Very great and quick service! They were very respectful and went above and beyond. I was having an issue with my car shaking at high speed- starting with assuming the least I knew I was past due for tire rotation/balancing. A few minutes into starting on my car they informed me that I had a good amount of black tar on two of my tires, so much that they needed to be replaced. At first I had a slight thought they were “pulling my chain”, but then I immediately recalled that there was a poorly done road repair near my home a short time before that must not have been isolated by cones long enough to dry. I must not have been the only one who drove on it because now the “repaired” spot, which is in a frequently driven area, has a decent-sized speed bump with multiple tire marks imprinted. They not only gave me the tires for proof in case I wanted to go to the city about it, they also accommodated by putting the tar-covered tires in plastic bags and cleanly putting them in my backseat since my trunk was full. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much guys!

Set up an oil change, called in a day b4 valentines day for date purposes. They set me up for a 2pm schedule. Then told me itll be about an hour. Its now 3:22pm and still isnt done. Took 50 minutes just to finally start up the process. Whats the point of setting up a scheduled appointment, just to come in and find out its another 1 hour wait, and its been almost 1.5 hours? 🤬 my date had to be rescheduled.

I had a rapid air leak from my tire on a Sunday morning. I called the shop shortly after they opened at 9am. Derek was very polite and told me to bring the car in and he would try to squeeze me in between already scheduled appointments for that day. Within one hour of brining my car in, Derek had my tire patched and ready to go! I thought $29 was a fair/reasonable price for the service provided.

Great honest group of workers. i always go there for my oil changes, but went there to get my AC looked at. After the diagnosis ($$$), I went out searching for cheaper places to get my compressor replaced. Monros quote beat out the competitions. Now I just gotta save for the repair and then Ill be going back to get it completed. Highly recommend!

It is so great to have Nick back managing the 5434 N Port Washington Rd, Glendale, WI 53217 location! I called yesterday, 2/8 and scheduled an appointment for today, 2/9 at 10 AM to have an oil change and tire rotation for my fleet vehicle, per the fleet companys maintenance schedule. I was back in my car and on the road by 10:27 AM! Management during Nicks absence from this location wouldve requested that I drop the car off, and they would get to it whenever they could. They would not accept an appointment for me to wait while the work was done. Nick takes care of the customer and values their time to get the work done efficiently to get the customer back on the road ASAP. Now that Nick is back managing this location, I highly recommend working with him to get your car maintenance/repairs done with minimal downtime!

Found ourselves away from home with a large bolt in one our tires. We got Dereks friendly voice on the phone and the reassurance we could probably be taken care of before they closed in 2 hours. We were in & out in less than an hour and appreciated the friendly and thorough explanation of the work and their application of their digital coupon to save money (didnt know about it before we came)! Clean bathroom, too. We are happy first-time customers. :)

Nick and Drew and the best. Very reasonable pricing and will explain anything if you have questions. Have been going here for about 8 years, and they have worked on big and small projects without any issues.

Disappointing second experience there. Went in for a scheduled tire alignment. They took the car in, then minutes later came out with a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed. Tried to tell me my tire rods needed replacement and my brakes did as well. Worst part is, they wouldnt do the alignment without changing the rods (this is a common car shop upsell scam). Ended up quoting me for $1100. I went elsewhere and was told this quote was a pile of garbage and was given the alignment. Do not come here, they will try to take advantage of you. Management should be embarrassed.

A bolt punctured my tire and Derek was able to turn my day around. I very much appreciate the effort that went into fixing my tire and getting me on the road in time for work. I received straight forward service. No upsell. Just an honest repair. He didnt need to take on my problem of getting to work on time. By doing so he provided excellent customer service and I left feeling so happy and blessed!

I had an excellent experience with a Sunday morning tire repair at Monro. Though I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked, it was a completely reasonable wait given that I had no appointment. Whether to make up for the wait or just to do a good deed, I’m not sure, but Derek and the staff repaired my tire for no charge and sent me on way way as a very happy customer!

Excellent place, with a friendly and honest staff. Derek was able to help me with a quick tire repair and let me get back to my day. Ill be returning to Monro when future repairs are needed.

Amazing guys working here! I came in with a muffler issue and was not completely sure what was wrong. They explained it to me and even showed me where issues were. (really appreciated that) And fixed my car within an hour!

