I was able to come into the store. I thought I knew what I wanted, but the first two beds were too soft. I was suggested to try a Firm Beauty Rest and loved it. I was given all the discounts and not pressured to purchase anything else.I enjoyed working with Vince yet again. I was in and out in less than an hour with delivery for the next day.

Our experience at mattress firm was amazing!!!! We went in with a budget and they did not try to up sell us from that. We had wiggle room and once we tried other mattress we chose a more expensive because it was what suited us. There was zero pressure as far as upsale. We did that on our own. I absolutely loved my experience with Mattress Firm. From start to finish I was taken care of. I was asked what I was looking for, how I slept, what was comfortable, and if I woke up with any back or neck pain. I was given many options to chose from for not only my bed but also my pillow choices. I also liked that I was able to feel the difference between the mattresses and was able to see what I was buying. Now the price was a bit out of the range I was looking for initially, but with the everything that went into finding myself a bed I couldn’t be happier and the financing program that they have was very helpful. I also want to thank Marchelle for helping me out. She made this process so much easier and was such a joy to work with. First, and probably most important comment from our visit to Mattress Firm today, was the excellent, excellent service we received from Mattress Firm associate Janet E. She was very tentative in listening to my husband and me concerning what we wanted and what we did not want and price range that we could afford concerning a new mattress. Although our intentions today was only to shop around for a new mattress, to see what we might want, with a game plan to visit 3 or 4 different stores - not to buy. Because of the fine, friendly attention received, and of course, the right quality mattress our shop around plan was scraped. We found what we wanted, and although the price was $100 higher than we wanted to pay, we bought our mattress. Why the quick decision. Mattress was what we wanted, but my husband especially like the 120 day return policy. Try it out for a couple of months and if we did not get a great night sleep on it, we could return the mattress.

Antonios service was perfect...never pushed but was a servant showing me all he can do and make possible for purple mattresses...He is an great asset to the company...

Dustin helped us out try different mattresses and went over the different technology options and price differences in a very friendly manner. Though we had an idea of what we wanted, we didnt feel any pressure to have to commit to anything right away nor did we feel we were being upsold. We also discussed outlet options, the difference in price and terms between outlet and non outlet, and what was available at the time. Dustin was clearly being cognizant on the total budget for us. Josh was also present and was very friendly and provided his opinions too. Both provided their experiences with their own mattress and bedding options. As this was during COVID, everyone wore masks, were socially distanced, and we utilized our own disposable pillow cover between mattresses. It was a very easy process and we are super excited to get our new bed! I would definitely recommend anyone shopping for a new mattress to take a look here!

I just received the mattress yesterday. The free gifts included a frame for the old mattress. The frame was the kind that needed a box spring. I told the sales person the old mattress was on an adjustable bed. I told him I needed a frame to support the old mattress. Not good. I had to buy box springs. Not from this business. I will be replacing another mattress but will rethink where I go. The delivery men were awesome!

While buying a mattress can seem tedious, worked with Vince, who patiently spent a couple hours as we discussed price, value options and configurations. He was very knowledgeable of his craft, the inventory and was able to clearly understand what my needs were and point me in a clear direction. Ok Im only giving one star because I was given a date for delivery and on that date I got a call changing the delivery date ! This happened 4 times and they blamed covid! If that was the case Im sure customer would appreciate it if they were told this at the time of purchase ! When the delivery guy was finally able to deliver the bed he was very nice and professional !
