Cassie at Car Life has been wonderful. We have a 2008 Lexus that was starting to give us a little trouble. The A/C had a minor coolant leak. It would work fine for several months and then it would no longer cool. We took it to several shops and were told that they could not find a leak. We were about to give up and trade it in (who can drive with no A/C in the Summer in Arizona?) when we decided to give it one last shop a try. They found the leak and did not over charge for the repairs or suggest unnecessary work (one shop said the only way to fix it was to replace the WHOLE A/C system). Cassie kept us updated on when the parts would arrive and when the car needed to come back in for the repair.When we noticed that the car steering didnt quite seem right we called and were able to get an appointment the next day. They told us that the struts needed to be replaced. Once the repairs were done it felt like an entirely new car.When the maintenance light came on we naturally thought of Car Life. We made an appointment and brought the car in expecting it to take several hours. Cassie came in to the waiting area and told us they had checked the oil and that we still had over a thousand miles before we needed a change. They reset the light and didnt charge us. We will go back!

I have never had a better experience at any other shop! They were upfront and honest about everything,They really took the time to help me understand what the problem was with my truck, and fixed it so snappy!They took pictures of everything and send you a link of what they think needs to be attended to.Their prices are very fair and didn’t try to up sell me on anything!I want to call out Ian & Cassie on their exceptional customer service, they were incredibly friendly and made my whole day!I will definitely be coming back here in the future.10/10 recommend CarLife!!!

These people are more than amazing. I originally took my car here last month and got a quote which wasn’t bad at all but I decided to shop around before making a final decision. Right when I was going to just leave my car at the second shop I went to, Cassie called me stating they can fix the issue for 400 less than the original quote after realizing the issue wasn’t as bad as we thought it was. My boyfriend was so impressed by the customer service Cassie provides and the great work the mechanics did on my car, that he recently took his car there a few days ago and they fixed it in no time! This is permanently our go to mechanic shop. They are very reasonable in pricing and they try to help you instead of just out for money. I appreciate this place so much!

Ive been servicing my 3 vehicles with Carlife for approximately 4 years and I have enjoyed it! You better believe that over the last 4 years Ive had issues and no matter what it was, CarLife was able to repair at a competitive rate. All the maintenance for the vehicles are also completed by CarLife which has pricing yet to be beat! If you love your vehicle take it to CarLife because they respect you and your vehicle. Transparency never seemed more real in the automotive industry. Eddie, Sam, and Elsie are great people who have extensive knowledge on mechanics. Dont let Elsies cute voice confuse you, she knows more than most graduates out of automotive school! If you havent given CarLife a shot yet, I hope this review will and it should. Ive been going to CarLife for years and have never had anything less than a great experience.They have dealt with many of my different cars and always taken great care of me. The majority of my interactions are with Rebekah who is knowledgeable and has sterling customer service skills. Everyone else is just as helpful. Its great that I now get an electric copy of my service, inspection and recommendations. Theyve always been honest and flexible when it comes to repairs. The waiting area is also very nice, clean and quiet.

Very nice place of business. They are very professional and very pleasant. They do good work for a good price. They are very efficient and knowledgeable about their business. They complete their work in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to go there. They go the extra mile to make the customer happy.

I had a great experience! Walked into a clean lobby and was greeted with a hand shake, bathroom was also well kept, and the service manager, Scott, was very personable. I was offered free water and there was plenty of amenities to keep me busy while waiting. The oil change was completed within a reasonable amount of time. They also showed me that my air filter needed replacement.

So far the work is fine but their prices are highway robbery. They saw that I was stuck and a woman and took huge advantage of me. Lexus was almost $200 cheaper to repair my car but they already had the car, were charging me $130 to diagnose it, which they didnt apply to the repairs as other mechanics do, then charged me $130/HR even changing the fuel filter which is under the back seat, 15 min labor at firestone and Lexus. Anyways I wont be going back and will NOT recommend them. Oh by the way he REFUSED, I mean totally refused to tell me how much he charges per hour before he had the car apart. Im giving them 3 stars because they are a rip off

I went in for an oil change and I was impressed by their feedback on my car via a text including pictures of my car and areas needing work. I also asked for a second estimate on a repair which they quoted me a far amount very comparable to my first estimate. Very happy

The people here will be honest with you about what you car needs. I like to have things explained to me and they take the time for me to understand what is needed. I actually trust them because they have earned my trust over & over again. Its time for my oil change again.... I know my car is in good hands!

Went there after being treated like a number at the dealership.. I had even been to a different repair shop nearby that seemed very unprofessional. I read reviews of car life which is why I chose to take my car there. I was surprised. These guys were great. Was treated as if I was person and important, something some places have just lost the ability to do. Joe and Lee were great. They explained everything, no pushy sales, and turned out to be a better price than what I was expecting. Thanks guys!

Great shop. The owner Edmund Mrok runs a A+ auto shop. They did quite a bit of work on my 2006 Lincoln Mark LT pick up. After the work was completed I was not satisfied with the temps on a/c. Eddie contacted me and said bring it back we will do whatever it takes to get it right. Then to top it off almost a year later Eddie calls me out of the blue and tells me he may have found a solution to our issue with the a/c since Eddie had the same truck and issue anyway he told me to bring my truck in at my convenience and he would install a new blower motor at no cost to me. I am a customer for life. Thanks again Eddie.

Went in for a cheap oil change. They did a good job with that, however they charged me 5 dollars more than they were supposed to. Also they told me that I needed new belts, transmission flush, and power steering flush. I took it to my trusted mechanic and I didnt need any of the work they suggested. The front desk lady was very nice but the mechanics are shady. Would not recommend.