On my way to work, low tire pressure sensor came on. Once at work, I checked around for a place to get some air and maybe a quick tire check. I called Monro and the manager mentioned hes booked solid/double booked. But, he managed to squeeze me in for some air and a quick spot check. The manager and his crew were nice and I appreciate the gesture since they couldve said, make appointment. Monro Auto....say no more. Smooth shop, no hassle.

If i could give this 0 stars I would.The shop was extremely rude and even the district manager, Dan, thought addressing concerns with sexist comments was appropriate. Youre too emotional, too irrational, Whats your issue, Whats wrong with you? are just a few examples of what was said to me before i was hung up on. I called corporate multiple times with concerns and continued to feel as if my concerns werent taken seriously. They allowed me to drive my vehicle off the lot without notifying me of a supposed severe oil leak, that i didnt have prior to service. I then drove my car roughly 40 miles with no oil in and it caused a flashing low oil pressure light, flashing CEL and my motor engine to smoke. Their solution to this was to pay for an inspection at a dealership (after i demanded it) that wouldnt necessarily tell you what possible damage was done to the motor engine. For example, you cant inspect the camshaft, lifters, rod bearings, main bearings, cylinders, etc. without a borescope or taking off the valve cover. Overall, I would not recommend any Monro Auto Service and Tire Center to anyone merely for the fact that I, still, never even received an apology.

If I could give these guys more stars I would. Derek and his team are fantastic! I went in at 3:50 with them closing at 4 with a flat tire and they pulled it in and took care of me. Very friendly and very informative guys! Will be back for all our tire needs in the future

First I would like to say how professional AARON is. He is great at giving good time management and professional and making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. He is very compassionate at making customers feel like they are at home. I recently went to shop who told me that I had a broken head gasket and the price would be $3500 ! I was so disappointed and distraught because of the amount of money that I would have to pay to be able to get my car moving. I am blessed to have to worked with AARON and HIS FAST AND EFFICIENT TEAM ! This is a three hour job and they cut in half within an hour ! If professional had an award I would give it to Aaron & his team.

WE CALLED SPOKE WITH AARON HE KEEPS TELLING US HE WILL CALL CORPORATE AND GET OUR REFUND TO US ASAP. HERE WE ARE STILL WAITING.

Dropped my moms car off and they checked it for free. Called me told me what needed fixed gave me a price and fixed it a day later. I definitely will recommend and be back for anything I need done.

I took my 2006 Acura TL here in February, the check engine light was on and flashing. I paid 100 bucks for a engine diagnostic, manager nick says I needed 6 ignition coils. 2 weeks later, the same thing stated happening again.then my engine blows, the timing belt snaps, turns out the entire time the pullys and timing belt were bad.I specifically asked Nick three different times how was my engine Pullys and timing belt he says those were great. Now I’m out 1200 bucks and my car engine is toast I had to purchase another vehicle, Stay away from this place they will tear your car up.

Quick to the point! I luv Monroe! Aaron,Steve,all the guys who work their presently have completed my entire exhaust front to back.Double cat-converter, pipes,and muffler, now its quiet as a church mouse and I pass emissions. They replaced my struts,bearings,tie rods,and ball joints. My car is riding like its brand new. We are also replacing my oil pan next. Because oil change places stripped my gaskets and caused oil to leak from gasket. I dont trust no one else but Aaron and Steve and the #1 team Monroe Milwaukee on Port Washington. Your car is in good hands. Nd everything has been cheaper than dealerships.Everyone else is suspect.

Had a wonderful experience getting my tired patched. They were friendly and fast and even alerted me to some safety concerns about my breaks.

I was in a jam. I discovered a screw embedded in a front tire on my truck as I was about to commute to work. I tested the screw to see if it had punctured the tire and, indeed, it did. On a hunch, I went to Monro in Glendale to see if they might fix the tire ASAP. Derek fielded my request and quickly fixed the tire, much to my relief. Great team, Monro in Glendale! Thanks so very much. I will return for more routine service help.

I stopped in to see if you guys do emissions tests. I was told that no you did not and the gentleman said he was sorry about that. But he did refer me to the shop next door. I thanked him and left.I like it when a store may not be able to help but is willing to give me info on a place that can help.

