My kids absolutely loved this place! The selection of candy was great so much to pick from. The gummy section is my favorite so much gummies! Customer service is A1 they were so nice in there to!

Great candy shop with a ton of novelty items. Definitely a fun place to walk around even if you dont buy anything.**Opt for the fill your own box option instead of using the bags. If you use the bags, they charge by the pound. If you use the box, its a flat rate of $9.99.

If your having a sweet teeth, This is the place to visit. I told my children to grab a bag and fill it up. Some candy and chocolate took me back to my childhood. The price on the other hand didnt but hey! we were kids in a candy store lol.. They charged by the pound. It was three of us and I spent about $20+.

Well you name it, this place has gotten it . Treated my kiddos to some tasty treats! They have a deal 14.99 fill as much as you can in their walk out box . Candy tastes fresh. The tour was fun and interesting, and all of the candy is amazing. The caramels especially are fresh and soft.

It has everything cute and sweet you would want!! It even has a fair bit of adult humor in their non-edible items as well! Definitely for teens and young adults, though little kids are still definitely welcome. They have specialty candies Ive yet to see in any other store as well as stuffed animals, magnets, mugs, etc. All around the best candy store Ive ever been to (and keep going to). I felt like me and my family were being discriminated,as soon as we walk in we were told to put on gloves.Yet a caucasian male in there wasnt wearing it and a young boy with him wasnt either.The boy was touching everything. We walked out. No longer coming here.

Staff was great and candy is always desirable. Supplied gloves for guests getting the mix your-own-candy and encouraged guests of all ages to wear them. even encouraged our flat rate gluttony, haha!

I go here pretty often. An they have all kinds of candy plus courteous employees. Tends to be somewhat expensive.Though, best to check your candy. Some tend to taste like they sat there for too long. Other than that its all good.Theres another place in Tempe thats just as awesome too, they have more variety.

This place is great for cheap candies. Sugar in all forms, shapes, colors, combinations, and ways you didnt even think were possible. I really enjoy all the different types of candy and chocolate at this store. So colorful and the arrangement is beautiful to look at. My kids loved the astronauts ice cream, it was a good treat, weird but it did taste like the real ice cream bar. They have all sorts of ethnic candies and goodies, candy gags, candy cereal. Prices are a bit on the high but their forms are unique. The staff are always smiling and ready to help. Really wish they would offer some sort of factory tour or something.

A candy bar that costs $1 in a regular store will easily be $5 or more here. Bought a bag of gummies and a Tootsie Roll, the total was around $16 with tax.

Great variety of candy! I visited ItSugar for the first time a few days ago with my son. We always go in candy stores, but for some reason we could not find the candy bags. We must have looked confused because the lady working came over and asked if we had ever been there before. She was very helpful. Kudos to her for recognizing a customer that looked like they had no idea what the hell they were doing!

This place was very cool. Had some candy imported from Japan and some neat Harry Potter candy and butter beer as well. Some giant gummy bears, works and a snake. As a person that doesnt really eat candy I still liked it and ended up buying some things. The staff was very friendly and that goes a long way with me.

Me and my friends showed up because I was looking for a birthday gift for my little sister.We walked in and she immediately greeted me I wish I remember her name, she was as sweet as the store.Told her what I was looking for she knew it.Tild her my allergies, not a problem she knew just what was for me.My friends Werner sure what they were looking for but she knew what there sweet tooth was asking for.Awesome service!

The staff inside is very friendly, very helpful about picking the right container for your candy. I asked whether the little to go container looking thing was a better deal than just the little plastic baggie, and she definitely advocated for the to go container. When I filled up my box, I asked if she could weigh it, and, for the same amount of candy I got, I would to have paid an extra 10 dollars if I got the bag. Havent tried the candy just yet, but the gummies are all soft and squishy, as they should be.

The store is pretty awesome when youre looking for specialty candies. They have the standard candy that you can pretty much find anywhere. I didnt really see much that really made it stand out. It was really nice getting all pineapple gummy bears though!

Various different candy. Sell by weight and can become a little pricy if your not careful. They have limited sugar free section but they are good. They also sell packaged candy and lollies.

I came here and was really surprised to hear the staff cursing because some kids just stole some candy. They were not happy campers which I understand but still very unprofessional. The place was very clean and organized well. It was very expensive for what it is but I ended up buying a few pieces of chocolate for my date and myself.

Go see a movie. After youre done, just try.. seriously try and walk past this place with your kids to get to the parking lot and your car without the kids begging and pleading to go inside. You will... Spend more money. But its so totally worth it.

Its a candy shop that also offers bulk candies. Has a good mix of different types of candy. Takes you back to childhood with items you havent seen in years.

Prices are very high. They sell anti-American gifts. They promote liberal politics and sell gag gifts of conservatives. Avoid this place, lots of better alternatives.

Me and my family will not be going back because one of the employees the whole time I was there was complaining about the kids doing this and doing that.If she doesnt like kids that much she should not have worked at a candy store.And if you have kids you know how hard it is to keep an eye on your kids in a candy store kids love candy. So at West gates in its sugar needs to get a better employee base store. I hope this stops a few families from going to this place. Because if their visit was as horrible as mine and if their kids overhear what I overhear then it would make them upset like I was.

They are over priced and apparently they are owed or are huge supporters of the LGBT. I do not believe that any social agenda should need to promote itself at my expense. The reason for not going back is not because I was offended because I was a bit. The reason for not going back is not only was I offended I had to over pay to be offended. What should I say beyond that. Some of my best clients are gay and they never make me feel uncomfortable with their beliefs about their agenda.

I love the variety of different candies that they have. This location used to carry English candy that I purchased for a friend but they no longer do. That was a little disappointing.

I came to Westgate to eat dinner with my family at Yardhouse, and decided to stop at ItSugar before we went home. The staff was super sweet, and I was able to connect with the cashier as he tried to get his computer on and working. Very casual, professional, and I definitely enjoyed. Very likely to come back.

This is your typical new style candy shop. They have vats of candy all over the place and those long vertical transparent tubes with more candy in them. This is a place that is geared towards larger crowds because of its location.

I love candy so this place is awesome. They have many different candies that Ive never tryed. The problem is that they are super expensive! Why spend like 50 bucks to get a big pack of sweet tarts when if I go to like Walmart or somewhere else I can multiple packs to make the amount of the big one for a cheap price