I do not normally give reviews, but this carlife location has performed above and beyond my expectations. Rebekah has been very helpful and knowledgeable during every phase of the repairs on our vehicles. I have repeatedly entrusted the repairs on my vehicles from the smallest problems like a sensor replacement to an entire engine replacement. Even though we moved 12 miles away we will continue bring in our vehicles to you. Thank you very much for your dedication to our complete satisfaction.

Fast curtious service as always

I have a 1994 GMC Suburban that had excessive play in the steering wheel. I had taken it to a couple of other shops and they told me that they would not work on a pre-1996 vehicle. I was referred to a shop that worked on older classic cars and I was told that the rag joint steering coupler was bad and not a steering box issue. They had refused to repair it with a new rag joint and wanted to install a whole new custom steering column for hundreds of dollars.After calling around to a few more shops and getting the same negative responses I recalled a radio commercial I had heard on a local radio program about how Carlife services and repairs older vehicles. I gave them a call and spoke to the manager, Sam, and brought the vehicle in for him to look at. He called around and found that there were two sizes of rag joints for my vehicle and so he ordered both.The price quote was extremely reasonable. During the repair process the mechanic had some difficulty so the vehicle needed to be kept overnight in order to complete the job. I have to say that the service here was excellent and with a little delay the job was done correctly and with no extra charges for the additional time spent.Kudos to Sam for being one of the most excellent managers that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. His attention to detail, customer service, and communication were excellent. I have spent many years working on and maintaining my own vehicles so I speak from knowledge and experience. Carlife will be my go-to shop for service and repair that I choose not to do myself. I trust these guys explicitly.

I have known Ed and the Carlife crew for a couple of years now. From day one I brought my BMW and Expedition in and knew not only would I get a great price, but NO ONE, not even the dealership, would do the work better! I recommend family and friends.

Dude at the front desk isnt to bright. They charge 99$ for a car alignment. Brakes plus down the street does it for 69$ I can see why ive heard of them before being recommended by discount tire. Oh well

WORST & FRAUDULENT Auto repair in Phoenix. I moved to Phoenix from England UK and this was my first oil change in USA. These people are thieves. I purchased Oil Change through Groupon and when I took my car for Oil Change they told me the car will be ready within 45 minutes. After 30 minutes they called me and told me that I needed work done on my car because the wheel was about to come off because of the broken bearing and it would cost me around $2000. I told them that I will fix that another time but they said that the car was lifted on the jack and they had taken off the wheel and they could not put the wheel back on because the part was broken therefore, I could not drive the car and I had to order a truck to take the car to my house and then to the garage to b fixed. They also said that they will try to find cheaper second hand part for me but that would take 3 days. I had no choice but to leave the car with them and I rented a car from Enterprise for 3 days. After 3 days, they called me in the morning that they could not find secondhand part but he will fix the wheel for $1618 and the car will be ready by that evening. I ended up paying $1618 but when I consulted other mechanics later they told me that I was being ripped off because of the fact that I am a foreigner with British accent. Please be aware of this place and if they tell you that your car needs other service than you asked for, just walk away and make sure you tell them in advance that you will not pay anything extra no matter what kind of fault they find in your car. They used that trick on me that I could not drive my car therefore, I had no choice but to have it fixed by them. These people are thieves and con-artists and I will never ever go there again.

Stopped in for an oil change and tires for my MDX a few months ago after a recommendation from my brother and have been a customer since. As a matter of fact, just picked up again for my second change and flushes today.Great staff (Ed especially), beautiful, clean, and comfortable waiting area and bathroom, excellent communication, very detailed in explanations, and prices are good. Skip everywhere else and go here.

Disappointed. Prior work has been good but this time the cause of the oil leak was misdiagnosed to a valve cover. It was replaced and then I was told the engine was defective. Paid $600 for an unnecessary repair. Still have to fix it or trade in the car.

First time here, dropped in on a whim trying to save money on an oil change for my Mercedes Benz. It also had an oil nut/pan issue from the previous owner which I was concerned about. They fixed the problem and ordered a new nut, no problems. Everyone is very nice, patient, and explains everything in a simple way. Very straightforward and honest. They have a dedicated tech for European vehicles, so no quality control worries there. I will definitely be returning here for more service work!(the dealer wanted $149.99 + parts, Carlife charged $61.26 + the nut!)

Super friendly staff even when I rescheduled three times my car gets an extra quart of oil and they didnt charge me offered me pizza and a ride to work bill was 20$ and they told me my car was in great condition!!!!!

The shop charged FULL PRICE FOR FAULTY WORK. Thats wrong. They performed an Evac&Recharge that they had to have known would not fix the system, because the evacuation of the system also indicates any large leaks in the plumbing before advancing to the recharge, and the shop reported a massive leak between the compressor and condenser. However, they proceeded with no regard to the indications, and charged $200. They were professional and the waiting room was comfortable, but that doesnt compensate for lying and exhorting money from customers.

Im so happy I was referred to Carlife! Rebekah is so kind and thorough, I have always had excellent service and have never had a problem with repairs I have had done, they are very fair and reasonably priced, I will continue to use Carlife and happily refer them to my friends and family.

Make sure read the fine print when you go in for an oil change or buy a groupon because there discounts are only for 1st time customers. They were so quick to send me packing when I bought 3 oil changes on Groupon. This girl immediately took out her little high lighter and underlined on my document that this was only for new customers and you can tell she does all the time and gets pleasure out of it. I guess i came there 1 time like 5 years ago so I have to accept some fault but she wasnt willing to work with me in any way. I said charge me full price and take the money i paid for the groupon out of that, she said we cant do that. So they got paid from groupon and gave me nothing not even a credit. They love getting free money and giving you nothing so Beware if you see CarLife on Groupon cause when it comes to them, there is always a catch