One star is way to high for this place. Stay far away. I was charged double for the same service I go here for yearly. When I questioned why I was told because the other managers were doing illegal things. By saving customers money? Then my car was damaged. When I took it back they tried to fix it saying that the best outs gonna get. Never again will I use monro.

My car was towed and they did damage underneath the hood. Brought my car here and Steve fixed it with no charge and put his own bolts in it. I moved here from Chicago and I haven’t trusted anybody else with my car besides Monro. They have amazing service and nothing but honest people. Just. Wow. So, we’re driving on the interstate, and started hearing a weird noise in the front of the car. It was intermittent at first then became constant. Not many auto places are open at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. We pull out google maps, find this place: “Monro Auto Service And Tire Centers.”Pull in, explain poorly what’s going on. They say we’ll have to leave it with them, but then we explain we’re not from around here, and we’re planning to just drive back home. Front desk guy, Tim, talks to one of the mechanics, Steve, who says he can take a look in about 20 min between jobs.Steve drives it around, then I go with him, because, of course, the noise isn’t happening anymore.We get back to the shop and he tells me that he topped off our power steering fluid because it was a tad low. When he had the car up on the ramps he couldnt see anything that would definitively be causing the noise. Tops a couple things off, and gives us back the car, not charging for anything, since he “really didn’t do anything.”While we were there we learned from another “emergency” customer that one of the other workers had driven 60 min round trip to pick up tires for his car.That has been some amazing customer service.If you’re ever in the Glendale area and need your car fixed, I would strongly recommend them.

These guys saved my bacon. On a long-distance car trip, I was suddenly in need of a tire plug. They were open on a Saturday, friendly, responsive, and got me back on the road right away. They know what theyre doing and theyre quick about it.

I’ve been taking my car to Monro in Glendale for The past 9 months and $3000 total later, they still haven’t fixed my car!! Every time I drive away from this place, within TWO days my check engine light is back on. They’ve had to change my catalytic converter 3 times! Something isn’t right...Took it there last week, spent almost $600 and yep, lights back on. I drop it back off there today and hear nothing back. I call and they’re like oh um the code that popped up isn’t in our system so we need to call Chevy and ask them what it is (okay I’m assuming that same code would have popped up last week also so what’s really going on??!) mind you my car has been there ALL DAY and it was 4:15 when I called and they close at 5. They’re like okay we’ll call them right now and I’ll call you right back. GUESS WHO DIDNT GET A CALL BACK?! and now they’re closed and I am without a car. It’s like I’m a joke at this point.

Excellent service. I even trust them not to sell my wife things she doesn’t need, despite her not knowing cars. I had a flat and brought it to them for repair. They fixed it and when I picked it up, the manager knew I had bought my tires from them, so he didn’t let me pay even though he could’ve easily taken my money. I’m a happy customer for all my oil and tire needs.

Very reliable, friendly and efficient service. Ive taken our cars here several times for leaking tires, and each time they have been able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within an hour or two.

When i came to this place i knew i needed a wheel alignment and 2 tires for my car they got me in right away and also told me i needed some other work done which i thought was nice. So i came back to them about a month later to get the work done and the guy came and said i wish there was something for me to fix but theres not. That made me respect him for his honesty being the fact that Im a woman. Love this place there great especially Nick.

Drew went above and beyond the call of duty, kept me very informed and took great care of myself and my car making sure my car was back up and running how it should be. I had good experiences at this garage UNTIL 2 weeks ago when my wife bought 4 tires. She was told that the Michelin tires that I had ordered were a discontinued model and therefore there was no warranty AND that because there was no warranty she had to have an alignment, which she purchased. I contacted Michelin and they told me that the tires were not discontinued and that all their tires have warranties. Good bye $100. Good bye Monroe

The service was great, very helpful and friendly staff. The facilities however were not adequate. The waiting room was not comfortable on the hot day I went in. It had large windows without shades and the day I went the temperature outside was 90 and full sun. The sun comes right through the windows and onto the waiting room chairs. Within minutes I was sweating and the back of my neck really warm to the touch from the direct light. I am happy my car was fixed fast; I couldn’t imagine waiting for a long repair in that direct light. Maybe window tints or shades would help provide a better customer experience, one that matches the quality of your staff.
