tires or oil change I go to American Tire. Very good service and helpful. I’m a woman and they take the time to explain what I need done one my car.

Came in at opening time (8am) to get my tires rotated and was out in 15 minutes. Nice guys that I dealt with on the day.Tire rotations came free when I bought 4 tires a few month ago.

This shop is a place that I absolutely trust to tell me whats going on with my tires. If you dont need a new tire(s) they will tell you that you do not need tires! Very honest. Last night, I did need 4 new tires (badly!) on my vehicle. Chris gave me 3 quotes...both very fair...and talked me through each tire choice. They got the tires on my car and I was ready to go for the CA rain!! Thanks so much American tire!! I drove home feeling very safe!!

I was in and out in an hour. They did, dismount of old tires, mount and balance of the four new tires and alignment was done. My second visit here and it was quick and easy! Patrick was there to help me again and handled my situation on the spot with no appointment. He gave me options on prices for the one tire that needed fixing and was able to put on a new tire in 30 minutes or less. We had a flat on our 2017 Chevy Bolt Chris even recommended a great flat bed service to bring our electric car from Atwater Village to Glendale and they mounted the new tire and we were on our way. We ONLY go to Chris and Patrick at American Tire Depot because of there outstanding service and quality of the work done. Much appreciate them.

Brought my 2018 Subaru Sti here to get my new wheels and Tires mounted, balanced, and installed. I was really hesitant taking my wheels and tires anywhere honestly because I got some rare and really expensive stuff, but the guys at American tire depot were really nice and cool so I went to them and they did a really fantastic job! Would most definitely come back!

I’ve known Patrick and Chris for a long time and one of the reasons I kept on coming back is the personalized experience. They treat you with respect and provide you with their best product and services although sometimes Chris messes up with me with prices (jk) lol. They are very reasonable and reliable. I dont like the other tire places around town that look like a showroom with a dozen teenagers in pristine ironed uniforms that know less about vehicles than I do. All they know is what corporate teaches them in seminars. I need a shop with a couple guys who know their trade. It may not be as flashy, but I found my place.

Ok so this is my goto tire place hands down..they arent really crazy busy which is a plus because your in and out usually within a hour..the prices could be alittle on certain things for sure its really glendale not los angeles so the rent couldnt be that high lol..anyways the t.v. is always on which is strange which leads to political discussions etc which this isnt a place for that..your here to fix your car not the country..so besides that its more of 4.3 I would recommend this place no doubt..I cant pronounce anyways name so I cant recommend who to ask for..peaceChris

Followed through on a recommendation for new tires and had an excellent experience getting new tires and front brakes for my Toyota Tundra. Waited less than 1.5 hours for work and alignment. I highly recommend! Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Last year, I went into the Glendale location to purchase two new tires. I dealt with Chris, who is very patient and very friendly. This past weekend, I went over a curb and got a flat tire. I didn’t hesitate to return back to this Glendale location. Chris was there to assist me in purchasing a new tire. Again, very friendly and the service was fast.

Came here for a quick flat tire repair on website said free tire repairs the guy said “WE DON’T DO FLAT TIRE REPAIRS “AND WAS VERY RUDE was an older Armenian Guy in the front desk .
