Best experience and best customer service! Every single cotton on employee was friendly and so helpful in recommending sizing and different options! It’s so refreshing and I always leave feeling so happy with my purchases and the experience! 10/10!

I came here with my mother in law yesterday and everything was going well an employee came up to us to ask us if we needed help but we thought we didn’t need help because we were just browsing so she went her way and 5 minutes later another employee asked the same thing and after turning her down another employee started following us around and didn’t let us shop peacefully. It made us feel uncomfortable and didn’t let us even talk without feeling shadowed by an employee. You guys need to stop doing this!

Cotton On will always be one of my favorite stores and this is not an exception. There are quite a few options, all of really good quality. I would recommend going to the store there are also quite a few sale options if you need a discount. You can find many items including robes, pants, shirts and others.

I love this store. They always have stylish clothes and nice staff. If youre on a budget to find quality, trendy clothes go to this store for that. They also happen to have an eaually large selection for men as well.

2-for-1 item, but there was only 1. There were no more that size. But I was not allowed to get it for half the price. I was offered a 20% discount the best they could offer me. So I took the bus to Pasadena. SAME ISSUE! Only one of my size. Again tried the 50% thing. Nope. HOWEVER, it turns out, they could - and did - order/ship the other one directly to my house, no charge. What? Why didnt the one in Glendale tell me this? So I did that, happily, but I had to pay bus fare that I could have saved had the Glendale store done this properly.

I was in and out for a Xmas gift and the item was specific just not in store, luckily a very friendly and helpful associate guided me to the item I was looking for. Overall great experience as I was in and out as I had hoped! Thank you to the young man who helped!( sorry, I didnt get your name)

Manager in this store is RUDE and his customer service skill SUCKS. Totally BAD ATTITUDE. HE NEEDS SOME MANAGERIAL LESSON. HE sure does NOT have the skill to be a manager

All shirts the same price, marked 2 for $25. Turns out you have to buy 2 of the SAME KIND, which it doesnt say anywhere in the store. Pretty dumb for already overpriced items.

This place is clean and very neat.. i get my joggers here too bad they dont carry joggers for long it changes every spring should of took advantage on buying more

APPARENTLY YOU CAN NOT ORDER FROM THE ONLINE WEBSITE UNLESS YOU PROVIDE • A phone or utility bill in your name that lists your address that matches the billing address• A copy of the credit card showing the billing name and last 4 digits but covering the first 12 digits of the number• Photo ID such as a driver’s licence.AND THEY DONT SEND YOU THIS UNTILL AFTER YOU PAY AND WHEN YOU DONT PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION THEY START TO SUSPECT FRAUDULENT ACTION OF YOUR PART. LIKE THEY BASICALLY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND THEIR WEBSITE IS A TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT!!!!! THE ONLY FRAUDULENT ACTION GOING ON IS ON THEIR PART...TAKING YOUR MONEY AND WANTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN PHOTO BECAUSE THE SUPOSEDLY SECURE TRANSACTION WASNT SO SECURE ON THEIR PART!!!!!! THEY DESERVE NOOOOO STARS!
