The employees sadly are not welcoming. plus you cant tell who workers there b/c no one has a name badge on. One employee wasnt knowledgeable on what they had on the floor. Ill shop online next time

The sweetest workers and good prices for the clothing ur getting! people say they are put off about the one size clothing, but they have larger selections! in their jeans, christy hoodies, and oversized tees! anyone can pull it off with the right pieces :)

I went in here today and I read some reviews about the workers being racist and judgey? I thought the Workers were super nice and helpful. Store is also very clean and organized. I would recommend this store because their clothes are super cute! Prices are expensive but I guess it’s alright because it’s a popular store with good clothes and quality. Whenever I would ask a question to the workers, they would respond nicely. 10/10 would recommend!

Honestly I love this place I recommend for smaller girls. Most girls who complain are plus size which I understand but they have certain stores for them and have many stores for them unlike us small girls we bearly have any selection and have to shop in the kids section because of our weight and how small our waist are. And i don’t see any problem with the rascal aspect of the store. I think that if plus size girls should have a store for them us small girls should have a store for US SMALL GIRLS.

Definitely enjoy the brand’s style, but there employees makes the customers feel self conscious. I was walking through the store and I ended up not buying anything and leaving in a rush because of the stares I was getting from the employees.

Just like some other reviewers have mentioned there is a white employee who is very rude! Honestly don’t understand how hard it is to at least have some manners but whatever boo continue working a minimum wage job with your ugly attitude and acting like you’re better. Clothes were cute just wish the experience was better I’ll just continue purchasing items online.

Im a big fan of this brand. I always order online until this retail store open next to my house. My experience went to the store was awful. The employee there acting very rude almost like a racist behavior. Im asking for try some clothes on in the fitting section. The fitting staff ( white lady ) took clothes from my hand without saying anything put it in the fitting room and dragging the fitting curtain like she doesnt want to do it. After I did try on the cloth. I hand her some of the clothes that Im not keeping it. She just took it off from me without looking at me or saying anything and turn her back right away to my face. I thought maybe Im the only one who experiences this but after I read many reviews pretty much Im not alone here.For references, Im Korean-American. This is really turning me off and I dont want to buy anything from this brand anymore.

My daughter loves this clothing store every time we go out to americana she Hass to stop in and see the course selection of new work clothes and all the classics they brought back she loves the Miami jeans faded jeans I have shirts they have it all here they stack it from floor to ceiling always clean always busy and I’m always spending money here but that’s the price of having a daughter she’s always going to spend your money but the prices here are pretty reasonable so I don’t mind see you guys soon will be back

Walked into the store ready to buy a couple things but was totally turned off when one of the employees (who looked like she was only 16-18 yrs old) demonstrated racist behavior. I will not be shopping at this particular store anymore. My experience summarized in a sentence: Shocker, the white brandy Melville employee is racist. Lol.Hope the manager at least tells her to hide it better.

I dont get it, but my tween loves! i am a bit put off by the OS sizing. think it sends a bad message to young girls-

So a white lady kept staring at me and my friends we didn’t buy anything but we were browsing the store and she continued to stare at us as if we were trying to steal something and she followed us to the door (secretly) and we were at the next store and yet she was still staring, very racist employees

I like this brand and use it often. It is wide and the assortment is good, but the attitude of the clerk is not good as a whole. I wonder if I cant speak Do you not know how to say hello? Moreover, because I dont wear clothes, when I go home and open bags, I have a clerk who smiles nicely and wears clothes properly, but I am disappointed overall.
