Wish i had a better experience. Customer service was mediocre and If you dont know this is a franchise location. Over all my shopping experience there was negative enough that i dont care to return to this location. I would highly recommend to the owner to have his employees take some customer service training. Theres more to the Customer service than just greeting and ringing people out.

I love the staff here. They are all friendly and helpful. The sale days and holidays are always decorated for and I love that. They always have what I am looking for and the store is always organized.

Friendly place sometimes its hard to find help there lowestoft they dont always have what I need on the Shelf but always ready to order and take care of you
