Took my car in to get serviced at Toyota of Glendale. I worked with Peter the assistant service manager. He made an appointment for me and arranged for a rental car with pick up at the dealership. Pick up and Drop off went smoothly. I highly recommend working with him if you need your car serviced.
I paid for a diagnostic report but was given no information other than you need a new battery... Which is $3000. ok. But where is my report? What is the error code? How many cells are faulty? Can the cells be replaced?Confusingly, the invoice I received did not display any error code or any information pertaining to the battery.Also, I expressly asked the service advisor to check and adjust my fluids. When I was called to pick up my car, I was told that all of my fluids were topped off. This was clearly false.
This place is the best, had me in and out in about an hour on my oil change and inspection. Very helpful and friendly staff. Best of any Toyota dealership Ive ever been to. They suggest other repairs but are not pushing anything on you. I like that

Even though they always seem busy they do an amazing efficient detail-oriented job.Johnny has been my service advisor since I started going and he’s just the best. Super communicative, does whatever he can to help, takes his time to explain if things are needed, realistic about time but also fast in getting you out.5 star!
I tried to get a quote for a 2008 car spark plug change.. I got transferred to three different people all of which were trying to sell me a single spark plug. How hard is it to get that right?
