Had vehicle checked from dealership and was over quoted by dealer. Had my vehicle in and out . Have been back for oil changes and maintenance and has been extremely satisfied. I was recommended to Best Price Auto by family members for a second opinion on an issue I was having with my car A/C. I had gone to another auto shop where I was advised that I needed to replace my air compressor and it would be a couple thousand dollars. I decided to give Best Price a call and spoke to Alex who was so informative and helpful. Laughed at them, kept the car for days without calling or updating them, once my family member was able to get a hold of them miraculously a New part is wrong with car. They were also charged for part that was said to be put in and NEVER WAS and they let them drive away like that. very unprofessional. All they want is their money they don’t care about customer service.

Took our vehicle in to repair the a/c, agreed to pay $1600.00. TWO WEEKS and many excuses later we went to pick up our SUV. The topper to this whole sorry affair is that the owner Alex got into a shouting match with my husband and hard to believe but true tried to get into a physical fight with him but, was stopped by anther mechanic from the shop. The unprofessional and inexcusable behavior that he displayed is mind blowing. If there were a legal venue I would not hesitate to use it. Needless to say we will never use this shop again. Warning Please ReadI was looking for a auto repair shop that was near me and I found this one online I read reviews and I thought Id give them a chance. I took my vehicle in for an oil change the guy I met at the front desk was very nice and professional. I left my vehicle there in the morning and picked it up later that afternoon and everything seemed fine and I left happy. So later that evening I went out and did some deliveries in my car and later during the night I start to smell like oil burning. But I didnt think anything of it but the smell was getting stronger and stronger as the night went on so I pulled into a gas station and I popped the hood open and I noticed that the oil cap was missing and there was oil splattered all over the engine bay. I couldnt believe that the mechanic forgot to put back the oil cap. I was so upset and disappointed. I looked around the engine bay and I finally see the oil cap right next to the hood latch. So I had to end up taking it to a self-service car wash to clean the engine bay and remove all the oil. Anybody out there should avoid this place.

Not only did they do my 60,000 mile service, they took care of my brakes and checked the rest of my car to see what needed to be done. Their prices were fair and the service itself was spectacular. This place is amazing! I tried to make a repair myself (which I can normally pull off) but i broke off a stud in my exhaust manifold. I decided to call in a pro, and these guys delivered. They not only got the stud removed, but before going ahead with the expensive repair (catalytic converters), they made sure that the problem was diagnosed correctly before moving forward. They kept me informed through every step of the repair and now my wifes truck runs great. They also identified a few other issues during their diagnostic process, and we made the decision to go ahead with those repairs as well, but only after they presented all available options. Phil, Elmer, and even the owner Alex were all great. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a good place to take their car for work.Thanks guys!

I was having trouble with my 2016 Altima periodically not starting off and on and hesitating to start, conveniently I had just recently ran out of my warranty on it so I didn’t want to go into the dealership fearing I’d be charged an arm and a leg. So I went to google and ran into Half Price Auto repair and knew it was the place to go. I walked in and was greeted by people who clearly were happy to help, I told them my issues I was experiencing and they assured me they would get to the bottom of it. After waiting less than 30 minutes they informed me it was my battery that was dead and had a new one put in and I was ready to go. They made the process very quick and easy and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else, I’m referring everybody I know!

Took my car in for an oil change and cause my service light came on. It turned out to be a bigger problem than I anticipated ... They helped keep costs down with the parts .. They took the time to talk with specialist and learned what else needed to be done that was also affected by the initial problem ... Those diagnostic codes dont always give full picture ! although money wise I wasnt ready for a big expense .. They have financing which made it doable. They took the time to explain to me what was done how to prevent issue going forward .. My car is running great ! Very happy I will be going back.

I took my Chevy blazer in, because I was having issues with the truck shutting off at stop lights and it had trouble starting occasionally. They found out it was only a terminal on the battery that was not tightened correctly. When I picked it up, they gave me a rundown on what was going on, and did not charge me for the service. They really could have taken me for a ride, and done extra work, but they didn’t. They were honest, thorough, and even called me to follow up after they had taken a look to make sure they had addressed all the issues. I was so impressed, and I will be taking my Blazer there from now on.

Took my 2010 Jetta in for what I expected to be numerous costly repairs due to high mileage and normal wear and tear; I let the owner know I plan to sell my vehicle sometime in the next year but needed to get an ongoing oil leak issue I’ve had checked just to ensure the car is safe to drive still as I have noticed a large amount of oil leaking in my driveway . I received a fair diagnosis on what all was needed/suggested for long term, however I was told by the owner what was most necessary for now and what could wait if needed. I left with getting an affordable repair done on what was most important for now and will refer the future owner of the vehicle to this shop for the future maintenance it may need. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality, honest, affordable work!

It was amazing to see how clean the this shop was. When I walked in I was greeted before the door shut. I spoke with Alex right away. I explained I had been to 2 other shops (none of which looked this nice) and no one could find what was causing the problem with my car. Not only was Alex courteous, he really understood the car and it’s Issues. When they found what was wrong with my car they took me out and showed me exactly what it was! After dealing with this problem for so long and spending money I didn’t have for other shops just to tell me it was fixed. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that! Alex explained what needed to be done and for once I felt good about approving the work on my car. It wasn’t a small fix so they needed some time. Alex got me an Uber, I went home, and returned when they were done. They got my car done quick and after having my car in and out of other shops, with no luck, and losing all faith in mechanics, I just want to say thank you, to all you guys! Frank went out of his way to assist me when I got a flat tire and I was unable to restart the engine. He called around, finally found a towing service in Avondale to collect me and my vehicle, to take me to Jones Auto & Tire in Glendale, AZ. He waited for me to get to the lot, after regular working hours, then drove me home. After they replaced the tire, purchased & installed a new battery, he arranged to have me picked up from home to get my vehicle. Its wonderful when you find people who go out of their way to help and assist others in times of need. On top of everything else ... they are reasonably priced and do a great job maintaining our vehicles. I rate them a 10!

I took my 2004 Chevy Silverado with a Differential repair to this shop and Im glad I Did Alex and his team went over and beyond to Fix my Truck and at a good price I would recommend anyone to this shop I will definitely be back again to make future repairs on my Truck

Ive been to many different auto places and you often wonder if youre being sold something you dont need. Well I can tell you that at Jones Tire and Auto Service it was a breath of fresh air. My wife’s windshield wiper decided to go a little crazy. Friendly Phil came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the problem (loose bolt on wiper) and sent us on our way with a smile and no charge! Thank you for all your help! Glad to see the old Jones’ Tire seems to be in good hands again!

Its hard to find and trust someone for service when youre new in town so I searched and found a 5 star automotive do it all service center that provided me with friendly,reasonable and honest service.They did the work that was necessary to solve the problem on my 1973 Datsun 240z and my 1999 35th anniversary Mustang GT Convertible may I add without a scratch so feel comfortable and worry free .Thanks a lot Phil!! Ill be back!I Returned/waited for a brake check/adjustment on my 73 240z a big improvement thanks to the great mechanics. Chose this place since my wifes parents have used them for many years. As someone who has spent many hours in an auto shop, I was delighted to see the garage bays very clean and well maintained. The service desk area was very clean as well. As far as service goes I was very happy with how quickly and accurately they found and fixed the problem. They didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. They called me to let me know about everything happening at every step as well. When I received my vehicle back, there were no signs of dirt, grease, or anything else inside. They even fixed something that I didnt even bring my car there for! 7/5 would go again.
