Great items a little pricey for the quality of the clothes although the sales on undergarments, evening dresses, and shoes are top notch.

Honestly wouldn’t come back here again. Fitting rooms weren’t open so I came twice to exchange the pants and the manager didn’t want to let me. Than wanted me to pay more for the same jeans. Saying I got different jeans.

First time shopping there and i was very pleased to see the beautiful clothing the only thing that made me upset was im not skinny anymore lol and all i saw were only small sizes.. If you can and a little more selection to medium and maybe large for other people that would be great. :))

Great pricing and great clothing quality. I took my best friend there who was visiting from out of town. We picked up approximately $600 worth of merchandise and carried it around in our hands due to no carts or baskets. The employees came & got all of the merchandise from us & placed behind the counter. We asked to try the clothing on and found out we couldnt try anything on due to covid. This store doesnt allow refunds, exchanges only within 14 days pf purchase. While at the register, the owner (asian woman) was rushing my bestfriend to hurry & choose the items she was buying. They should have been more accommodating with how we could have had a 2nd look with the clothes prior to purchase. We thought it was kinda rude when the owner she stated we needed to hurry bcuz she had a line. There were also 2 other employees that we noticed working. It was apparent she didnt want her employees operating the register for whatever reason. But then dont disprect the customers who is spending over $400 patronizing your business. We almost left everything thing but again they have some really cute stuff.

0 customer service, the women who I believed to be the owner made me try something on in front of her, like I’d steal it. Honestly unless you want to look like a chic hobo I wouldn’t shop here, cheap clothing that will fall apart after one wash and obviously they don’t care about customer service...

Its like an in person fashion nova store. Went to look at prom dresses in the back and they had very little selection the clothes were nice although some were low quality or too expensive.

This store is very ungrateful to the customers, I bought an under garment a night before and I went home to try it on and it didn’t fit well so the next day I tried to Exchange it for a different size and they didn’t want to exchange they said “Final Sale” when in the receipt it don’t say that or when I purchased it they did not mentioned it to me. Not coming here again.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Im a store manager and Im big on cutomer service and I got 0 here. Walked in... never got a hello or a welcome in picked out a few things and when I was ready to pay, stood at the register for 10 MINUTES waiting to be waited on, but the two girls that were working there were more worried about putting their food order in over the phone rather than helping customers. So I left the $150 worth of stuff at the register and walked out.
